目的 应用电感耦合等离子体质谱,建立十香反生丸中铅(Pb) 、砷(As) 、铜(Cu) 、镉(Cd) 和水溶性汞(Hg) 5 种重金属元素的测定方法。方法 样品经粉碎后微波消解,选取锗(^(72)Ge) 、铟(^(115)In) 和铋(^(209)Bi) 为内标物,采取 ICP-MS 法... 目的 应用电感耦合等离子体质谱,建立十香反生丸中铅(Pb) 、砷(As) 、铜(Cu) 、镉(Cd) 和水溶性汞(Hg) 5 种重金属元素的测定方法。方法 样品经粉碎后微波消解,选取锗(^(72)Ge) 、铟(^(115)In) 和铋(^(209)Bi) 为内标物,采取 ICP-MS 法测定上述 5 种元素的含量。结果 铅、砷、镉、铜元素的线性范围均为 0.2 ~50 μg·L^(-1),线性关系良好;汞的线性范围为 0.2 ~10 μg·L^(-1),线性关系良好。铅、砷、镉、铜、汞精密度为分别为1.3% 、2.5% 、1.7% 、1.2% 、2.8%,重复性分别为 2.4% 、3.0% 、2.3% 、2.5% 、3.2%,回收率分别为 95.6% 、91.5% 、92.9% 、97.6% 和 94.4%。结论 该方法灵敏度高、准确度高、重现性好、操作简便易行,可用于同时测定十香反生丸的 5 种有害重金属元素的含量测定。 展开更多

非正交多址接入和环境反向散射通信是提高无线通信系统频谱效率的关键技术.针对能量受限问题,提出了一种基于瑞利衰落信道的下行非正交多址接入多路传输的共生反向散射通信系统.该系统由1个源节点S、1个反向散射设备BD和1个目的节点D组... 非正交多址接入和环境反向散射通信是提高无线通信系统频谱效率的关键技术.针对能量受限问题,提出了一种基于瑞利衰落信道的下行非正交多址接入多路传输的共生反向散射通信系统.该系统由1个源节点S、1个反向散射设备BD和1个目的节点D组成.考虑到实际的非线性能量收集模型,在满足反射设备的能量因果约束的情况下,采用了一种最优动态反射系数以最大化反向散射信号的功率,推导了该系统中断概率的解析表达式,通过仿真验证了理论推导的正确性.仿真结果表明,反射设备电路的自身损耗对系统中断性能有重要影响.此外,通过仿真对比分析了基于非正交多址的共生反向散射通信系统和基于正交多址的共生反向散射通信系统性能,结果表明基于非正交多址的共生反向散射通信系统具有更好的中断性能. 展开更多

目的分析氟比洛芬酯复合舒芬太尼对椎管内肿瘤患者术后的镇痛效果及不良反应情况。方法分析52例椎管内肿瘤手术患者,入组患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组(28例)与对照组(24例)。对照组给予舒芬太尼静脉注射,0.8 mg;观察组在对照组的基... 目的分析氟比洛芬酯复合舒芬太尼对椎管内肿瘤患者术后的镇痛效果及不良反应情况。方法分析52例椎管内肿瘤手术患者,入组患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组(28例)与对照组(24例)。对照组给予舒芬太尼静脉注射,0.8 mg;观察组在对照组的基础上加用氟比洛芬酯静脉注射,50 mg;比较视觉模拟评分(VAS)、数字镇静评分(NSS)以及不良反应发生率。结果 (1)对照组与治疗组NSS评分比较具有显著性意义(χ2=6.777,P<0.05)。(2)对照组与治疗组VAS评分比较在统计学上具有显著性意义(χ2=7.312,P<0.05)。(3)两组不良反应发生率比较无显著性意义(χ2=1.016,P>0.05)。结论氟比洛芬酯复合舒芬太尼可以显著提高椎管内肿瘤患者术后的镇痛效果,有效改善视觉模拟评分(VAS)、数字镇静评分(NSS),同时不增加不良反应,有临床推广应用的价值。 展开更多

许慎在《说文解字·叙》中曰:"转注者,建类一首,同意相受,考、老是也。"关于"转注",许慎并没有明确界说,而且除"考、老"以外,他在《说文》九千多字例的诠释中,也没有明确指出哪些属于转注结构,由此... 许慎在《说文解字·叙》中曰:"转注者,建类一首,同意相受,考、老是也。"关于"转注",许慎并没有明确界说,而且除"考、老"以外,他在《说文》九千多字例的诠释中,也没有明确指出哪些属于转注结构,由此导致后人对"转注"的理解有颇多分歧。近两千年来,学者们关于"转注"的讨论,众说纷纭,难有定论。本文拟以赵古则《六书本义·转注论》为基点,比较古今学者的观点,试就转注的定义、性质、特点,及其在文字学中的作用作一浅显探析和说明。转注和象形、指事、会意、形声等其他"六书"一样,其实也是一种重要的造字法。相比较而言,转注造字更为灵活、便捷。在"六书"中,转注、假借之所以区别于前四书,关键在于前四书是从孤立的角度用平面静态的方式建构汉字,而转注则是从动态的角度用联系的方式来建构汉字,把字与字之间"形、音、义"的关系结合地更为密切、灵便。转注为我们厘清了新字如何孳生的途径。"建类一首,同意相受",是转注造字的根本原则,即两字之间形体结构相似或相类,意义相通。 展开更多

