品管圈在缩短日间病房患者出院带药发放时间中的应用效果

目的:观察品管圈(QCC)在缩短日间病房出院带药发放时间中的应用效果.方法:选取2021年6月1—30日浙江大学医学院附属第二医院1021例日间病房患者出院带药等候时间为活动前组,另选取2021年12月1—31日1072例日间病房患者出院带药等候时间... 目的:观察品管圈(QCC)在缩短日间病房出院带药发放时间中的应用效果.方法:选取2021年6月1—30日浙江大学医学院附属第二医院1021例日间病房患者出院带药等候时间为活动前组,另选取2021年12月1—31日1072例日间病房患者出院带药等候时间为活动后组.2021年7月成立QCC小组并确定活动主题后,通过QCC步骤开展活动,分析影响日间病房患者出院带药的发放时间的真因,并确定改善重点,设定目标值,拟定对策并实施.分析QCC活动的实施效果.结果:QCC实施后,日间病房出院带药发送时间从66.23 min缩短至40.29 min,且目标达成率为95.3%,进步率为39.2%;圈员学习积极性、凝聚力、品管手法、解决问题能力、荣誉感、影响力、个人综合能力也均提高,得分分别提高至4.9、4.8、4.4、4.3、4.1、4、3.8分.结论:QCC活动可有效缩短日间病房患者出院带药发放时间,提升药学服务质量. 展开更多

台州恩泽医疗中心(集团)是一个拥有两家三甲医院、一家三乙医院和一家专科医院的综合性医疗中心,随着中心(集团)薪酬体系构建的不断完善,各种薪酬福利项目越来越多,但不同项目的发放时间存在随意性,员工对收到的收入项目内容不清,冲淡... 台州恩泽医疗中心(集团)是一个拥有两家三甲医院、一家三乙医院和一家专科医院的综合性医疗中心,随着中心(集团)薪酬体系构建的不断完善,各种薪酬福利项目越来越多,但不同项目的发放时间存在随意性,员工对收到的收入项目内容不清,冲淡了薪酬项目激励设计的作用,因此,建立统一的中心(集团)各种薪酬福利的发放时间变得刻不容缓。文章通过运用六西格玛设计的方法,实现中心(集团)各种薪酬福利发放时间的统一。首先,从医院职工中了解其对于薪酬发放时间方面的需求。其次,建立项目范围(SIPOC),确认改革的方式,通过对现有薪酬项目发放时间的特点,明确统一薪酬发放的时间和操作步骤。再次,对取得的改革成果进行验证、规范,确保中心(集团)薪酬统一、集中发放的同时,减少发放差错,提高员工知晓率。 展开更多

目的:研究运用戴明环(PDCA)优化儿童体检流程及缩短体检时间的效果。方法:选取2021年3月-8月在某医院儿童保健科进行体检的500例儿童作为研究对象,未采取PDCA的为对照组(n=220),采用PDCA的为PDCA组(n=280)。对照组儿童体检按照常规体检... 目的:研究运用戴明环(PDCA)优化儿童体检流程及缩短体检时间的效果。方法:选取2021年3月-8月在某医院儿童保健科进行体检的500例儿童作为研究对象,未采取PDCA的为对照组(n=220),采用PDCA的为PDCA组(n=280)。对照组儿童体检按照常规体检流程进行,PDCA组采用PDCA优化儿童体检流程。对比两组儿童客户的体检所用时间、体检报告发放时间。结果:PDCA组儿童体检所用时间为(3.51±0.82)h,明显短于对照组儿童体检所用时间,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);PDCA组体检报告发放时间为(9.25±1.93)d,明显短于对照组体检报告发放时间,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对儿童体检流程采用PDCA优化,可缩短其体检所用时间及体检报告发放时间,有利于体检质量的提升。 展开更多

Based on the National Land Use/Cover Database of China(NLUD-C) in the end of the 1980s(the 1980s,hereafter), 1995, 2000, 2005, and 2010, 665 cities were selected to study the size distribution and its changes of urban lands in China. In this study, the spatiotemporal evolutions of urban land size distribution as well as the influence of administrative-level on these cities were explored by combining urban spatial positions and administrative-levels. Results indicate that: 1) City size distribution using urban lands was more practical and reasonable than using non-agricultural population. 2) In the 1980s, cities with ascending urban land rank were centralized in Eastern China, specially the Changjiang(Yangtze) River Delta, the Zhujiang(Pearl) River Delta, and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Cities in Central, Western, and Northeast China mainly indicated descending urban land rank. 3) The transfer of national development focus resulted in cities with ascending urban land rank becoming evenly distributed nationwide; however, this trend was slightly centralized around Chengdu, Chongqing, and Wuhan in different periods. 4) During the 1980s to 2010, the proportion of cities with ascending urban land rank in provincial capitals, municipalities, and special administrative regions(high-level cities, hereafter) was consistently higher than those in prefecture- and county-level cities except for 2005–2010. The ranks of the majority of the prefecture- and county-level cities were mainly descending, supported by ascending; the proportion of cities with unchanged rank is small. This study breaks through the bottleneck of traditional research in the area of city size distribution by examining urban land replacing the non-agricultural population. The current study also provides scientific explanation for the healthy and reasonable development of urban land as well as the coordinated development of population urbanization and land urbanization. 展开更多

The research results show that: carbon emissions per capita of the eastern region and the central region of China fit into Environmental Kuznets Curve, but that of the western region does not. To achieve the goals of national sustainable development, the peaking control of CO2 emissions is pivotal, as well as other pollutants. In this paper, we build a Chinese inter-regional CGE model and simulate 13 policies and their combinations. By analyzing the energy consumptions, coal consumptions, relating emissions and their impacts on GDP, we found that with the structure adjustment policy, the proportion of coal in primary fossil fuels in 2030 will decrease from 53% to 48% and CO2 emissions will decrease by 11.3%-22.8% compared to the baseline scenario. With the energy intensity reduction policy, CO2 emissions will decrease by 33.3% in 2030 and 47.8% in 2050 than baseline scenario. Other pollutants will also be controlled as synergetic effects. In this study we also find that although the earlier the peaking time the better for emission amounts control, the economic costs can not be ignored. The GDP will decrease by 2.96%-8.23% under different scenarios. Therefore, integrated policy solutions are needed for realizing the peaks package and more targeted measures are required to achieve the peaks of other pollutants earlier. 展开更多

The art of cricket bowling is complex and arduous owing to the run-up and ball release time energy requirement to achieve speed and variations. Therefore, human bowlers cannot bowl for extended periods and numerous mechanical bowling machines have been built to help batsmen improve their skills during practice sessions. However, most of these existing machines are designed for spherical balls ignoring the distinguishing physical feature of a cricket ball: the raised equatorial seam, which makes it less of a sphere. The bowlers are known to often benefit from this seam in their pursuit to taking the batsmen's wicket by imparting swing, spin and bounce variations along-with other bowling variables. This lack of the seam consideration creates a void between human and mechanical bowling. In this work, we present design and development of an automatic bowling machine termed as ROBOWLER to make mechanical bowling more realistic. This machine ensures ball seam position as well as fulfills other constraints. Ball pitching and seam position accuracy results underscore the suitability of this design to enhance the capabilities of mechanical bowling. 展开更多
