[目的]观察寿胎丸合丹参加味方(颗粒)治疗早期先兆流产合并宫腔积血(肾虚血瘀)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序号随机分两组。对照组35例地屈孕酮,10mg/次,2次/d。治疗组35例寿胎丸合丹参加味方(菟丝子20g,桑寄生15g,续断10g,阿胶9g,黄芩、白术、白芍各10g,仙鹤草15g,丹参10g;脾虚加党参20g,茯苓10g;血热加苎麻根、墨旱莲各10g;出血量多加仙鹤草15g,地榆10g)颗粒,开水冲300mL,分早晚两次温服,1剂/d;地屈孕酮治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、阴道出血、腹痛、宫腔积血面积、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床疗效、阴道出血、腹痛、宫腔积血面积治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]寿胎丸合丹参加味方(颗粒)治疗早期先兆流产合并宫腔积血(肾虚血瘀),疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。 展开更多

目的研究四逆加人参方配合西药对慢性心力衰竭患者临床疗效及血清N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平的影响。方法选取河北省邯郸明仁医院2017年8月—2019年4月收治的诊及住院患者100例,采用随机数字法分为两组。对照组给予常规西药对症治... 目的研究四逆加人参方配合西药对慢性心力衰竭患者临床疗效及血清N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平的影响。方法选取河北省邯郸明仁医院2017年8月—2019年4月收治的诊及住院患者100例,采用随机数字法分为两组。对照组给予常规西药对症治疗,治疗组患者在对照组基础上给予四逆加人参方配合治疗,30 d为1个疗程,分析两组患者疗程结束后的临床效果。结果治疗组心衰和中医证候总有效率分别为92.00%和90.00%,高于对照组的76.00%和70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前相关细胞因子、左室射血分数(LVEF)、6 min步行距离(6MWT)、肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能(FMD)水平组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后NT-proBNP、核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)、神经肽Y(NPY)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)水平低于对照组,LVEF、6MWT、FMD水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者总不良反应率(10.00%)与对照组(60.00%)比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论四逆加人参方配合西药对慢性心力衰竭可调节NT-proBNP、NF-κB、NPY、IL-18的表达水平,改善心功能和内皮功能。 展开更多

A prediction model for net cutting specific energy in computer numerical control(CNC)turning based on turning parameters and tool wear is developed.The model can predict the net cutting energy consumption before turning.The prediction accuracy of the model is verified in AISI 1045 steel turning.The comparative experimental results show that the prediction accuracy of the model is significantly improved because the influence of tool wear is taken into account.Finally,the influences of turning parameters and tool wear on net cutting specific energy are studied.With the increase of cutting depth,the net cutting specific energy decreases.With the increase of spindle speed,the additional load loss power of spindle drive system increases,so the net cutting specific energy increases.The net cutting specific energy increases approximately linearly with tool wear.The results are helpful to formulate efficient and energy-saving CNC turning schemes and realize low‑carbon manufacturing. 展开更多

To obtain flow behavior and workability of 7055 aluminium alloy during hot deformation,hot compression tests at different temperatures and strain rates are conducted.True stress?strain curves of 7055 aluminium alloy under different conditions are obtained and the flow stress increases with ascending strain rate and descending temperature.For Arrhenius constitutive equation,each material parameter is set as a constant,which will bring forth large error for predicting flow behavior.In this work,material parameters are fitted as a function of temperature or strain rate based on experimental results and a modified constitutive equation is established for more accurate prediction of flow behavior of 7055 aluminium alloy.The effects of temperature and strain rate on power dissipation and instability are analyzed to establish a processing map of 7055 aluminium alloy.The dominant deformation mechanism for microstructure evolution at different deformation conditions can be determined and high efficiency of power dissipation may be achieved from power dissipation map.Meanwhile,proper processing parameters to avoid flow instability can be easily acquired in instability map.According to the processing map,optimized processing parameters of 7055 aluminium alloy are temperature of 673?723 K and strain rate of 0.01?0.4 s^?1,during which its efficiency of power dissipation is over 30%.Finite element method(FEM)is used to obtain optimized parameter in hot rolling process on the basis of processing map. 展开更多

Design of experiment (DOE) was applied to determining the most important factors which influence ultimate tensile strength (UTS) of AA6061/SiC nanocomposites produced by friction stir processing (FSP). Effect of four factors, including rotational speed, transverse speed, tool penetration depth and pin profile, on UTS, was investigated. By Taguchi method, the optimum of process parameters were determined. Analysis of variance shows that the rotational speed is the most influential parameter. The statistical results depict that UTS for threaded pin is larger than that for square pin. Also, the higher the rotational speed and the lower the transverse speed, the higher the UTS. 展开更多

According to the amount of data information, images are encrypted, and the paper proposes image encryption method with Chaotic Mapping based on multi-layer parameter disturbance. The advantage of multi-layer parameter disturbance is that it not only scrambles pixel location of images, but also changes pixel values of images. Bit-plane decomposition can increase the space of key. And using chaotic sequence generated by chaotic system with different complexities to encrypt layers with different information content can save operation time. The simulation experiments show that using chaotic mapping in image encryption method based on multi-layer parameter disturbance can cover plaintext effectively and safely, which makes it achieve ideal encryption effect. 展开更多

目的探讨加参方对心肌梗死大鼠心功能的影响及可能作用机制。方法采用结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支的方法建立大鼠急性心肌梗死模型,将术后24 h成活大鼠随机分为假手术组(19只)、模型组(30只)、加参方低剂量组(31只)、加参方高剂量组(30只... 目的探讨加参方对心肌梗死大鼠心功能的影响及可能作用机制。方法采用结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支的方法建立大鼠急性心肌梗死模型,将术后24 h成活大鼠随机分为假手术组(19只)、模型组(30只)、加参方低剂量组(31只)、加参方高剂量组(30只)和氯沙坦组(30只)。加参方低、高剂量组分别给予加参方浸膏含生药量3、6 g/(kg·d),氯沙坦组给予氯沙坦片10 mg/(kg·d),假手术组和模型组给予相同体积蒸馏水,各组连续灌胃4周。分别于给药后1、4周末超声检测心功能,测定心肌组织缺血危险区单核-巨噬细胞计数及血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)蛋白表达量。结果与假手术组同时间点比较,模型组大鼠心功能降低,心肌组织中单核-巨噬细胞计数及VCAM-1蛋白表达显著升高(P<0.05);与模型组同时间点比较,氯沙坦组和加参方高剂量组大鼠心功能改善明显,心肌组织单核-巨噬细胞计数和VCAM-1表达降低(P<0.05)。结论加参方可能通过抑制大鼠心肌组织单核-巨噬细胞的浸润及VCAM-1蛋白表达,从而改善心室重构,提高心功能。 展开更多
