为了解决小型无人机在室内光线不足情况下的避障以及路径规划问题,设计了一种基于深度相机的无人机室内地图构建系统。文中使用Pixhawk控制板和低成本嵌入式结构光深度相机硬件平台,为避障以及路径规划目标提供室内环境信息。采用反传... 为了解决小型无人机在室内光线不足情况下的避障以及路径规划问题,设计了一种基于深度相机的无人机室内地图构建系统。文中使用Pixhawk控制板和低成本嵌入式结构光深度相机硬件平台,为避障以及路径规划目标提供室内环境信息。采用反传感器模型算法,利用深度相机和位姿传感器提供的信息来筛选处理出有效的障碍物信息,并构建室内的三维地图,其中深度相机通过激光扫描的方式来获取障碍物点云的描述信息,利用位姿传感器获取无人机的高度信息。实验结果表明,使用该系统能够快速获取室内地图,对障碍物的判断准确率比较高,且不受光线影响,可以广泛应用于无人机的室内导航,实现不依赖外部光源的室内无人机地图构建系统。 展开更多

The three-phase bridge inverter is used as the converter topology in the power controller for a 9 kW doubly salient permanent magnet (DSPM) motor. Compared with common three-phase bridge inverters, the proposed inverter works under more complicated conditions with different principles for special winding back EMFs, position signals of hall sensors, and the given mode of switches. The ideal steady driving principles of the inverter for the motor are given. The working state with asymmetric winding back EMFs, inaccurate position signals of hall sensors, and the changing input voltage is analyzed. In order to enhance the accuracy and reliability of wireless location under non-line-of-sight (NLOS) environments,a novel neural network (NN) location approach using the digital broadcasting signals is presented. By the learning ability of the NN and the closely approximate unknown function to any degree of desired accuracy,the input-output mapping relationship between coordinates and the measurement data of time of arrival (TOA) and time difference of arrival (TDOA) is established. A real-time learning algorithm based on the extended Kalman filter (EKF) is used to train the multilayer perceptron (MLP) network by treating the linkweights of a network as the states of the nonlinear dynamic system. Since the EKF-based learning algorithm approximately gives the minimum variance estimate of the linkweights,the convergence is improved in comparison with the backwards error propagation (BP) algorithm. Numerical results illustrate thatthe proposedalgorithmcanachieve enhanced accuracy,and the performance ofthe algorithmis betterthanthat of the BP-based NN algorithm and the least squares (LS) algorithm in the NLOS environments. Moreover,this location method does not depend on a particular distribution of the NLOS error and does not need line-of-sight ( LOS ) or NLOS identification. 展开更多

The MoOx/AuNPs composite film modified glassy carbon electrode was fabricated by electro-depositing simultaneously gold nanoparticles and molybdenum oxides using cyclic voltammetry. The morphology and topography of the MoOx/AuNPs composite were char-acterized by scan electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy respectively, and the electrocatalytic oxidation of glucose at the MoOx/AuNPs composite film was inves-tigated and analyzed in detail. It was shown that the MoOx/AuNPs composite was of strong electrocatalytic activity towards oxidation of glucose as well as other saccharides, so that an attempt was made for direct voltammetric determination of glucose. Then the positive scan polarization reverse catalytic voltammetry was proposed for the first time. Based on this method, the pure oxidation current was extracted by subtraction of the blank current in the reverse scan. The current sensitivity was enhanced tremendously and the signal to noise ra-tio was improved adequately. The electrocatalytic oxidation of glucose at the MoOx/AuNPs modified electrode was performed in alkaline medium, a wide linear range from 0.01 mmol/L to 4.0 mmol/L of glucose, a higher current sensitivity of 2.35 mA/(mmol/L·cm2), and a lower limit of detection of 9.01 μmol/L (at signal/noise=3) were achieved. In addition, the electrocatalytic oxidation of other saccharides such as lactose, fructose and sucrose was also evaluated. 展开更多

In order to start up the brushless DC motor (BLDCM) without reverse rotation and smoothly switch the running state of the motor, a novel startup and smoothly switching method for a sensodess BLDCM is presented. Based on the saturation effect of the stator iron, six short voltage pulses are applied to determine the initial rotor position and the rotor can be found within 60°. After that, a series of short and long voltage pulses are used to accelerate the motor and the variation of the response current is utilized to detect the rotor position dynamically. When the motor reaches a certain speed at which the back-electromotive force (EMF) method can be applied, all the power devices are turned off and the running state of the motor is smoothly switched at the moment determined by the relationship between the terminal voltage waveform and the commutation phases. The experimental results verify the feasibility and validity of the proposed method. 展开更多

Pressure fluctuation in the submerged circulative impinging stream reactor (SCISR) is studied by measuring the dynamic pressure with micro pressure sensors of high accuracy, with water as the process material. Experimental results show that the maximum amplitude of fluctuation can be up to about 1.6kPa. On the power spectra the fluctuation is relatively concentrated in the range of 〈1000Hz, with some weak peeks in acoustic wave range. The space profile of intensive fluctuation region in the reactor is determined. The region is found to take the form of a couple truncated cones of empty core, with coincided bottoms, and is symmetrical with respect to the impinging plane and approximately symmetrical about the axis, essentially independent of u0. The integral intensity of fluctuation increases as the impinging velocity, Uo increasing. 展开更多

Inter-phase mass transfer is important to the design and performance of airlift loop reactors for either chemical or biochemical applications, and a good measurement technique is crucial for studying mass transfer in multiphase systems. According to the model of macro-scale mass transfer in airlift loop reactors, it was proved that the airlift loop reactor can be regarded as a continuous stirred tank reactor for measuring mass transfer coefficient. The calculated mass transfer coefficient on such a basis is different from the volumetric mass transfer coefficient in the macro-scale model and the difference is discussed. To describe the time delay of the probe response to the change of oxygen concentration in the liquid phase, a model taking into account the time constant of response is es-tablished. Sensitivity analysis shows that this model can be used to measure the volumetric mass transfer coefficient. Applying this model to the measurement of volumetric mass transfer coefficient in the loop reactor, results that co-incide with the turbulence theory in the literate were obtained. 展开更多

As a molecular recognition element, aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase which would be expected to have high selectivity for the corresponding amino acids was used, aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase was coated onto an ISFET electrode, and the response of the biosensor to amino acids was evaluated. The amino acid sensor for tyrosine showed a selective response to tyrosine because of the specific binding ability of aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase for tyrosine and from 300μM to 900 μM of tyrosine could be measured (r2 〉 0.969). 展开更多

The key of speed sensorless vector control system lies in the accurate orientation of magnetic field. In some field-oriented algorithms, the integrator of observers and the dead-time effect bring in system errors during the estimation of field position. In this paper, a saturated feedback integrator is used, and the dead-time effect is compen- sated by current positive feedback. Experiments were carried out on the hardware platform of MCK2407, with chip TMS320LF2407 from TI Company. The results show that the prooosed method is simole and effective, and the accuracy of field position is improved. 展开更多
