为了降低双极型工艺中二极管对相位噪声的影响,实现了一种工作在K波段的全集成差分压控振荡器.该振荡器基于砷化镓异质结双极晶体管工艺来实现,电路采用改进的π形反馈网络来提高振荡回路的品质因数,降低了压控振荡器的相位噪声,并补偿... 为了降低双极型工艺中二极管对相位噪声的影响,实现了一种工作在K波段的全集成差分压控振荡器.该振荡器基于砷化镓异质结双极晶体管工艺来实现,电路采用改进的π形反馈网络来提高振荡回路的品质因数,降低了压控振荡器的相位噪声,并补偿了电路本身存在的180°相位偏移.芯片的频率变化范围为23.123GHz到23.851GHz,最大输出功率为-1.68dBm;整个电路由-6V的电源供电,直流功耗为72mW,控制电压为-3V时相位噪声为-103.12dBc/Hz@1MHz,芯片面积为0.49mm^2.文中采用的电路结构能够降低双极型工艺中二极管对压控振荡器相位噪声的影响,在不牺牲压控振荡器调谐宽度的情况下可实现低的相位噪声. 展开更多

By etching a second-order grating directly into the Al-free optical waveguide region of a ridgewaveguide(RW) AlGaInAs/AlGaAs distributed feedback(DFB) laser diode,a front facet output power of 30mW is obtained at about 820nm with a single longitudinal mode. The Al-free grating surface permits the re-growth of a high-quality cladding layer that yields excellent device performance. The threshold current of these laser diodes is 57mA,and the slope efficiency is about 0.32mW/mA. 展开更多

The secrecy rate of limited feedback beamforming is studied for a Multiple-Input Single-Output(MISO) wiretap channel with a multi-antenna eavesdropper.We first obtain the secrecy rate of limited feedback beamforming achieved at the legitimate receiver.We then derive a lower bound for the asymptotic secrecy rate in the large system limit.From this bound,we observe a threshold for the ratio of eavesdrop antennas to transmit antennas to obtain a positive secrecy rate.We further show that the secrecy rate loss due to limited feedback decays with the number of feedback bits per transmit antenna. 展开更多

To improve the sense of reality on perception, an improved algorithm of 3D shape haptic rendering is put forward based on a finger mounted vibrotactile device. The principle is that the interactive information and the shape information are conveyed to users when they touch virtual objects at mobile terminals by attaching the vibrotactile feedback on a fingertip. The extraction of shape characteristics, the interactive information and the mapping of shape in formation of vibration stimulation are key parts of the proposed algorithm to realize the real tactile rendering. The contact status of the interaction process, the height information and local gradient of the touch point are regarded as shape information and used to control the vibration intension, rhythm and distribution of the vibrators. With different contact status and shape information, the vibration pattern can be adjusted in time to imitate the outlines of virtual objects. Finally, the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by shape perception experiments. The results show that the improved algorithm is effective for 3D shape haptic rendering. 展开更多

Codebook-based multiple input multiple output(MIMO) beamforming can significantly improve the system spectral efficiency with limited feedback and gets widely adopted.However,this scheme has a drawback of heavy feedback load that the sum feedback rate can be a bottleneck for the communication system,especially when the number of users is large.In this paper,a new scheme using pseudo-random beamforming vectors and angle based threshold in the feedback process is proposed.In the proposed scheme,both the base-station and the users have no need to store a codebook.In each access procedure,the base-station generates a pseudo-random beamforming vector,and each user calculates the angle between the beamforming vectors and its channel state information(CSI) vector.If the angle is less than a predefined angle-threshold,the user feeds back its channel quality indicators(CQI),otherwise it keep silence.Compared with the codebook based scheme,the proposed scheme can largely reduce the sum feedback rate with negligible throughput loss.In particular,when the system has a constraint on the total sum feedback rate in uplink channel,the proposed scheme can increase the system throughput significantly. 展开更多

The information access is the rich data available for information retrieval, evolved to provide principle approaches or strategies for searching. For building the successful web retrieval search engine model, there are a number of prospects that arise at the different levels where techniques, such as Usenet, support vector machine are employed to have a significant impact. The present investigations explore the number of problems identified its level and related to finding information on web. The authors have attempted to examine the issues and prospects by applying different methods such as web graph analysis, the retrieval and analysis of newsgroup postings and statistical methods for inferring meaning in text. The proposed model thus assists the users in finding the existing formation of data they need. The study proposes three heuristics model to characterize the balancing between query and feedback information, so that adaptive relevance feedback. The authors have made an attempt to discuss the parameter factors that are responsible for the efficient searching. The important parameters can be taken care of for the future extension or development of search engines. 展开更多

Substrate concentration effect on gene expression in genetic circuits with additional positive feedback 被引量:3

In gene regulatory networks, gene regulation loops often occur with multiple positive feedback, multiple negative feedback and coupled positive and negative feedback forms. In above gene regulation loops, auto-activation loops are ubiquitous regulatory motifs. This paper aims to investigate a two-component dual-positive feedback genetic circuit, which consists of a double negative feedback circuit and an additional positive feedback loop(APFL). We study effect of substrate concentration on gene expression in the single and the networked systems with APFLs, respectively. We find that substrate concentration can tune stochastic switch behavior in the signal system and then we explore relationship of substrate concentration with positive feedback strength in aspect of stochastic switch behavior. Furthermore, we also discuss gene expression and stochastic switch behavior in the networked systems with APFLs. Based on analysis in the networked systems, we discover that genes express in some specific cells and do not express in the other cells when the expression achieves its steady state. These results can be used to well explain the character of regionalization in the expression of genes and the phenomenon of gene differentiation. 展开更多

First, it is proved that a completely controllable linear system always has a state feedback state equation Hamiltonian realization. Necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained for it to have a Hamiltonian realization with natural output. Then some conditions for an affine nonlinear system to have a Hamiltonian realization are given. For generalized outputs, the conditions of the feedback, keeping Hamiltonian, are discussed. The authors show that the existence of global solutions depends not only on the boundary feedback, but also on a Riemannian metric, given by the coefficient of the principle part and the original metric of the manifold. Chemical synapses are considered for coupling. Each neuron is also considered to be exposed to a self-delayed feedback. The synchronization phenomenon is analyzed by the error dynamics of the response trajectories of the system. The effect of various model parameters e.g. coupling strength, feedback gain and time delay, on synchronization is also investigated and a measure of synchrony is computed in each cases. It is shown that the synchronization is not only achieved by increasing the coupling strength, the system also required to have a suitable feedback gain and time delay for synchrony. Robustness of the parameters for synchrony is verified for larger systems. 展开更多
