目的评价激素反添加疗法在促性腺激素释放激素类似物(Gn RHa)治疗子宫内膜异位症(EMS)中应用效果。方法 2012年1月‐2014年1月,单一用药组与联合用药组各纳入患者40例、43例,均给予术后Gn RHa治疗,联合用药组术后给予Gn RHa+戊二酸雌二... 目的评价激素反添加疗法在促性腺激素释放激素类似物(Gn RHa)治疗子宫内膜异位症(EMS)中应用效果。方法 2012年1月‐2014年1月,单一用药组与联合用药组各纳入患者40例、43例,均给予术后Gn RHa治疗,联合用药组术后给予Gn RHa+戊二酸雌二醇+地屈孕酮治疗,随访,对比相关指标。结果单一用药组3个月、6个月后雌二醇水平低于联合用药组,潮热盗汗、性欲减退、骨痛、情绪波动、失眠及乏力发生率高于联合用药组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);单一用药组与联合用药组盆腔疼痛、卵巢囊肿复发情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在Gn RHa治疗EMs中应用激素反添加疗法,可减轻绝经期症状,不会增加复发风险。 展开更多

目的探讨激素反添加疗法在GnRH-a治疗腹腔镜卵巢子宫内膜异位症囊肿剥除术中的临床效果。方法随机选取2014年1月-2017年1月新疆医科大学第一附属医院行腹腔镜卵巢子宫内膜异位症囊肿剥除术的患者90例为研究对象,给予GnRH-a皮下注射6个疗... 目的探讨激素反添加疗法在GnRH-a治疗腹腔镜卵巢子宫内膜异位症囊肿剥除术中的临床效果。方法随机选取2014年1月-2017年1月新疆医科大学第一附属医院行腹腔镜卵巢子宫内膜异位症囊肿剥除术的患者90例为研究对象,给予GnRH-a皮下注射6个疗程,平均分成3组。A组:术后给予GnRH-a治疗; B组:术后给予GnRH-a联合克龄蒙治疗; C组:术后给予GnRH-a联合替勃龙治疗。观察各组黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)及癌胚抗原125(CA125),骨密度和围绝经期症状的变化情况。结果 3组患者药物治疗后3个月和6个月的LH、FSH、E2的水平与药物治疗前相比较均明显下降,其中B组和C组的雌激素水平均比A组水平高(均P<0. 05)。3组患者药物治疗后3个月和6个月的痛经视觉疼痛症状评分(VAS)与药物治疗前相比均明显下降,3组患者药物治疗后3个月体内血清CA125与药物治疗前相比较明显下降(P<0. 05)。A组患者药物治疗后3个月和6个月的骨密度水平与药物治疗前相比明显下降,其中药物治疗后6个月与药物治疗3个月骨密度进一步下降(P<0. 05)。A组较其他两组药物治疗后6个月后失眠和情绪波动患者比例高,药物治疗后3个月以及6个月潮热出汗升高(P<0. 05)。结论 GnRH-a联合克龄蒙和GnRH-a联合替勃龙反添加激素疗法较单纯采用皮下注射GnRH-a治疗腹腔镜卵巢子宫内膜异位症囊肿剥除术后的患者有利于雌激素的提高,有利于骨密度的保护和围绝经期症状的改善。 展开更多

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist,GnRHa)治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效。方法:回顾分析2007年9月—2010年12月经腹腔镜检查诊断为子宫内膜异位症98例患者的临床资料,根据患者的治... 目的:探讨腹腔镜手术联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist,GnRHa)治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效。方法:回顾分析2007年9月—2010年12月经腹腔镜检查诊断为子宫内膜异位症98例患者的临床资料,根据患者的治疗意愿分为GnRHa组(n=64)和对照组(n=34)。GnRHa组于腹腔镜术后第5天开始肌内注射GnRHa,每次3.75 mg,每28天1次,共3次;进一步将GnRHa组分为醋酸曲普瑞林亚组(单纯用醋酸曲普瑞林,n=33)和反添加亚组(应用醋酸曲普瑞林1个月后同时应用结合雌激素0.3 mg联合安宫黄体酮2.0mg反添加治疗,n=31)。对照组术后不采用任何药物治疗。98例患者术后随访12个月,比较各组患者的术后治愈率、缓解率、无效或复发率,以及GnRHa组两亚组间不良反应发生情况。结果:腹腔镜手术联合GnRHa治疗子宫内膜异位症可有效缓解疼痛,防止子宫内膜异位症复发。醋酸曲普瑞林亚组和反添加亚组的治愈率、缓解率、无效或复发率分别为57.6%、36.3%、6.1%和58.1%、32.2%、9.7%,两亚组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但两亚组的治愈率(38.2%)、缓解率(17.7%)高于对照组,而无效或复发率(44.1%)低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。醋酸曲普瑞林亚组不良反应明显多于反添加亚组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔镜术后联合应用GnRHa可以提高治愈率,降低复发率,1个月后同时应用反添加疗法,可以减少不良反应的发生。 展开更多

