基于肯定性效果的纵深细致化发展式教育在帕金森合并睡眠障碍中的应用

目的探讨基于肯定性效果的纵深细致化发展式教育在帕金森(PD)合并睡眠障碍中的应用效果。方法选择2017年8月至2018年9月乐安县人民医院收治的PD合并睡眠障碍患者29例为对照组,2018年10月至2019年12月收治的PD合并睡眠障碍患者31例为观... 目的探讨基于肯定性效果的纵深细致化发展式教育在帕金森(PD)合并睡眠障碍中的应用效果。方法选择2017年8月至2018年9月乐安县人民医院收治的PD合并睡眠障碍患者29例为对照组,2018年10月至2019年12月收治的PD合并睡眠障碍患者31例为观察组。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于肯定性效果的纵深细致化发展式教育。比较2组干预前后匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)评分、39项帕金森病生活质量问卷(PDQ-39)评分、健康教育满意度。结果干预后,2组PSQI、PDQ-39评分低于干预前,观察组PSQI、PDQ-39评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项健康教育满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于肯定性效果的纵深细致化发展式教育用于PD合并睡眠障碍患者,可改善睡眠质量、生活质量,提高健康教育满意度。 展开更多

传统的教学模式是灌输式的教育,老师在讲台上念着生硬的文字,学生在台下麻木地听着,记着,不知道是听懂了记住还是因为习惯了记笔记而记着,又或许是因为别的原因,老师从来没问学生懂没懂又或者哪里不懂,学生也从未主动向老师提问。老师... 传统的教学模式是灌输式的教育,老师在讲台上念着生硬的文字,学生在台下麻木地听着,记着,不知道是听懂了记住还是因为习惯了记笔记而记着,又或许是因为别的原因,老师从来没问学生懂没懂又或者哪里不懂,学生也从未主动向老师提问。老师就只会说记住老师所讲的就好了。这就是灌输式的教育,老师和学生之间没有交流沟通,老师讲老师的学生就听老师的。久而久之,学生都不会的主动的思考问题,因为他们的大脑都没有运转过,到真正遇到问题的时候自然也就转不起了,能想到的就只有老师了。这种的教育模式太残酷了,剥夺了学生的自我思考和主观意见的能力。所以人们逐渐的也发现了这种教学模式的弊端,于是就研究出了一种不管是对于学生还是对于学生的教学模式,那就是生态式的教育模式。在这种新的教学模式中老师主要是以学生为主要的中心,老师在其中主要是起到了引导者,和组织者的作用。在这一种教学模式中老师和学生可以进行学术,情感,技能的交流,启发学生的想象力帮助学生自主学习的这样一个作用。本文将透过了解生态式教育,和美术的教育生态式的发展对儿童的影响。本文将通过分析儿童美术教育的生态式的发展对儿童的以后的成长的影响。 展开更多

Organisations would need to explore the development of Corporate Qualifications Frameworks to quantity skills needs. In the process, attention has to be paid to creat contextual awareness as well as a sense of purpose for learners. In essence, an integrated educational model that should be more flexible, more adaptable, and more effective, serving the needs of society at large should be considered. Care should be taken to build frameworks and models that address both the productive needs of organisations, whilst at the same time, ensuring the engagement of individuals. These frameworks should entice the employee to participate in a self-development process that benifits the organisation. Corporates should address the aspirations of individuals and plan more rewarding careers for staff. Employees should have a clear path for development and growth.
