为了提高三七精密播种机播种合格指数、增强其爬坡能力,设计了一种双轮驱动压穴式三七精密播种机,阐述了其工作原理,确定了排种器、压穴轮和传动系统的主要结构参数。采用四棱台状压穴柱,加大了种穴入种面积;将三七播种机设计为双压穴... 为了提高三七精密播种机播种合格指数、增强其爬坡能力,设计了一种双轮驱动压穴式三七精密播种机,阐述了其工作原理,确定了排种器、压穴轮和传动系统的主要结构参数。采用四棱台状压穴柱,加大了种穴入种面积;将三七播种机设计为双压穴轮配合行走与压穴,增强其爬坡能力。以云南文山三七种子为播种对象,在EDEM中进行压穴排种仿真试验,整机在文山三七种植地分坡度进行多次田间试验验证。结果表明:播种机在0°~15°坡地上播种时,播种平均合格指数为95.83%,漏播指数为1.92%,重播指数为2.25%,粒距平均值为50.2mm,播深平均值为22.7mm;播种机在15°~25°坡地上播种时,播种平均合格指数为92.34%,漏播指数为3.50%,重播指数为4.16%,粒距平均值为48.9mm,播深平均值为23.9mm。上述指标均满足三七播种农艺要求。 展开更多

根据宁波捷胜海洋开发有限公司2006-2007年对其近年研发的金枪鱼延绳钓机系统进行的陆上模拟试验及对广州远洋渔业公司2005-2006年在马尔代夫海域的生产调查资料,对其中的投绳系统(主要由双压轮投绳机、收绳机)及电子视听监控系统(... 根据宁波捷胜海洋开发有限公司2006-2007年对其近年研发的金枪鱼延绳钓机系统进行的陆上模拟试验及对广州远洋渔业公司2005-2006年在马尔代夫海域的生产调查资料,对其中的投绳系统(主要由双压轮投绳机、收绳机)及电子视听监控系统(辅助投绳系统)的投绳效率进行了分析。结果表明:该钓机系统海上作业时的总投绳效率比目前国内钓船普遍使用的钓机系统提高12%以上,其中,投绳系统与电子视听监控系统的提高幅度分别为10.10%和1.90%;投绳系统中的双压轮投绳机与遥控/手动止动阀(位于收绳机主滚筒旁)的模拟投绳效率分别比单压轮投绳机与手动止动阀的投绳效率各提高7.69%和1.71%以上。另外,电子视听监控系统与遥控/手动止动阀的使用同时也提高了金枪鱼延绳钓的起钓效率与生产的安全性。 展开更多

In view of the axial force produced in the working process of double arc helical gear hydraulic pump,the theory of differential equation of curve and curved surface was utilized so that the calculation formula of axial force was obtained and the relationship between the axial force and structure parameters of gears was clarified.In order to balance the axial force,the pressure oil in the high pressure area was introduced into the end face of the plunger to press the plunger against the gear shaft,and the hydrostatic bearing whose type is plunger at the end of the shaft was designed.In order to verify the balance effect of axial force,the leakage owing to end clearance and volume efficiency of gear hydraulic pump before and after the balancing process was analyzed.This paper provides a new analysis idea and balance scheme for the axial force produced in the working process of the double arc helical gear hydraulic pump,which can reduce the leakage owing to end clearance caused by the axial force and improve the volume efficiency of the gear hydraulic pump. 展开更多

Low voltage ride through (LVRT) capability has become more and more an issue for newly integrated wind turbines. The LVRT programs described in this paper developed field tests for newly installed wind turbines on wind farms in Northeast China. It is therefore different from other papers that only validate LVRT control strategies through running computer software simulations. To examine a single wind turbine's LVRT capability, the wind turbine's terminal voltage dip was realized by using a grid voltage dip emulator, which was located on the 690 V side of the generator transformer. In this paper, by artificially making various grid faults, the dynamic behavior of DFIG and PMSG wind turbines are analyzed and compared, control strategies such as active/passive crowbar and chopper protection schemes are verified, and new active/reactive power compensation methods are investigated and compared. 展开更多

Oscillating water column (OWC) based wave energy plants have been designed with several types of bidirectional turbines for converting pneumatic power to shaft power. Impulse turbines with linked guide vanes and fixed guide vanes have been tested at the Indian Wave Energy plant. This was after initial experimentation with Well's turbines. In contrast to the Well's turbine which has a linear damping characteristic, impulse turbines have non-linear damping. This has an important effect in the overall energy conversion from wave to wire. Optimizing the wave energy plant requires a turbine with linear damping and good efficiency over a broad range of flow coefficient. This work describes how such a design can be made using fixed guide vane impulse turbines. The Indian Wave Energy plant is used as a case study. 展开更多

Suppression of super-knock in TC-GDI engine using two-stage injection in intake stroke(TSII) 被引量:5

Turbocharging and direct injection are main technologies used for energy-saving gasoline engines. But the biggest challenge is super-knock, whose mechanism is unclear and has no effective strategy to suppress this super-knock until now. The effects of injection strategies on super-knock were experimentally investigated in a turbocharged GDI engine. It was found that two-stage injections during intake stroke (TSII) can eliminate super-knock. Meanwhile, the fuel consumption, emissions and exhaust tem- perature can keep optimized level. By sweeping the start of the 1st injection (SOIl), end of the 2nd injection (EOI2) and the split injection ratios (ROI2) using 5000 cycles evaluation test at low-speed high load operating point, the optimized injection strategy for the typical TC-GDI engine is TSII with SOIl at middle of intake stroke, EOI2 at end of intake stroke, and ROI2 of 0.3. 展开更多
