3D simultaneous seismic data reconstruction and noise suppression based on the curvelet transform 被引量:8

Moreover, most data recon... Seismic data contain random noise interference and are affected by irregular subsampling. Presently, most of the data reconstruction methods are carried out separately from noise suppression. Moreover, most data reconstruction methods are not ideal for noisy data. In this paper, we choose the multiscale and multidirectional 2D curvelet transform to perform simultaneous data reconstruction and noise suppression of 3D seismic data. We introduce the POCS algorithm, the exponentially decreasing square root threshold, and soft threshold operator to interpolate the data at each time slice. A weighing strategy was introduced to reduce the reconstructed data noise. A 3D simultaneous data reconstruction and noise suppression method based on the curvelet transform was proposed. When compared with data reconstruction followed by denoizing and the Fourier transform, the proposed method is more robust and effective. The proposed method has important implications for data acquisition in complex areas and reconstructing missing traces. 展开更多

The fabrication of a new type of one-dimensional Au-Ag porous nanotube(NPT) structure was presented based on a facile combination of nanocrystal growth and surface modification.Ag nanowires with various diameters were firstly served as the chemical plating templates via a polyol-process.Then,one-dimensional(1D) Au-Ag porous nanostructures with tailored structural features could be prepared by controlling the individual steps involved in this process,such as nanowire growth,surface modification,thermal diffusion,and dealloying.Structural characterizations reveal these Au-Ag porous nanotubes,non-porous nanotubes and porous nanowires possess novel nano-architectures with multimodal open porosity and excellent structural continuity and integrity,which make them particularly desirable as novel 1D nanocarriers for biomedical,drug delivery and sensing applications. 展开更多

The carbon dioxide removal system is the most critical system for controlling CO2 mass concentration in long-term manned spacecraft.In order to ensure the controlling CO2 mass concentration in the cabin within the allowable range,the state of CO2 removal system needs to be estimated in real time.In this paper,the mathematical model is firstly established that describes the actual system conditions and then the Galerkin-based extended Kalman filter algorithm is proposed for the estimation of the state of CO2.This method transforms partial differential equation to ordinary differential equation by using Galerkin approaching method,and then carries out the state estimation by using extended Kalman filter.Simulation experiments were performed with the qualification of the actual manned space mission.The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively estimate the system state while avoiding the problem of dimensional explosion,and has strong robustness regarding measurement noise.Thus,this method can establish a basis for system fault diagnosis and fault positioning. 展开更多

To denoise the diffusion weighted images (DWls) featured as multi-boundary, which was very important for the calculation of accurate DTIs (diffusion tensor magnetic resonance imaging), a modified Wiener filter was proposed. Through analyzing the widely accepted adaptive Wiener filter in image denoising fields, which suffered from annoying noise around the edges of DWIs and in turn greatly affected the denoising effect of DWIs, a local-shift method capable of overcoming the defect of the adaptive Wiener filter was proposed to help better denoising DWIs and the modified Wiener filter was constructed accordingly. To verify the denoising effect of the proposed method, the modified Wiener filter and adaptive Wiener filter were performed on the noisy DWI data, respectively, and the results of different methods were analyzed in detail and put into comparison. The experimental data show that, with the modified Wiener method, more satisfactory results such as lower non-positive tensor percentage and lower mean square errors of the fractional anisotropy map and trace map are obtained than those with the adaptive Wiener method, which in turn helps to produce more accurate DTIs. 展开更多

Wastewater containing high concentrations of ammonia can be harmful to aquatic life and degrade the water quality. Wastewater containing ammonia is usually removed by conventional methods such as aeration in towers, biological treatment and adsorption of the ammonium ion to the zeolite surface. However, these methods are less effective and relatively expensive. Therefore there is a need for alternative technologies that can improve the efficiency of ammonia removal from wastewater. This study aims to obtain the process of ammonia removal through a combination of absorption in the membrane contactor and the advance oxidation process in the hybrid plasma-ozone reactor. Wastewater containing ammonia used in the study was a synthetic wastewater with a concentration of about 800 ppm. In the experiment, the wastewater fi'om the reservoir was firstly passed into the membrane contactor on the shell side, and then mixed with ozone from the ozonator befbre entering the plasma reactor, and finally was circulated back to the reservoir. Meanwhile, the absorbent solution was sent to the lumen fiber in membrane contactor. Experimental results showed that the ammonia removal efficiency increases with increasing in circulation rate and temperature of the wastewater. The highest efficiency of ammonia removal obtained from the experimental results was 77%. 展开更多

By simulating,the authors analyze and compare Fractional Fourier Transform( FRFT) and Wigner-Ville distribution( WVD),then summarize the similarities and advantages and disadvantages of the two methods. RA blocks adipogenesis, but mechanisms remain to be established. ZFP423 is a key transcription factor maintaining white adipose identity. We found that RA inhibits Zfp423 expression and adipogenesis via blocking DNA demethylation in the promoter of Zfp423, a process mediated by growth arrest and DNA-damage-inducible protein alpha (GADD45A). RA induces the partnering between retinoic acid receptor (PAR) and tumor suppressor inhibitor of growth protein 1 (ING1), which prevents the formation of GADD45A and ING1 complex necessary for locus-specific Zfp423 DNA demethylation. In vivo, vitamin A supplementation prevents obesity, downregulates Godd45a expression, and reduces GADD45A binding and DNA demethylation in the Zfp423 promoter. Inhibition of Zfp423 expres- sion due to PA contributes to the enhanced brown adipogenesis. In summary, PA inhibits white adipogenesis by inducing PAR and ING1 interaction and inhibiting Godd45a expression, which prevents GADD45A-mediated DNA demethylation. 展开更多

Three-dimensional(3D) modeling of medical images is a critical part of surgical simulation. In this paper, we focus on the magnetic resonance(MR) images denoising for brain modeling reconstruction, and exploit a practical solution. We attempt to remove the noise existing in the MR imaging signal and preserve the image characteristics. A wavelet-based adaptive curve shrinkage function is presented in spherical coordinates system. The comparative experiments show that the denoising method can preserve better image details and enhance the coefficients of contours. Using these denoised images, the brain 3D visualization is given through surface triangle mesh model, which demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多
