The present experimental studies are directed to investigation of dyeing the linen fabric prepared with modification with enzymes. In the research, 1% and 2% solution of cellulase enzyme Beizym ENC-SB (garment auxiliary of enzymes mixture of CHT R. BEITLICH GmbH/BEZEMA AG) and pectinase Beisol PRO (enzymes mixture for cleaning cellulose fibers of CHT R. BE1TLICH GmbH) enzyme solutions were used. The main objective of this work is focus on results studies of enzyme influence on dyeing of flax fabric with direct Solphenyl dye triade Blue FGLE (economical, fairly good light fast blue, main trichromatic component for medium shades with high wash fastness), Scarlet BNLE (economical scarlet, main trichromatic component for medium to dark shades) 200%, and Yellow GLE (very bright neutral yellow, main trichromatic component for high wash fastness requirements). The dye-bath exhaustion, color fastness to rubbing and washing were estimated. The color parameters before and after tests were calculated.展开更多

The chromatography process was developed to a yield of high purity product of urokinase from crude materials. The affinity gel used in the process was prepared by an epichlorohydrin-activation method using epichlorohydrin activated Sepharose 4B as a matrix and p-aminobenzamidine as a ligand. The chromatographic process were numerically simulated and analyzed with the aid of VERSE-LC computer simulator. Considering the basic principles, rate model with the back mixing in column inlet was utilized in simulating and studying the effect of the column inlet pattern on other parameters. Comparison of the simulation results with the experimental data showed that the rate model can be used to describe the affinity chromatography of urokinase in a fixed bed column with satisfactory accuracy.展开更多

The presence of pathogenic bacteria and antibiotic residues in milk can cause a real danger to consumers. Effectively, the milk consumption contaminated by bacteria can have an immediate impact which means a toxi-infection. Therefore, the presence of antibiotics residues in milk can constitute an important risk at the allergic and antibiotic resistance cases on the consumer. The present study concerning the pathogens germs identification and Antibiotic residues seeking in milk and their impact on the human health, has been realized on a total number of 80 samples of raw milk resulted from direct sale channel (dairies) throughout Blida different regions localities. The Microbiological analysis has shown only three conform samples to JORA Standards. Really, milk non-conformity results to the microbiological standards consisting on total aerobic mesophilic flora total count, total coliforms, Thermotolerant coliforms E. coli, Faecal streptococcus, Staphylococcus aureus have shown the following contamination rate: 61.25%, 93.75%, 86.25%, 55%, 93.75% and 50%. Salmonella is characterized by a total absence in all analyzed milk samples. Moreover, the antibiotics residues research by Delvotest SP make plainly visible 33 positive samples. Further, two samples of the three which were judged conform to the bacteriology standards has been found contaminated by the antibiotic residues. The analyzed milk quality can be considered as a real danger to the consumption.展开更多

Despite tremendous efforts, the development of environmentally friendly methods to fabricate new energy materials is still challenging. Here we report, for the first time, a new strategy to fabricate various doped carbon nanofiber (CNF) aerogels by pyrolysis of bacterial cellulose (BC) pellicles which had adsorbed or were dyed with different toxic organic dyes. The proposed strategy makes it possible to remove the toxic dyes from waste-water and then synthesize doped CNF aerogels using the dyed BC pellicles as precursors. Compared with other reported processes for preparing heteroatom doped carbon (HDC) nanomaterials, the present synthetic method has some significant advantages, such as being green, general, low-cost and easily scalable. Moreover, the as-prepared doped CNF aerogels exhibit great potential as electrocatalysts for the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) and as electrode materials for supercapacitors.展开更多
