目的分析胰岛素过敏反应现状及处理对策,为临床诊治提供参考。方法对我院2015年2月—2017年2月收治的10例胰岛素过敏患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,分析并总结胰岛素过敏的反应现状及处理策略。结果对于糖尿病较轻的患者可采用口服降糖... 目的分析胰岛素过敏反应现状及处理对策,为临床诊治提供参考。方法对我院2015年2月—2017年2月收治的10例胰岛素过敏患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,分析并总结胰岛素过敏的反应现状及处理策略。结果对于糖尿病较轻的患者可采用口服降糖药,对胰岛素过敏但又必须使用胰岛素治疗的患者可以采取更换胰岛素类型或脱敏疗法。结论医护人员要熟练掌握胰岛素过敏反应的诊治方法,根据患者的实际情况采取相应的处理措施,以确保患者的用药安全,促进患者的早日康复。 展开更多

目的:分析儿科在临床治疗中使用中药注射剂的过程中出现不良反应的因素,提高儿科中药注射剂使用的临床安全性及治疗效果方法:选取我院临床儿科使用中药注射剂治疗过程中出现不良反应的135例患儿进行分析研究。结果:儿科在临床使用... 目的:分析儿科在临床治疗中使用中药注射剂的过程中出现不良反应的因素,提高儿科中药注射剂使用的临床安全性及治疗效果方法:选取我院临床儿科使用中药注射剂治疗过程中出现不良反应的135例患儿进行分析研究。结果:儿科在临床使用中药注射剂的过程中出现不良反应的频率较高,特别是经常出现皮肤或者是附件损害的情况,这与儿童独特的生理特点、中药注射剂的生产工艺流程、注射治疗的速度、药品的使用方法不当等有着非常密切的联系。结论:儿科使用中药注射剂出现不良反应的情况较高,为了防止这类情况的发生,应该加强对中药注射剂临床使用的管理,提高药品的质量,减少儿童使用中药注射剂时不良反应发生的概率。 展开更多

A new method for the preparation of aminated lignin (AEL) through etherification and amination reaction was presented. Chlorine atoms were ?rstly introduced into lignin through its etheri?cation with epichlorohydrin. Then, hydrophilic amine groups were grafted to the modi?ed lignin structure through amination with ethylenediamine to obtain AEL. Subsequent acidi?cation of AEL led to the ionized aminated lignin (IAEL). The results of our analyses showed that the nitrogen content of AEL was 6.9%. Foaming and emulsifying experiments indicated that AEL had better foamability and emulsifying properties than IAEL. Surface tension tests showed that AEL and IAEL had similar critical micelle concentration (CMC). However, IAEL had lower surface tension (36.33 mN/m) than AEL (42.89 mN/m) at CMC. These results demonstrate the promising applicability of AEL as an emulsi?er and that of IAEL as feedstock in the production of detergent and dispersant. 展开更多

Report on the 10 cases of allergic reactions to oxaliplatin

Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the mechanism, clinical manifestations, prevention and treatment measures of allergic reactions caused by oxaliplatin. Methods: Made detailed data about allergic reactions to oxaliplatin from 10 patients in our department, and made analysis and discussions about it while referring to related reference. Results: All the 10 patients had no history of allergies, 4 cases of allergies occurred during the course of multi-cycle chemotherapy, and 6 cases occurred on the first time of drug administration, whose allergic symptoms were present in the process of using oxaliplatin, with the infusion time from 10 to 25 rain. When relevant treatments such as drug withdrawal, hormone, intravenous calcium gluconate and magnesium sulfate were done to the patients, related symptoms could be soon relieved. Conclusion: Mechanisms of oxaliplatin allergic are still unclear. Applying calcium and magnesium may reduce the risk of neurotoxicity and reduce the degree of allergic reactions before administration of oxaliplatin. 展开更多
