In order to establish correlativity between pulverized coal combustion in a blast furnace raceway and its radiant image, we investigated the relationships between two dimensional radiant images and three dimensional r...In order to establish correlativity between pulverized coal combustion in a blast furnace raceway and its radiant image, we investigated the relationships between two dimensional radiant images and three dimensional radiant energy in a blast furnace raceway, focusing on the correlativity of the numerical simulation of combustion processes with the connection of radiant images information and space temperature distribution. We calculated the uneven radiate characteristic parameterby taking radiant images as a kind of radiative boundary for numerical simulation of combustion processes, and put fonward a method to examine three-dimensional temperatures distribution in blast furnace raceway by radiant image processing. The numeral temperature fields matching the real combustion can be got by the numeric image processing technique.展开更多
The values of GΘ,EΘ or pH from 110 to 160℃ were calculated and the relevant potential expressions were obtained.E-pH diagrams of ZnS-H2O system at oxygen partial pressure of 0.8 MPa,ionic activity of 1.0 and differ...The values of GΘ,EΘ or pH from 110 to 160℃ were calculated and the relevant potential expressions were obtained.E-pH diagrams of ZnS-H2O system at oxygen partial pressure of 0.8 MPa,ionic activity of 1.0 and different temperatures were drawn through thermodynamical calculation.With the temperature increasing,the stable regions of S and Zn(Ⅱ) in the E-pH diagrams become gradually larger,but the amplification decreases over 150℃.The impacts of leaching parameters,such as temperature,liquid to solid ratio,initial acidic concentration,leaching time,oxygen partial pressure and stirring speed on the leaching rate of Zn(Ⅱ) and conversion rate of S in the single factor of high pressure leaching experiment of ZnS in autoclave,were studied.The leaching residue was examined by X-ray fluorescence(XRF) chemical composition identification and X-ray diffraction(XRD) phase identification,and the content of the leaching solution was tested by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP).The experimental results indicate that the leaching rate of zinc increases from 60.05% to 97.85% and the conversion rate of sulfur increases from 38.90% to 80.92% with the temperature increasing from 110℃ to 150℃,5:1 of liquid-to-solid ratio,150 g/L of initial acidic concentration,120 min of leaching time,0.8 MPa of oxygen partial pressure,and 480 r/min of stirring speed,which tend to be stable over 150℃.The experimental results correspond with theoretical calculation.展开更多
A table tuff interlayer at the bottom of Chang-7 Member of Yanchang Formation,the Ordos Basin,may serve as an indicator for stratigraphic division and correlation.In this study,zircon SHRIMP U-Pb dating was performed ...A table tuff interlayer at the bottom of Chang-7 Member of Yanchang Formation,the Ordos Basin,may serve as an indicator for stratigraphic division and correlation.In this study,zircon SHRIMP U-Pb dating was performed on the tuff at the bottom of Chang-7 Member using samples from wells Luo-36 and Zhuang-211 in the southwest of the basin,which yielded weighted average 206Pb/238U ages of 241.3±2.4 and 239.7±1.7 Ma,respectively.The cathodoluminescence images and the U/Th element ratio of tuff indicate that the zircons are magmatogenic and their ages represent that of the sedimentation age of the tuff at the bottom of Chang-7,which is 239.7–241.3 Ma in age.This finding confirms presence of the Middle Triassic strata at the bottom of Yanchang Formation.Taking previous findings into account,we suggest restricing the Late Triassic Yanchang Formation sensu stricto to the interval from Chang-7 to Chang-1 and assigning the interval from Chang-10 to Chang-8 as the Tongchuan Formation.The tuff at the bottom of the Chang-7 Member of Yanchang Formation represents the sedimentary response to the Qinling orogenic event in the early Indosinian.This tectonic event resulted in major changes in paleogeomorphology and the sedimentary environment of the lake basin during deposition of the Yanchang Formation.During this period,extremely favourable conditions were present for subsequent hydrocarbon generation and pooling of lake basin.展开更多
