[目的]观察黄芪益参汤加减治疗冠心病心绞痛(气虚血瘀)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将40例门诊患者按信封法随机分为两组。对照组20例硝酸异山梨酯,5~20mg/次,3次/d;普萘洛尔,10~30mg/次,3次/d;硝苯地平,40~80mg/次,3次/d;阿司匹林,100~300mg/次,1次/d。治疗组20例黄芪益参汤(益母草20g,黄芪~炙25g,当归10g,丹参25g,白术15g,甘草~炙20g,莲子心8g,桂枝20g),水煎300mL,1剂/d,早晚分服;气虚血瘀加红花3g,桃仁5g,川芎3g;气滞血瘀加川芎8g,枳壳4g,柴胡3g;痰浊瘀阻加赤芍、半夏、薤白各8g;寒凝血瘀加吴茱萸5g,细辛、附子各3g;心阴亏损加远志、茯苓各15g,酸枣仁35g。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床表现、心绞痛发作次数及持续时间、硝酸甘油用量、心电图、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程(20d),判定疗效。随访3个月,观测心绞痛发作次数及持续时间。[结果]治疗组显效16例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率95.00%;对照组显效11例,有效3例,无效6例,总有效率70.00%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。随访3个月,心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛发作时间治疗组均少于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]黄芪益参汤加减治疗冠心病心绞痛(气虚血瘀),疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。 展开更多

A statistical damage detection and condition assessment scheme for existing structures is developed. First a virtual work error estimator is defined to express the discrepancy between a real structure and its analytical model, with which a system identification algorithm is derived by using the improved Newton method. In order to investigate its properties in the face of measurement errors, the Monte Carlo method is introduced to simulate the measured data. Based on the identified results, their statistical distributions can be assumed, the status of an existing structure can be statistically evaluated by hypothesis tests. A 5-story, two-bay steel frame is used to carry out numerical simulation studies in detail, and the proposed scheme is proved to be effective. 展开更多

Objective To investigate the effects of Lycii Fructus(LF,Gou Qi Zi,枸杞子)and Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Ex Rhizoma(SM,Dan Shen,丹参)on the syndrome of deficiency with blood stasis in the RCS(rdy-/-,p-/-)rats with retinitis pigmentosa(RP).Methods A total of 32 RCS(rdy-/-,p-/-)rats were divided into 4 groups(equal amounts of female and male rats in each group):model group treated with 0.9%normal saline,LF group treated with LF formula granules,SM group treated with SM formula granules,and LF and SM(L·S)group treated with LF and SM formula granules.Eight RCS(rdy+/+,p+/+)rats(4 males and 4 females)were treated with 0.9%normal saline to serve as blank group.The contents of E2,PG,P-Selectin,plasma viscosity,whole blood relative index of the high shear rate and fibrinogen content in plasma,and the content of cAMP and cGMP in retinal homogenate were detected.The retina was evaluated by hematoxylin-eosin staining.Results The contents of E2,PG,P-Selectin,plasma viscosity,whole blood relative index of the high shear rate,and fibrinogen content in the plasma of L·S group significantly differed from those of model group(P<0.01),but were similar to those of blank group.The contents of cAMP and cGMP in the retinal homogenate of L·S group significantly differed from those in model group(P<0.01)but were similar to those in blank group(P>0.05).Conclusions LF and SM can effectively treat retinitis pigmentosa by ameliorating the syndrome of deficiency with blood stasis. 展开更多

In order to obtain the primary parameters and operating characteristics of a DC motor without directly measuring its torque and rational speed, it is proposed to use a PC and a data acquisition card to acquire both the dynamic and static data of armature current to establish the performance of a DC permanent magnet motor. The accuracy and validity of this virtual test system proposed were verified by comparing the measurements made with the system proposed with the measurements made with conventional torque meters. It is concluded from the results of comparison that from the mathematic model established for the DC permant magnet motors, both major parameters and operating characteristics can be directly established for the DC motors without measuring their torques and rotational speed, a perfect on line measurement and test system has been established for the DC permanent magnet motors using the theory of virtual test system. Nonlinear optimal control for robotic yoyo playing

