目的探究疾控中心在突发公共卫生事件中的作用。方法选取2017年9月-2018年9月从该市卫生部门得到的相关资料,并进行汇总分析,关注疾控中心的工作情况,对公共卫生事件平均控制时间、相关检验结果的平均发出时间、公众对事件处理的满意度... 目的探究疾控中心在突发公共卫生事件中的作用。方法选取2017年9月-2018年9月从该市卫生部门得到的相关资料,并进行汇总分析,关注疾控中心的工作情况,对公共卫生事件平均控制时间、相关检验结果的平均发出时间、公众对事件处理的满意度等进行统计。结果共发生公共卫生事件15起,包括社会发生、学校发生及传染病事件,以学校发生为主,共8起(53.33%),社会发生4起(26.67%),传染病事件3起(20.00%)。公共卫生事件发生后,疾控中心工作人员均在第一时间赶到现场进行相关检验工作,及时对发病患者进行送诊,迅速得到检验结果,给予相应的检验报告。公共卫生事件平均控制时间为(20.06±2.21)h,相关检验结果的平均发出时间为(4.26±1.03)d,公众对事件处理的满意度评分为(93.29±5.48)分。结论对于突发公共卫生事件,疾控中心在其中起着十分重要的作用,通过疾控中心的宣传工作,能够对相关卫生事件进行良好的控制,保证社会公众的安全。 展开更多

[Objective] Aim to know the whole process of embryonic development of loach. [Method] DOM + LHRH-A2 was used to induce spawning of loach,then after fertilization,the embryos were cultured into freshwater water with te... [Objective] Aim to know the whole process of embryonic development of loach. [Method] DOM + LHRH-A2 was used to induce spawning of loach,then after fertilization,the embryos were cultured into freshwater water with temperature from 24 to 26 ℃ and pH from 7.0 to 7.5. The embryonic development of loach was observed and 27 concrete morphological characteristics and development time of loach from fertilized egg to newly hatched larval period were described in detail. [Result] The embryonic development of loach could be divided into cleavage stage,blastocyst stage,gastrula stage,neurula stage and organogenesis stage. The loach embryo from fertilized egg to out membrane period was 30 h 45 min in fresh water from 24 to 26 ℃ and pH from 7.0 to 7.5. [Conclusion] It provided important reference for studying artificial propagation and genetic breeding of loach. 展开更多

Consideration of the travel time variation for rescue vehicles is significant in the field of emergency management research.Because of uncertain factors,such as the weather or OD(origin-destination)variations caused by traffic accidents,travel time is a random variable.In emergency situations,it is particularly necessary to determine the optimal reliable route of rescue vehicles from the perspective of uncertainty.This paper first proposes an optimal reliable path finding(ORPF)model for rescue vehicles,which considers the uncertainties of travel time,and link correlations.On this basis,it investigates how to optimize rescue vehicle allocation to minimize rescue time,taking into account travel time reliability under uncertain conditions.Because of the non-additive property of the objective function,this paper adopts a heuristic algorithm based on the K-shortest path algorithm,and inequality techniques to tackle the proposed modified integer programming model.Finally,the numerical experiments are presented to verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm.The results show that ignoring travel time reliability may lead to an over-or under-estimation of the effective travel time of rescue vehicles on a particular path,and thereby an incorrect allocation scheme. 展开更多

Improved sweat gland function during active heating in tennis athletes

Background:Relatively few studies on the peripheral sweating mechanisms of trained tennis athletes have been conducted.The purpose of this study was to compare the sweating capacities of tennis athletes against untrained subjects(controls).Methods:Thirty-fi e healthy male volunteers participated including 15 untrained subjects and 20 trained tennis athletes(nationally ranked).Active heat generation was performed for 30 min(running at 60%VO2max) in a climate chamber(temperature,25.0°C ± 0.5°C;relative humidity,60% ± 3%,termed active heating).Sweating data(local sweat onset time,local sweat volume,activated sweat glands,sweat output per gland,whole body sweat loss volume) were measured by the capacitance hygrometer-ventilated capsule method and starch-iodide paper.Mean body temperature was calculated from tympanic and skin temperatures.Results:Local sweat onset time was shorter for tennis athletes(p〈0.001).Local sweat volume,activated sweat glands of the torso and limbs,sweat output per gland,and whole body sweat loss volume were significant y higher for tennis athletes than control subjects after active heating(p〈0.001).Tympanic and mean body temperatures were lower among tennis athletes than controls(p〈0.05).Conclusion:These results indicate that tennis athletes had increased regulatory capacity of their sweat gland function. 展开更多

Astroparticle experiments benefit from high integration, smallsize and low power consumption. In this paper an analog chip named ARCHGARD (Analog Readout Chip for High energyGamma Ray Detector) for high energy physics experiment is introduced. ARCHGARD is a readout chip, in chartered 0.35 mSiGe technology, for photomultipliers (PMT) array readout. The chip is designed for the Large High Altitude Air Shower Ob-servatory (LHAASO) project. The ASIC integrates 16 independent and auto-triggered channels with variable gain and variableshaping time. It provides analog output for charge measurement, which is performed from 1 up to 3000 photo-electrons (p.e.).The integral nonlinearity of the whole input range is less than 1% and the equivalent input noise is less than 1/10 p.e.
