魏晋南北朝时期的民族关系和身份认同纷繁复杂,特别是在后赵时期,北方少数民族力量占居主导地位,甚至形成了以少数民族为中心的夷夏之防观念。在这种夷夏之防的态势下,胡化的汉人自有其发展之路。但这种以少数民族为中心的夷夏之防亦有... 魏晋南北朝时期的民族关系和身份认同纷繁复杂,特别是在后赵时期,北方少数民族力量占居主导地位,甚至形成了以少数民族为中心的夷夏之防观念。在这种夷夏之防的态势下,胡化的汉人自有其发展之路。但这种以少数民族为中心的夷夏之防亦有其极限。对于自我认同与真实身份并不一致的"汉人",如冉闵,若突破了此种极限,则会遭到少数民族的一致反对,从而失去在这套夷夏之防体系下继续扮演"胡"的资格。而这种来自少数民族集体的压力,又进一步迫使冉闵"汉"的回归,导致其做出灭胡、亲晋等系列举动。反观冉闵亲汉、亲晋的举动,或因其胡化之因素,亦未能得到晋朝积极的回应。 展开更多

Nitro and halogen substituted derivatives of the juglone naphthoquinone were synthesized and assayed for their antibacterial activity. 8-Nitrojuglone was obtained as the exclusive product from the direct nitration of juglone with nickel (Ⅱ) nitrate and p-toluenesulphonic acid. In addition, a series of five 8-halojuglone derivatives were synthesized via a solvent-free Friedel-Crafts acylation reaction. One of the acylation reactions afforded an anthraquinone-type derivative as the minor product. The 8-nitrojuglone derivative displayed the most notable activity against S. aureus. However, all of the 8-halojuglone derivatives were found to be less active than juglone against the bacteria assayed. 展开更多

Preparation of Magnesium Oxide Whisker by MgSO4·5Mg(OH)2·2H2O Whisker "Pseudomorph" Technique

To promote the scale-up production and industrial application of magnesium oxide (MgO) whiskers, MgO whiskers were prepared by the calcination method of the precursor. The precursor MgSO4·5Mg(OH)2·2H2O (152 MOS) single component was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis reaction in MgSO4 solution and NaOH solution. MgO whisker was prepared by heating treatment of the precursor at low heating speed to keep the structure of the precursor not be destroyed. The composition, the morphology and the structure of these whiskers were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results indicate that the MgO whisker was about 0.5-1.2 μm in diameter and 20-80 μm in length, with an aspect ratio no less than 100. 展开更多

目的建立散寒化湿颗粒(Sanhan Huashi Granules,SHG)的HPLC特征图谱,并对全部特征峰进行化学成分指认和药材来源归属,为其整体质量评价提供科学依据。方法采用Waters Atlantis T3 C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸... 目的建立散寒化湿颗粒(Sanhan Huashi Granules,SHG)的HPLC特征图谱,并对全部特征峰进行化学成分指认和药材来源归属,为其整体质量评价提供科学依据。方法采用Waters Atlantis T3 C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱;体积流量为1.0 mL/min;柱温为30℃;检测波长为250 nm,建立SHG的HPLC特征图谱。采用UHPLC-QTOF MS、NMR、对照品比对及定向分离技术对10个特征峰进行了准确的化学成分指认并归属处方药味来源,并对20批制剂进行一致性评价。结果建立了SHG的HPLC特征图谱,10个特征峰得到明确化学成分指认,分别为腺嘌呤(1号峰)、尿苷(2号峰)、鸟苷(3号峰)、肌苷(4号峰)、5-羟甲基糠醛(5号峰)、木兰苷A(6号峰)、佛手酚-5-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷峰(7号峰)、紫花前胡苷(8号峰)、6′-O-(反式阿魏酰基)-紫花前胡苷(9号峰)、茴香酸对羟基苯乙酯(10号峰),并归属了特征峰处方药味来源,分别为1号峰归属于麻黄、苦杏仁、羌活、广藿香、苍术、白术、焦六神曲、焦麦芽、地龙、徐长卿、葶苈子,2号峰归属于厚朴、羌活、广藿香、佩兰、苍术、白术、地龙、徐长卿、葶苈子,3号峰归属于羌活、广藿香、地龙、徐长卿、葶苈子,4号峰归属于地龙,5号峰归属于焦三仙(焦山楂、焦麦芽、焦六神曲),6号峰归属于厚朴,7~10号峰归属于羌活。20批制剂均符合特征图谱的规定,批间一致性良好。结论所建立的SHG的HPLC特征图谱方法简便,稳定性、重复性好,初步描绘了SHG的整体化学成分特征,为进一步提升其质量标准奠定了基础,同时也可为其他经典名方质量标准研究提供参考。 展开更多