MoS_(2)/CuS composite catalysts were successfully synthesized using a one-step hydrothermal method with sodium molybdate dihydrate,thiourea,oxalic acid,and copper nitrate trihydrate as raw materials.The hydrogen pro-duction performance of MoS_(2)/CuS prepared with different molar ratios of Mo to Cu precursors(n_(Mo)∶n_(Cu))as cathodic catalysts was investigated in the two-chamber microbial electrolytic cell(MEC).X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray pho-toelectron spectroscopy(XPS),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM),linear scanning voltammetry(LSV),electrochemical impedance analysis(EIS),and cyclic voltammetry(CV)were used to characterize the synthesized catalysts for testing and analyzing the hydrogen-producing performance.The results showed that the hydrogen evolution performance of MoS_(2)/CuS-20%(nMo∶nCu=5∶1)was better than that of platinum(Pt)mesh,and the hydrogen production rate of MoS_(2)/CuS-20%as a cathode in MEC was(0.2031±0.0237)m^(3)_(H_(2))·m^(-3)·d^(-1) for 72 h at an applied voltage of 0.8 V,which was slightly higher than that of Pt mesh of(0.1886±0.0134)m^(3)_(H_(2))·m^(-3)·d^(-1).The addition of a certain amount of CuS not only regulates the electron transfer ability of MoS_(2) but also increases the density of active sites. 展开更多

The growth behavior of the complex intermetallic compounds(IMCs)formed at the interface of Cu/SnPbInBiSb high entropy alloy solder joints was explored.The growth inhibition mechanism of the IMCs at the Cu/SnPbInBiSb solid−liquid reaction interface was revealed.The results showed that the growth rate of the complex IMCs obviously decreased at the Cu/SnPbInBiSb solid−liquid reaction interface.The maximum average thickness of IMCs only reached up to 1.66μm after reflowing at 200℃for 10 min.The mechanism for the slow growth of the complex IMCs was analyzed into three aspects.Firstly,the high entropy of the liquid SnPbInBiSb alloy reduced the growth rate of the complex IMCs.Secondly,the distorted lattice of complex IMCs restrained the diffusion of Cu atoms.Lastly,the higher activation energy(40.9 kJ/mol)of Cu/SnPbInBiSb solid−liquid interfacial reaction essentially impeded the growth of the complex IMCs. 展开更多

The bioleaching of molybdenum from its sulfide ore using a Mo-resistant thermophilic bacterium sulfolobus metallics combined with a membrane biological reactor(MBR) was studied.The experimental results showed that the concentration of Mo can be controlled by filter of the membrane in MBR and the toxicity of Mo to microorganism is decreased in the process of bioleaching.It was also evidenced that there were different leaching rates of Ni and Mo when the concentration of Mo was different.After leaching for 20 d in the MBR at Mo concentration of 395 mg/L,the leaching rates of Ni and Mo reached the maximum of 79.57% and 56.23% respectively under the conditions of 100 g/L of mineral density,65 ℃,pH=2 and 1.0 L/min of the aeration rate.While 75.59% Ni and 54.33% Mo were leached out in column without membrane under the same conditions. 展开更多

Biochar is a massively produced by-product of biomass pyrolysis to obtain renewable energy and has not been fully used. Incomplete separation of sludge and effluent and insufficient denitrification of sewage are two of main factors that influence the efficiency of activated sludge process. In this work, we proposed a new utilization of biochar and investigated the effect of biochar addition on the performance of settleability and denitrification of activated sludge. Results show that the addition of biochar can improve the settleability of activated sludge by changing the physicochemical characteristics of sludge (e.g., flocculating ability, zeta-potential, hydrophobicity, and extracellular polymeric substances constituents). Moreover, the dissolved organic carbon released from biochar obtained at lower pyrolysis temperature can improve the nitrate removal efficiency to a certain extent. 展开更多

