从Mn^(2+)、Ca^(2+)和Mg^(2+)中选择性萃取分离Ni^(2+),可解决含有价金属的有害废弃物资源化利用的瓶颈问题。以Aliquat 336为改性剂,研究了Mextral 984H/Isononanoic acid/Aliquat 336协萃体系萃取、洗涤和反萃取平衡pH等温线。结果表... 从Mn^(2+)、Ca^(2+)和Mg^(2+)中选择性萃取分离Ni^(2+),可解决含有价金属的有害废弃物资源化利用的瓶颈问题。以Aliquat 336为改性剂,研究了Mextral 984H/Isononanoic acid/Aliquat 336协萃体系萃取、洗涤和反萃取平衡pH等温线。结果表明,在温度25℃,Aliquat 336体积分数为1%,萃取平衡pH=5.0条件下,Ni^(2+)的萃取率为96.3%;反萃取平衡pH=1.0时,Ni^(2+)的反萃取率为97.5%;改性剂Aliquat 336能显著提高羟肟/羧酸协萃体系对Ni^(2+)的反萃取动力学性能。通过三级逆流萃取、两级洗涤工艺试验得到的载镍有机相在O/A=10下,以150 g/L H_(2)SO_(4)反萃液进行三级反萃,富镍反萃液中Ni^(2+)含量达到30 g/L左右。Mextral 984H/Isononanoic acid协萃体系萃取镍的机理为离子交换反应,萃合物的结构可能为NiA_(2)(HL)_(2)。 展开更多

The process based on supercritical fluid extraction for reprocessing of the spent nuclear fuel has some remarkable advantages over the plutonium-uranium extraction(PUREX) process.Especially,it can minimize the generation of secondary waste.Dynamic reactive extraction of neodymium oxide(Nd2O3) in supercritical carbon dioxide(SC-CO2) containing tri-n-butyl phosphate-nitric acid(TBP-HNO3) complex was investigated.Temperature showed a positive effect on the extraction efficiency,while pressure showed a negative effect when the unsaturated TBP-HNO3 complex was employed for the dynamic reactive extraction of Nd2O3 in SC-CO2.Both temperature and pressure effects indicated that the kinetic process of the reactive extraction was controlled by the chemical reaction.A kinetic model was proposed to describe the extraction process. 展开更多

In this study,by means of the experiments for desulfurization of model diesel through oxidative extraction,the changes associated with the rate of desulfurization of diesel and the mechanism for oxidation of sulfides in diesel were explored. Through studying the mechanism for oxidation of sulfides and the principle of solvent extraction,the kinetic equation of desulfurization via oxidative extraction were determined. By means of the evaluation of model parameters and curve fitting,the reaction order between organic sulfide and sulfone,the intrinsic oxidation rate constant of organic sulfide and sulfone,and the equilibrium constant between sulfone in model diesel and extractive solvent were determined. The experimental values of the desulfurization rate and the theoretical values of the corresponding model equation had closely demonstrated that the desulfurization reaction rate had high accuracy. And the reaction kinetics could provide an important basis for diesel desulfurization process in the future. 展开更多

Kinetic data are needed for the reliable scale-up of the process. This paper reports the kinetic study of reactive extraction of phenylalanine(Phe) enantiomers with BINAP–copper complex(BINAP–Cu) as a chiral selector. The theory of extraction accompanied by a chemical reaction was applied.The effects of agitation speed, interfacial area, p H value of aqueous phase, initial concentration of Phe enantiomers and initial concentration of BINAP–Cu on the specific rate of extraction were investigated. The forward rate constants of the reactions in the reactive extraction process are 7.93 × 10-5m5/2·mol-1/2·s-1for D-Phe and 1.29 × 10-4m5/2·mol-1/2·s-1for L-Phe. 展开更多

The effects of leaching time, stirring speed, sulfuric acid concentration, reaction temperature, and particle size of the multi-metal oxide on the kinetics and mechanism of copper extraction were studied. It was found that the reaction kinetic model about the copper extraction from multi-metal oxide follows the mixed kinetic shrinking core mode: 1/31n(1-X)+(1-X)-l/3-1=680.5C(H2SO4)0.4297dp0.75115exp(-Ea/RT)t. 展开更多

The controlling step and the extraction reaction rate equation of zinc extraction from Zn(II)-NH3 solution by using a newly synthesized organic compound, 2-acetyl-3-oxo-dithiobutyric acid-myristyl ester as the zinc extractant, were clarified. The effects of agitation speed, specific interfacial area, temperature, extractant concentration and Zn ion concentration on the extraction rate are studied in constant interfacial area cell. The results show that the extraction rate depends on interfacial chemical reaction and diffusion by using this new extraetant to extract zinc, and the apparent activation energy of this extraction reaction is measured as 28.2 kJ/mol, which demonstrates that the extraction reaction is controlled by the mixed-controlled reaction rate. The apparent reaction orders a and b are measured as 1 and 0.38, and the constant k0 is 138.70. So, when extraction conditions are controlled as [HR]=20%-50%, T=0-30℃, N=120-177 r/min and S=72.6-127.5 m-1, the solvent extraction reaction rate can be depicted as v/(mol . m-2 . s-1 ) = 138.7. exp( - 28 206/8.314T ).
