电化学二氧化碳还原反应(carbon dioxide reduction reaction,CO_(2)RR)产乙烯目前已成为电催化CO_(2)RR领域的研究重点和热点.通过简单的化学沉淀耦合化学还原保护法成功获得了富含(111)晶面的立方体结构Cu_(2)O催化剂,系统研究了其在... 电化学二氧化碳还原反应(carbon dioxide reduction reaction,CO_(2)RR)产乙烯目前已成为电催化CO_(2)RR领域的研究重点和热点.通过简单的化学沉淀耦合化学还原保护法成功获得了富含(111)晶面的立方体结构Cu_(2)O催化剂,系统研究了其在H型反应器以及零间距膜电极组件(membrane electrode assembly,MEA)反应器中的电化学性能.结果表明.富含(111)晶面的立方体结构Cu_(2)O催化剂表现出了优异的产乙烯活性;相比于H型反应器,零间距MEA反应器进行CO_(2)RR时的最佳法拉第效率(Faradaic efficiency,FE)提升了13.94%,总电流密度也基本可以满足工业化的需求(>200 mA/cm^(2));设计并组装的大面积(25 cm^(2))零间距MEA反应器在CO_(2)RR中表现出了优异的催化性能,且在槽压大于2.9 V时表现出了独特的“面积效应”.“面积效应”的出现表明零极距MEA反应器在有效面积放大时,除电极面积、电解质浓度、CO_(2)流速等关键因素的调控外,极板的流道设计、导电性优化等均可能会影响催化反应的电流密度. 展开更多

基于中子积分输运理论,应用综合界面流和碰撞几率技巧的块方法,导出了处理三区非均匀栅元结构的二维(X-Y)几何多群中子输运问题的数值模型。即对于由若干栅元组成的按X-Y几何排列的堆芯结构,对每一类栅元剖分为圆柱形元件(... 基于中子积分输运理论,应用综合界面流和碰撞几率技巧的块方法,导出了处理三区非均匀栅元结构的二维(X-Y)几何多群中子输运问题的数值模型。即对于由若干栅元组成的按X-Y几何排列的堆芯结构,对每一类栅元剖分为圆柱形元件(如燃料棒、控制棒、可燃毒物棒等)、包壳和慢化剂三个均匀区,用碰撞几率(CP或PIJ)方法计算各区的中子通量分布;对于相邻栅元用DP1近似的中子流来耦合;因此,块方法具有精度高、速度快、能灵活处理各种几何问题的优点,是目前动力堆组件计算最有前途的方法之一。基于块方法基本理论,发展了三区栅元模型,导出了计算方法,编制了FORTRAN计算机程序。为验证其精度和适用性,对两个例题进行了计算,并与其它程序的计算结果进行了比较,证明功率分布和本征值均符合较好。 展开更多

To estimate grain yield losses due race Ug99 (TTKSK), repli... Stem rust, caused by Puccinia graminis Pers. f. sp. tritici Eriks & E. Henn., is an important disease of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) in many countries. To estimate grain yield losses due race Ug99 (TTKSK), replicated experiments including fifteen wheat cultivars were screened for seedling and adult plant resistance. Greenhouse seedling test was conducted under controlled conditions. Field experiments were set up at two locations, Mau-Narok and KARI-Njoro, during 2008 and 2009 cropping seasons. The stem rust epidemics were created by inoculating spreader rows of a susceptible variety planted perpendicular to rows of non-protected plots. Rust severity and infection response were determined using modified Cobb scale. All the cultivars were susceptible at seedling stage, but some displayed adult plant resistance response despite of the high disease pressure. Mean grain yield losses ranged between 5.6% and 66.3% and were highly correlated to final disease severity (FDS) and the area under disease progress curve (AUDPC). Genetic studies are needed to characterise the adult plant resistance in tolerant culti(,ars to race Ug99 for exploitation in breeding for resistance. 展开更多