The short-time eco-physiological response to dust was measured for the leaves of 22 local popular plant species including roadside trees, fruit trees, forest trees and crop species in Beijing. The dust did affect the eco-physiology of leaves of these species. After being covered by dust the instant net photosynthetic rates of most plant species changed insignificantly, but it decreased by more than 35% for 5 species, and it increased by-more than 57% for Ginkgo biloba L. The respiration rates of 12 plant species increased significantly, but it decreased significantly for Malus pumila Mill. (M. communis D C.) and Cotinus coggygria (L.) Scop., and it changed insignificantly for the other 8 species. The transpiration rates of 5 plant species increased significantly, however, they decreased for 9 species, and changed insignificantly for the other 8 species. Platanus occidentalis L. had highest dust carrying capacity. After 2 h the physiological indices did not change significantly for Diospyros kaki L. f., G. biloba and Populus tomentosa Carr. The implications of the research are that Ulmus laevis Pall., M. pumila (M. communis), D. kaki and G. biloba are suitable for amelioration of dust storm damage and increase in local economical development near the sources of dust storms in western China. And in the cities, such as Beijing and other dust areas, the plants have high dust-carrying capacity can be planted for air cleaning. 展开更多

The objective of this research was to isolate denitrifying bacteria from sea sediment and simulate the removal efficiency of nitrate-N by denitrifying bacteria from seawater. The result showed that the isolated denitrifying bacteria could effectively remove nitrate-N from seawater. About 90 % of nitrate-N was removed by denitrifying bacteria from seawater within a week in the simulated experiment I (the initial concentration of nitrate-N was 100 mg/L). The removal efficiency of nitrate-N reached about 70 % within one day in the simulated experiment Ⅱ (initial concentration of nitrate-N was 1 mg/L). The final removal efficiency was about 98 % and 85 % in the simulated experiments Ⅰ and Ⅱ, respectively. It was found that there was positive correlation between the concentration of nitrate-N and the number of denitrifying bacteria in seawater. Lots of denitrifying bacteria would disappear and the seawater would become transparent once the process of bioremediation was completed. 展开更多

Al-Ti diffusion couples were made by embedded technology and treated at the temperature between the melting points of Al and Ti. The microstructure evolution and growth mechanism of the Al-Ti DRZ were investigated. The result shows that the DRZ, the mixture of TiAl3 and Al, grows layer by layer along their chemical equilibrium zone. In the course, the growth interface moves toward the aluminum side. TiAl3 is the only new phase which forms earliest in the course of heat-treatment. The growth mechanism of the DRZ changes after the phase transition of titanium. Before the phase transition of titanium, the growth of the DRZ is controlled by the dissolution speed of the titanium to the molten aluminum, while after the phase transition of titanium, the growth is controlled by the chemical reaction speed of Al and Ti atoms, and consequently, its growth rate is greatly increased. 展开更多

The function of microorganism and dissolution reaction pathway of carrollite in the bioleaching process were investigated. The results showed that both indirect and contact mechanisms influenced the leaching process. The dissolution of carrollite was significantly accelerated when bacteria were adsorbed on the mineral surface, indicating that the contact mechanism significantly affected the dissolution of carrollite. During bioleaching, the sequence of oxidation state of the sulfur moiety of carrollite was as follows: S?2→S0→S+4→S+6. Elemental sulfur precipitated on the mineral surface, indicating that the dissolution of carrollite occurred via the polysulfide pathway. The surface of carrollite was selectively corroded by bacteria, and oxidation pits with different sizes were observed at various sites. Elemental sulfur, sulfate and sulfite were present on the surface of carrollite during the leaching process, and may have formed a passivation layer on mineral surface. 展开更多

Aim A simple, sensitive and rapid RP HPLC method with pre column derivatization has been developed for the determination of sulphonylurea glimepiride in dog serum. Methods The sulphonylurea glimepiride was extracted from the dog serum using dichlromethane followed by derivatization with DNBF for 20 min at 100℃. The solvent was then evaporated at 60℃ under nitrogen, and the residue was taken up in 100 μL of mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile water (75∶30, v/v). The separation was performed on a Hypersil BDS C18 column with a flow rate of 0 8 mL·min -1 , and the ultraviolet detector wavelength was set at 350 nm. Results Extraction recovery ranged from 75.9% to 83.2%, and methodological recovery was between 96.5% and 109.3%. Within day RSD ranged from 1.5% to 6.3%, and inter day RSD was between 2 9% and 14.8%. The method showed good linearity (R=0.9998). Conclusion The method was simple, convenient and sensitive. This paper researched a promising biological treatment of methyl violet waste water by methods of activated sludge.Effects of temperature and pH were studied on this process.Kinetic equation of the substrate biodegradation was investigated in the experimental range.It was studied and simulated that flow within the bubble region of this bioreactor according to the κ ε two fluid equation.Simulation results agree well with experimental data. 展开更多