A general approach for controlling of periodical dynamic systems was presented by taking robotic yoyo as an example. The height of the robot arm when the yoyo arrives at the bottom was chosen as virtual control. The initial amplitude of yoyo could be mapped to the desired final amplitude by adjusting the virtual control. First,the yoyo motion was formulated into a nonlinear optimal control problem which contained the virtual control. The reference trajectory of robot could be obtained by solving the optimal problem with analytic method or more general numerical approach. Then,both PI and deadbeat control methods were used to control the yoyo system. The simulation results show that the analytic solution of the reference trajectory is identical to the numerical solution,which mutually validates the correctness of the two solution methods. In simulation,the initial amplitude of yoyo is set to be 0.22 m which is 10% higher than the desired final amplitude of 0.2 m. It can be seen that the amplitude achieves the desired value asymptotically in about five periods when using PI control,while it needs only one period with deadbeat control. The reference trajectory of robot is generated by optimizing a certain performance index; therefore,it is globally optimal. This is essentially different from those traditional control methods,in which the reference trajectories are empirically imposed on robot. What's more,by choosing the height of the robot arm when the yoyo arrives at the bottom as the virtual control,the motion of the robot arm may not be out of its stroke limitation. The proposed approach may also be used in the control of other similar periodical dynamic systems. 展开更多

In order to acquire... A model to describe the hysteresis damper character of rubber material is presented in this paper. It consists of a parallel spring and damper, whose coefficients change with vibration frequencies. In order to acquire these relations, the force decomposition is carried out according to some sine vibration measurement data about nonlinear forces changing with deformations of the rubber material. The nonlinear force is decomposed into a spring force and a damper force, which are represented by a frcquency-dependent spring and damper coefficient, respectively. Repeating this step for different measurements will give different coefficients corresponding to different frequencies. Then, application of a parameter identification method will provide the requested functions over frequency. Using those formulae, as an example, the dynamic character of a hollow shaft system supported by rubber rings is analyzed and the acceleration response curve in the centroid position is calculated. Comparisons with sine vibration experiments of the real system show a maximal inaccuracy of 8. 8 %. Application of this model and procedure can simplify the modeling and analysis of mechanical systems including rubber materials. 展开更多

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tuina(Chinese therapeutic massage)plus Shen Ling Bai Zhu San for pediatric diarrhea due to spleen deficiency.Methods:A total of 105 children with diarrhea due to spleen deficiency were selected and randomized into two groups by the random number table method.Fifty-two cases in the control group were treated with oral Shen Ling Bai Zhu San,and 53 cases in the observation group were treated with additional Tuina treatment.The clinical efficacy was evaluated after treatment,and the changes of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores were observed.Results:During the trial,there were three dropouts in the observation group,and two in the control group.After the treatment,the total effective rate was 100.0%in the observation group,and 90.0%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of primary and secondary symptoms,and the total scores of TCM symptoms in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).And the scores of primary and secondary symptoms,and the total score of TCM symptoms in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in either group during the treatment.Conclusion:Tuina plus Shen Ling Bai Zhu San has a better therapeutic effect in treating pediatric diarrhea due to spleen deficiency than Shen Ling Bai Zhu San alone. 展开更多

In this paper, finite sample properties of virtual reference feedback tuning control are considered, by using the theory of finite sample properties from system identification. To design a controller in closed loop system structure, the idea of virtual reference feedback tuning is proposed to avoid the identification process corresponding to the plant model. After constructing one identification cost without any knowledge of plant model, the author derives one bound on the difference between the expected identification cost and its sample identification cost under the condition that the number of data points is finite. Also the correlation between the plant input and external noise is considered in the derivation of this bound. Furthermore, the author continues to derive one probability bound to quantify this difference by using some probability inequalities and control theory. 展开更多