反应堆换料过程中燃料组件的精确定位是成功抓取与无损提升的关键,由于对安全性与效率的高要求,面对堆内复杂水下环境,需要在保证高精度的同时实现在多变环境中的适应性与可靠性,从而实现全自动精确定位。本研究针对该情况,建立目标检... 反应堆换料过程中燃料组件的精确定位是成功抓取与无损提升的关键,由于对安全性与效率的高要求,面对堆内复杂水下环境,需要在保证高精度的同时实现在多变环境中的适应性与可靠性,从而实现全自动精确定位。本研究针对该情况,建立目标检测深度学习模型(YOLO),并利用基于自然语言处理的“分割一切(SAM)”图像分割预训练大模型进行进一步切分,最后通过先验结构实现目标图形学后处理优化,提升燃料组件的定位精度。该多阶段的组合策略模型实现了全自动智能化定位过程的算法解释性,满足了换料保障现场的调试要求,同时通过目标快速检测-目标分割-形态学后处理计算的优化方案解决水下不确定性环境中的不稳定问题,具有高范用性与鲁棒性。在模拟试验环境中,该模型快速可靠、调试性强,单组件定位时间不超过1 s,误差不超过0.5 mm,换料定位效率提升超过90%,大幅度降低操作人员受辐照剂量。 展开更多

In the SILER (Seismic-Initiated events risk mitigation in LEad-cooled Reactors) Project, it is interesting to apply seismic isolation technology for the reactor assembly of the fixed base reactor building for ADS (Acceleration Driven System) heavy liquid reactor MYRRHA (Multipurpose Hybrid Research Reactor for High-Tech Application) which contains the most critical safety related components, such as reactor vessel, safe shutdown and control rod mechanisms, primary heat exchangers, primary pumps, spoliation target assembly and fuel assemblies, etc. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the possibility of an application of a partial seismic isolation to the safety critical components only, here, the reactor assembly. This paper presents the preliminary analysis results of the isolated reactor assembly and compares these with those of seismic isolated ADS reactor building. The analysis results show the reduction of the seismic acceleration response but the increase of the relative displacement for the reactor assembly. Some safety issues, especially, coolant's incapable covering the reactor core make difficult to apply for the partial seismic isolation of the ADS reactor assembly due to large relative displacement occurring the partial isolation system. Further study on the partial seismic isolation application of the critical safety components are also discussed. 展开更多

Computer simulation is a good guide and reference for development and research on petroleum refining processes. Traditionally, pseudo-components are used in the simulation, in which their physical properties are estimated by empirical relations and cannot be associated with actual chemical reactions, as no molecular structure is available for pseudo-components. This limitation can be overcome if real components are used. In this paper, a real component based method is proposed for the simulation of a diesel hydrotreating process by using the software of Unisim Design. This process includes reaction units and distillation units. The chemical reaction network is established by analyzing the feedstock. The feedstock is characterized by real components, which are obtained based on true boiling point curve. Simulation results are consistent with actual data. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE:To study the anaphylaxis of Qingkailing injection(QI) and its components.METHODS:Experimental anaphylactoid and allergic reactions were used.Changes in the behaviors of Beagles and serum levels of histamine,immunoglobulin(Ig)E,IgG,IgM,eosinophil cationic protein(ECP),and interleukin(IL)-4,as well as blood pressure,after injecting QI and its components on the forelimb veins of Beagles were observed.RESULTS:According to comprehensive determination of abnormal behavior scores and changes in serum levels of histamine,IgE,IgG,IgM,ECP,and IL-4,as well as in blood pressure,radix isatidis and hyodeoxycholic acid caused anaphylactoid reactions,and honeysuckle,radix isatidis,hydrolysate,cholic acid and Gardenia jasminoides caused allergic reactions.The anaphylaxis of QI involved anaphylactoid and allergic reactions.CONCLUSION:QI and its components need to be refined further to improve the safety,efficacy,and quality of its use in clinical settings. 展开更多

Activating transcription factor 5(ATF5) is a member of the activating transcription factor/cA MP response element binding protein(ATF/CREB) family, and is highly expressed in liver and adipose tissue. Previous reports have shown that ATF5 promoted 3T3-L1 preadipocytes differentiation. In this study, we found that ATF5 was highly expressed in mature adipocytes, suggesting a potential role of ATF5 in mature adipocytes, which has not been reported previously. To understand the function of ATF5 in mature adipocytes, we knocked down the expression of ATF5 in 3T3-L1 mature adipocytes and observed decreased lipid droplets. Consistent with the in vitro experiment, the knockdown of ATF5 in white adipose tissue led to less adipose tissue and smaller adipocytes size. Further research revealed that the inhibition of ATF5 diminished the adipocytes size via the inhibition of fatty acid synthetase, stearyl coenzyme A desaturation enzyme 1, and the induction of carnitine palmitoyl transferase 1, one key enzyme of lipid metabolism. In addition, ATF5 knockdown in inguinal white adipose tissue improved whole body insulin sensitivity.Our work provides a new understanding of ATF5 function in mature adipocytes and a potential therapeutic target of diabetes. 展开更多