Functional response of a solitary, larval-pupal endoparasitoid of Liriomyza leafminers, Ganaspidium utilis Beardsley, was estimated on Liriomyza trifolii Burgess at three temperatures (17℃, 25℃, 29℃ ) and host densities. A type Ⅱ random parasitoid equation (RPE) was used to estimate instantaneous search rate and handling time. The instantaneous search rate increased as temperature increased. All of the RPE regressions obtained for functional response of G. utilis at different temperatures were significant (P〈0.01). The slope of RPE regression lines was lower across the temperatures. At 29±2℃, the maximum number of larvae parasitized was 7.8 per day. It decreased to 7.2 larvae parasitized at 25±2℃. At 17±2℃, no significant increment of parasitization was observed due to the host density increments. The estimated handling time was lowest at 17±2℃ and highest at 25 ± 2℃, respectively. The ability of G. utilis to find and parasitize L. trifolii over a wide range of temperatures makes them a good candidate for biological control of Liriomyza leafminers. 展开更多

The stability of β-carotene microcapsules using Maillard reaction products(MRPs) derived from whey protein isolate(WPI) and galactose as coating materials, was studied under the varying environmental conditions of temperature, pH, air, incandescent light, and ultraviolet(UV) light.Scanning electron microscopy showed that microcapsules prepared by WPI-galactose MRPs displayed a smooth and less concave-convex surface and that the particle size(D_(50)) of the microcapsules made with WPI-galactose MRPs was smaller than those made with WPI-galactose mixture.The storage stability of β-carotene microencapsulated in WPI-galactose MRPs was remarkably better than that of β-carotene microencapsulated in the WPI-galactose mixture and that of β-carotene crystal, in respect of temperature, pH, air, incandescent light, and UV light measurements.When the storage temperature was increased from 5 to 105 ℃, the retention rate of β-carotene microcapsules significantly decreased(P〈0.05).When p H values were increased from 1 to 12, the β-carotene retention rate of the microcapsules significantly increased and afterward decreased.Compared with the retention rate of β-carotene microencapsulated in a WPI-galactose mixture, the retention rate of β-carotene microencapsulated in WPI-galactose MRPs was at a maximum between pH 8 and 9.Under the actions of air, incandescent light, and UV light, the retention rates of β-carotene microcapsules in WPI-galactose MRPs and WPI-galactose mixture, as well as in β-carotene crystal, decreased significantly as the storage time increased(P〈0.05).Therefore, the use of WPI-galactose MRPs as coating materials can aid in improving the storage stability of β-carotene microcapsules. 展开更多

Effect of Abiotic Factors on the Mercury Reduction Process by Humic Acids in Aqueous Systems 被引量:6

As a global pollutant process, the reduction of mercury (Hg) is especially important. One pathway is through an abiotic reduction with humic acids (HAs), which is controlled by different factors, including initial Hg and HA concentrations, pH, temperature and light. In this study, three humic acids were selected to illustrate the Hg2+ abiotic reduction mechanisms by HAs, and to identify the key limiting factors for reduction rates and amounts. In addition, the initial status of the HAs as a solid or in an aqueous solution were also compared, to help explain why HAs show different dominant characteristics (e.g. complexation or reduction) in the reaction process with Hg. Results indicated that HAs were able to reduce Hg abiotically. Higher initial Hg, higher HA concentrations and either high (8.1) or low (3.6) solution pH decreased the HA reduction capacity. In addition, Hg~ production rates increased with increasing temperature, and the same trend was observed with light exposure. Humic acids added as an aqueous solution resulted in significantly greater HgO production than addition as a bulk solid. Finally, the Hg reduction rate and capacity varied significantly (P 〈 0.05) with HAs from different sources. These findings helped to explain why HAs showed different dominant characteristics (e.g. complexation or reduction) in the reaction process with of Hg2+ reduction, which indicated that humic substances in sink or a source for Hg.
