制备了三苯胺化合物4,4′,4″-三(咔唑-9-基)三苯胺(TCTA)的单层器件ITO/MoO3/TCTA/LiF/Al和TCTA/TPBi双层异质结器件ITO/NPB/TCTA/TPBi/Bphen/LiF/Al,研究了TCTA的双分子发光现象。通过测试器件的光电性能和薄膜的稳态光谱,得出以下结... 制备了三苯胺化合物4,4′,4″-三(咔唑-9-基)三苯胺(TCTA)的单层器件ITO/MoO3/TCTA/LiF/Al和TCTA/TPBi双层异质结器件ITO/NPB/TCTA/TPBi/Bphen/LiF/Al,研究了TCTA的双分子发光现象。通过测试器件的光电性能和薄膜的稳态光谱,得出以下结论:(1)单层器件的电致发光光谱有425 nm和600 nm两个发光峰。与TCTA薄膜的光致发光光谱对比,可知425 nm附近的蓝色发光峰来源于TCTA单体发光,而600 nm附近的橙色发光应为TCTA二聚体electromer的发光。蓝色和橙色发光混合,使单层器件发光颜色表现为白色,对应色坐标为(0.381,0.343)。(2)TCTA/TPBi双层异质结器件的电致发光光谱为440 nm的单峰,器件的最大发光亮度为930 cd/m2,发光性能明显优于单层器件。结合薄膜TCTA、TPBi和TCTA/TPBi的光致发光光谱和紫外-可见光吸收光谱,可知双层器件的发光来自TCTA+TPBi-电致激基复合物。双层器件表现出良好的色稳定性,电压在6~11 V范围,CIE色坐标为(0.18±0.01,0.14±0.01)。 展开更多

Spectral and photophysical investigations of 4'-(p-aminophenyl)-2,2':6',2″-terpyridine (APT) have been performed in various solvents with different polarity and hydrogen-bonding ability. The emission spectra of APT are found to exhibit dual fluorescence in polar solvents, which attributes to the local excited and intramolecular charge transfer states, respectively. The two-state model is proven out for APT in polar solvent by the time-correlated single photon counting emission decay measurement. Interestingly, the linear relationships of different emission maxima and solvent polarity parameter are found for APT in protic and aprotic solvents, because of the hydrogen bond formation between APT and alcohols at the amino nitrogen N25. Furthermore, the effects of the complexation of the metal ion with tpy group of APT and the hydrogen bond formation between APT with methanol at the terpyridine nitrogen N4-NS-N14 are also presented. The appearance of new long-wave absorption and fluorescence bands indicates that a new ground state of the complexes is formed. 展开更多

The excited-state double proton transfer(ESDPT)properties of 1,5-dihydroxyanthraquinone(1,5-DHAQ)in various solvents were investigated using femtosecond transient absorption spectroscopy and the DFT/TDDFT method.The steady-state fluorescence spectra in toluene,tetrahydrofuran(THF)and acetonitrile(ACN)solvents presented that the solvent polarity has an effect on the position of the ESDPT fluorescence emission peak for the 1,5-DHAQ system.Transient absorption spectra show that the increasing polarity of the solvent accelerates the rate of excited state dynamics.Calculated potential energy curves analysis further verified the experimental results.The ESDPT barrier decreases gradually with the increase of solvent polarity from toluene,THF to ACN solvent.It is convinced that the increase of solvent polarity can promote the occurrence of the ESDPT dynamic processes for the 1,5-DHAQ system.This work clarifies the mechanism of the influence of solvent polarity on the ESDPT process of 1,5-DHAQ,which provides novel ideas for design and synthesis of new hydroxyanthraquinone derivatives. 展开更多
