内阻对锂离子电池产热功率的影响

降低单体电池的产热对于电池包设计非常重要。测量18650型锂离子电池的比热容、交流阻抗、2.00 C和3.00 C倍率放电的产热功率,发现欧姆内阻产热在单极耳电池的总产热中比重最大,为58.0%。将电池改成双极耳设计,欧姆内阻产热的比重降至37.4%,与单极耳电池相比,2.00 C和3.00 C倍率放电的产热功率分别下降30.8%和34.1%。
