目的探讨腹腔镜胃癌根治性近端胃切除术中反穿刺技术钉钻置入的优势。方法选取2012年1月至2017年1月在本院行腹腔镜胃癌根治术治疗的患者68例,采用随机数表法将患者分为两组,每组34例。对照组给予经口置入钉钻系统干预,观察组给予反穿... 目的探讨腹腔镜胃癌根治性近端胃切除术中反穿刺技术钉钻置入的优势。方法选取2012年1月至2017年1月在本院行腹腔镜胃癌根治术治疗的患者68例,采用随机数表法将患者分为两组,每组34例。对照组给予经口置入钉钻系统干预,观察组给予反穿刺技术钉钻置入。观察两组患者围手术期情况、切口长度、食管近缘长度、钉座置入时间以及并发症发生情况,并进行对比分析。结果观察组手术时间、术后排气时间、术后进食时间短于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05);观察组术中出血量(102.12±18.56)ml低于对照组(120.45±20.78)ml,差异显著(P<0.05);比较患者切口长度、食管近缘长度,观察组(4.89±1.23cm、2.42±0.42cm)短于对照组(6.08±1.28cm、3.78±0.56cm),差异显著(P<0.05);观察组钉座置入时间短于对照组,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后,患者均有出现吻合口漏、吻合口出血、切口感染、吻合口狭窄等并发症,观察组总发生率14.71%低于对照组38.24%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论给予患者反穿刺技术钉钻置入可减少机体损伤,具有微创的作用,安全性高,值得推广使用。 展开更多

目前以钻孔爆破破岩为主的地下工程井筒施工,形成了伞形钻架钻孔、人工装药、抓岩机装岩、吊桶提升、整体模板砌壁的短段掘砌的普通凿井方法,然而爆破破岩凿井法存在作业工序不连续、作业人员多、职业伤害严重等问题,普通凿井法工序繁杂... 目前以钻孔爆破破岩为主的地下工程井筒施工,形成了伞形钻架钻孔、人工装药、抓岩机装岩、吊桶提升、整体模板砌壁的短段掘砌的普通凿井方法,然而爆破破岩凿井法存在作业工序不连续、作业人员多、职业伤害严重等问题,普通凿井法工序繁杂,难以向无人化和智能化方向发展,亟需突破由不连续的爆破破岩向连续的机械破岩技术转变,实现以机械破岩为基础的安全、高效、绿色、智能化凿井。首先梳理了地下矿物资源开发与地下工程中井筒建设现状,阐述了直径8.5 m竖井钻机钻井、坚硬岩石地层直径4.5 m和软岩地层直径6.0 m的反井钻机钻井、直径5.8 m导井式下排渣竖井掘进机钻井、直径7.83 m机械式上排渣竖井掘进机钻井、直径12.8 m沉井式竖井掘进机钻井和斜井硬岩全断面掘进机钻井等机械破岩装备钻井技术发展与工程实践,提出了机械破岩凿井存在的问题及未来发展方向。 展开更多

In this paper, we propose a hybrid PML (H-PML) combining the normal absorption factor of convolutional PML (C-PML) with tangential absorption factor of Mutiaxial PML (M-PML). The H-PML boundary conditions can better suppress the numerical instability in some extreme models, and the computational speed of finite-element method and the dynamic range are greatly increased using this HPML. We use the finite-element method with a hybrid PML to model the acoustic reflection of the interface when wireline and well logging while drilling (LWD), in a formation with a reflector outside the borehole. The simulation results suggests that the PS- and SP- reflected waves arrive at the same time when the inclination between the well and the outer interface is zero, and the difference in arrival times increases with increasing dip angle. When there are fractures outside the well, the reflection signal is clearer in the subsequent reflection waves and may be used to identify the fractured zone. The difference between the dominant wavelength and the model scale shows that LWD reflection logging data are of higher resolution and quality than wireline acoustic reflection logging. 展开更多

In order to expand the applications of the technology,the authors further studied the principle and analyzed the mechanism of reverse circulation drilling technique with air DTH hammer to get the perfect assembles of equipments by optimizing working parameters. No parameter seemed more important than the air volume because it could maintain the working performance stability. The minimum air volume is related to the parameters such as depth and pressure,which was calculated under the actual conditions. It was solved for the air injection flow tables of the air DTH Hammer working at the different pressures. According to the data tables,operators could adjust the air volume to meet the demand on this technique,which had a realistic guiding significance. Deep drilling data on seismogenic faults that are obtained directly can help in understanding earthquake mechanisms and the resulting changes in deep structure and material composition.However,geophysical data are necessary to ensure that the planned borehole accurately drills through the target faults.In this study,the deep crustal structure of the Longmenshan fault is explored to obtain seismogenic fault characteristics of the Wenchuan earthquake.A scientific drilling project,Wenchuan Earthquake Fault Scientific Drilling No.4 Borehole(WFSD-4)is proposed with a borehole designed to drill through the north section of the fault zone while penetrating as many geological bodies and target layers related to seismogenic fault slip as possible.High-precision seismic exploration is then carried out to study the deep structure of the fault zone and achieve the scientific objective of the borehole.Two high-precision deep seismic reflection lines were arranged perpendicularly to the fault zone,and data were obtained through special acquisition schemes and processing methods.Finally,the surface position and drilling depth route of WFSD-4 are determined based on the interpretation results of seismic profiles.The seismic reflection method for site selection of the Wenchuan earthquake fault scientific drilling is proven feasible by comparing the interpretation with the actual drilling results,laying the foundation for further study on the deep structures of fault zones. 展开更多

Self-adaptive inversion method of electromagnetic-propagation resistivity logging while drilling data

Because of the constraint mode of the inversion objective function in the traditional resistivity-inversion method of electromagnetic-propagation resistivity logging while drilling(EPR-LWD),obvious differences appear in the radial and vertical investigation characteristics between the amplitude-ratio and phase difference,which affect the practical application of EPR-LWD data.In this paper,according to the EPR-LWD data,a self-adaptive constraint resistivity-inversion method,which adopts a self-adaptive constraint weighted expression in the objective function to balance the contributions of the phase difference and amplitude attenuation,is proposed.A particle swarm optimization algorithm is also introduced to eliminate the dependence of the accuracy and convergence on the initial value of the inversion.According to the inversion results of multiple classical formation models for EPR-LWD,the differences between the adaptive constraint inversion-resistivity logs with the traditional amplitude-ratio and the phase difference of the resistivity logs are discussed in detail.The results demonstrate that the adaptive resistivity logs take into account the advantages of the amplitude-ratio logs in the radial investigation and phase difference logs in the vertical resolution.Further,it is superior in thin-layer identification and invasion-effect appraisal compared with the single-amplitude-ratio and phase difference logs.The inversion results can provide a theoretical reference for research on the resistivity-inversion method of electromagnetic wave LWD. 展开更多