A novel process for sulfidation of ZnO by co-grinding with sulfur and reductive additives (P, Fe, A1, and Mg) was developed. The sulfidation extent of ZnO with the addition of P, Fe, A1 or Mg can reach 85.2%, 81.6%, 96.7% and 92.6% after grinding for 4, 6, 1 and 1 h, respectively. Based on the chemical phase composition analysis and morphological characteristics of sulfidized products by XRD, SEM and TEM, a possible reaction mechanism, mechanically induced self-propagating reaction (MSR), was proposed to explain the sulfidization reaction. In addition, the floatability of sulfidized products was investigated for the recovery of metal sulfide and ZnS can be concentrated with a high concentration ratio and concentrate grade. By using the sulfidizing process, it is expected that the recovery of zinc from the wastes or purification of heavy-metal-containing hazardous residues is technically feasible. 展开更多

The hydration of cement compounds gives hydrated compounds, which allow linking together, the different particles and aggregate of cement, and gives the concrete the required qualities. The dynamics of hydration reactions will depend on many factors, such as the fineness of cement, the ratio w/c during hydration, temperature, mixing technique, and the presence of additives in blended cement, as pozzolan, tuff and slag from blast furnaces. We studied the thermal and kinetic reactions of Portland cement hydration, and its variants with different additions using a differential scanning calorimetric analysis. The parameters from these models of curves allow us to evaluate the enthalpies, and the degree of progression of this blended cement, and finally determine their activation energies. We can say that the hydration of Portland cement is due to a series of reactions as ( C3S,C2S,C3A and C4AF reactions with water) and each of them, has its own kinetic, the experimental measurement of the heat of hydration, allows us to represent the overall kinetics of these reactions values of activation energy, they are therefore apparent and global energy. In our experiments, significant differences in these physicochemical parameters were observed, depending on the additive used. 展开更多

The effect of autapse on neuronal activity is often described by adding an additive forcing current along a close loop, which is described by a time-delayed feedback on the membrane potential. Neuron often responds to electric autapse forcing sensitively and quickly, while the chemical autapse changes the electric activity of neuron slowly. By applying external forcing, a shift transition of electric activity can be more easily induced by the electric autapse than the chemical autapse. Our results confirm that chemical autapse can enhance and/or suppress the transition of electric activity with excitable or inhibitory type driven by electric autapse, vice versa. It indicates that an appropriate switch-off-on for autapse can make the neuron give different types of response to external forcing. Particularly, cooperation and competition between chemical and electric autapse help neuron response to external forcing in the most reliable way. 展开更多

In this work,a novel conjugate of ractopamine and bovine serum albumin(RAC–BSA)has been developed via the Mannich reaction,with a mole coupling ratio for RAC–BSA of 9:1.The proposed conjugation method provides a simple and one-step method with the use of fewer reagents compared with other conjugation methods for competitive immunoassays.RAC–BSA conjugation was used to fabricate a competitive lateral flow strip test for RAC detection in animal feed.For sample preparation,RAC was spiked in swine feed purchased from the local markets in Thailand,and methanol and running buffer at a volume ratio of 10:90 was used as extraction buffer.The procedures for sample preparation were completed within 25 min.Under optimal conditions,the limit of detection(LOD),assessed by the naked eye within 5 min,was found to be 1 ng/g.A semi-quantitative analysis was also conducted using a smart phone and computer software,with a linearity of 0.075–0.750 ng/g,calculated LOD of 0.10 ng/g,calculated limit of quantitation of 0.33 ng/g,and good correlation of 0.992.The recoveries were found in the range of 96.4%–103.7%with a relative standard deviation of 2.5%–3.6%for intra-and inter-assays.Comparison of the results obtained by the strip test with those obtained by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay had a good agreement in terms of accuracy.Furthermore,this strip test exhibited highly specific RAC detection without cross reactivity with related compounds.Therefore,the RAC–BSA conjugation via the Mannich reaction can be accepted as a one-step and easy conjugation method and applied to the competitive lateral flow strip test. 展开更多
