While the finn grows, at the same time grows the need for organization, involvement and leadership. In today's changing times, effective leadership is a key component of organizational success. Even if management is the key of operation and the standard operating procedures, our study shows that the manager always need leader's power. In today's global marketplace, organizations that strategically focus on building leadership capacity for the future will reap the benefits in the years to come. New trends in business development, of course have increased requirements for local managers. The organizations are under pressure to show return on investment for training and development. Although positive trends, problems which management is faced are more challenging than the degree of preparation and performance that they offer, so their qualitative qualification remains the continuous preoccupation as the role of our school is in this direction. Frequently temporary architectures use building techniques and materials lig...In this paper new criteria for designing of temporary architectures, which can be used as a uniform coverage for open spaces, are discussed. Frequently temporary architectures use building techniques and materials lightweight. In the case of temporary architectures the theme of sustainability requires that the structure can be reused in different occasions and contexts. The solution to these issues, developed in this paper, makes use of a innovative constructive procedure of prestressed masonry in blocks of natural stone. This procedure is used for the construction of the vertical supports of the cover, consisting of a tensostructure with shape of hyperboloid, obtained by products standard (steel profiles and membrane). The columns with prestressed blocks of natural stone, dry assembled, allow you to have a modular structure, easily assembled and disassembled, with full recovery of all elements; the stone columns, due to their weight, are able to stabilize the whole structure, even to the dynamic stresses, without using any type of foundation structure fixed to the ground. This paper shows the description of all the elements that make up the new type of temporary architecture designed.展开更多

To achieve a sustained development of economy, we must require the taxes which are closely related to economy meet the requirements of its own development. That is tax receipts raised by government meeting functional needs as much as possible, while reducing the facts that will damage the future needs and development of economy. Therefore, we need to analyze various factors that affect revenue. If we make a very good understanding on how structure impacting on tax revenues, that will help us to use policy tools tax making impacts on revenue and optimize the structure of the tax. For this theme, many domestic scholars have done correlation research, and their research paper provides a good reference, but we believe their research can be further refined. Through theoretical analysis, we can select appropriate indicators letting tax revenue to be explained variable. Each possible influencing factor of tax revenues establish measurement model for explaining variable using stepwise regression models, and make a rigorous statistical test on the model. Discrete element simulations of one-dimensional compression of breakable granular assemblies were performed to investigate the capability of the exponential compression equation suggested by Bauer.The relationship bet...Discrete element simulations of one-dimensional compression of breakable granular assemblies were performed to investigate the capability of the exponential compression equation suggested by Bauer.The relationship between the so-called solid hardness and the particle strength was studied so as to provide a physical background for the introduction of a time-dependent solid hardness.A hyperbolic flow rule,describing the relationship between the inclination of the strain path and the stress ratio during wetting,was proposed based on typical triaxial wetting experiments on two different rockfill materials.The flow rule was then extended and incorporated into the transformed stress based hypoplastic model to capture the direction of creep strains.Meanwhile,a new density factor was introduced to the extended model to take into account the dependence of the magnitude of creep strains on the packing density.The stiffness tensor given by the extended model was discussed and the flowchart for the integration of the constitutive equation was designed.The extended model was then embedded into a finite element program and used to simulate the triaxial compression and wetting experiments performed on the aforementioned rockfill materials.Good agreement between the model predictions and the measured results lends sufficient credibility to the extended model in reproducing the stress-stain behaviour under loading and the creep behaviour during wetting.The extended model and the finite element program were also used to investigate the deformation behaviour of an earth-rock dam at the end of construction and during first impounding.The familiar phenomena such as the wetting induced settlement of the upstream shell and the movement of the dam crest towards the upstream were successfully captured by the numerical model,which confirms the feasibility of applying the extended model to dam engineering in the future.展开更多

First, the model considers the multiyear lag of human capital because the lag time of human capital is even longer and more important than that of fixed capital. Second, it considers the idle capital resulting from the output decline in education, for example, student decrease in primary school. The new generalized Leonitief dynamic inverse is deduced to obtain a positive solution on education when output declines as well as expands. After compiling the 2000 I-H-O table on education, the authors adopt modifications-by-step method to treat nonlinear coefficients, and calculate education scale, the requirement of human 2020. A continuum damage mechanics (CDM) meso-model was derived for both intraply and interply progressive failure behaviors of a 2D woven-fabric composite laminate under a transversely low velocity impact.An in-plane aniso...A continuum damage mechanics (CDM) meso-model was derived for both intraply and interply progressive failure behaviors of a 2D woven-fabric composite laminate under a transversely low velocity impact.An in-plane anisotropic damage constitutive model of a 2D woven composite ply was derived based on CDM within a thermodynamic framework,an elastic constitutive model with damage for the fibre directions and an elastic-plastic constitutive model with damage for the shear direction.The progressive failure behavior of a 2D woven composite ply is determined by the damage internal variables in different directions with appropriate damage evolution equations.The interface between two adjacent 2D woven composite plies with different ply orientations was modeled by a traction-separation law based interface element.An isotropic damage constitutive law with CDM properties was used for the interface element,and a damage surface which combines stress and fracture mechanics failure criteria was employed to derive the damage initiation and evolution for the mixed-mode delamination of the interface elements.Numerical analysis and experiments were both carried out on a 2D woven glass fibre/epoxy laminate.The simulation results are in agreement with the experimental counterparts,verifying the progressive failure model of a woven composite laminate.The proposed model will enhance the understanding of dynamic deformation and progressive failure behavior of composite laminate structures in the low velocity impact process.展开更多
