本文建立了乳状液膜扩散-反应双控制过程传递机理的数学模型,该模型综合考虑了膜外相边界层,金属离子与载体的界面化学反应以及膜相阻力等因素对传质的影响。实验验证了该模型具有较好的适应性。

Dual-point composition control for a high-purity ideal heat integrated distillation column (HIDiC) is addressed in this work. Three measures are suggested and combined for overcoming process inherent nonlinearities:(1) variable scaling; (2) multi-model representation of process dynamics and (3) feedforward compensation. These strategies can offer the developed control systems with several distinct advantages: (1) capability of dealing with severe disturbances; (2) tight tuning of controller parameters and (3) high robustness with respect to variation of operating conditions. We demonstrate the formation of ultraslow dark semiconductor double quantum well (SDQW) structure based optical solitons with a four-level scheme in an asymmetric on intersubband transitions by using only a low-intensity pulsed laser radiation. With appropriate conditions we show numerically that the dark optical soliton can travel with a ultraslow group velocity Vg/c - -10^-3. Such a semiconductor system is much more practical than its atomic counterpart because of its flexible design and the controllable interference strength. This nonlinear optical process in the SDQW solid-state material may be used for the control technology of optical delay lines and optical buffers. 展开更多

The operation variables,including feed rate of ore slurry,caustic solution and live steams in the double-stream alumina digestion process,determine the product quality,process costs and the environment pollution.Previously,they were set by the technical workers according to the offline analysis results and an empirical formula,which leads to unstable process indices and high consumption frequently.So,a multi-objective optimization model is built to maintain the balance between resource consumptions and process indices by taking technical indices and energy efficiency as objectives,where the key technical indices are predicted based on the digestion kinetics of diaspore.A multi-objective state transition algorithm(MOSTA)is improved to solve the problem,in which a self-adaptive strategy is applied to dynamically adjust the operator factors of the MOSTA and dynamic infeasible threshold is used to handle constraints to enhance searching efficiency and ability of the algorithm.Then a rule based strategy is designed to make the final decision from the Pareto frontiers.The method is integrated into an optimal control system for the industrial digestion process and tested in the actual production.Results show that the proposed method can achieve the technical target while reducing the energy consumption. 展开更多
