反季节繁殖技术对四川白鹅生长发育规律及肉质的影响

为了探讨反季节繁殖技术对四川白鹅生长发育的影响,试验选择相同日龄的四川白鹅,随机分成2组(反季节繁殖处理组和对照组),分别测定其平均增重、剪切力、失水率和肌苷酸。结果表明:与对照组相比反季节繁殖处理组,平均增重、剪切力、失水率和肌苷酸差异不显著(P>0.05),即反季节繁殖技术不会改变四川白鹅生长发育规律及肉质。

鹅反季节繁殖技术的研究与应用

鹅的繁殖具有典型的季节特征,导致不能全年均衡生产,使市场价格波动较大。然而,通过反季节繁殖技术可以让鹅在非繁殖季节持续高效地进行生产,达到均衡生产的目的。本文通过阐述鹅反季节繁殖的机理、调控方法、配套措施,并结合当前生产实践中的现实案例,为鹅反季节生产真正实现科学化、产业化奠定基础。
