职业院校教师队伍建设是强化职业教育类型定位、助力职业教育高质量发展、推进职业教育现代化的关键。当前,我国职业院校教师队伍专业化发展还存在一系列问题,基于输入型能力模型和输出型能力模型,对教师队伍专业发展进行“职前—准入... 职业院校教师队伍建设是强化职业教育类型定位、助力职业教育高质量发展、推进职业教育现代化的关键。当前,我国职业院校教师队伍专业化发展还存在一系列问题,基于输入型能力模型和输出型能力模型,对教师队伍专业发展进行“职前—准入—职后”三个层面的系统设计,能够更好地提升职业院校教师队伍的质量。在职前培养上,要发挥培养主体的协同功能、明确培养内容的具体标准、实现培养模式的多维发展;在准入体系上,要坚持德技并重的准入理念、完善资格认证的静态标准、规范教师招聘的动态程序;在职后发展上,要完善四级联动的在职培训体系、创新在职教师群体的培训模式、健全“双师”标准的评价机制。 展开更多

The extraction kinetics of Ce(Ⅳ) and Ce(Ⅳ)-F^- mixture systems from sulfuric solutions to n-heptane solution containing Bif-ILE[A336][P204]([trialkylmethylammonium][di-2-ethylhewanxylphosphinate]) with a constant interfacial area cell with laminar flow were studied,just to elucidate the extraction mechanism and the mass transfer models.The data were analyzed in terms of pseudo-first-order constants.The effects of stirring speed,specific interfacial area and temperature on the extraction rate in both systems were discussed,suggesting that the extractions were mixed bulk phases-interfacial control process.Supported by the experimental data,the corresponding rate equations for Ce(Ⅳ) extraction system and Ce(Ⅳ)-F^- mixture extraction system were obtained.The experimental results indicated the rate-controlling step.The kinetics model was deduced from the rate-controlling step and consistent with the rate equation. 展开更多

To optimize the distance between the bells in pile design,this paper reports a series of small scale tests on the uplift capacity of double belled piles embedded in dry dense sand considering different bell space ratios.Finite element modelling is also performed to evaluate the range of soil failure around the piles during pile uplift displacement.Test results show that when bell space ratio is 6 or 8,the uplift capacity reaches the peak value.The upper bell bears more load than the lower one for the piles with bell space ratio less than 6,while the lower bell bears more load than the upper one for the piles with bell space ratio larger than 8. 展开更多
