流场速度测量精度会影响飞行器气动性能的预测精度,常用的基于激光技术的非接触式速度测量方法已不能完全满足流场速度高精度测量需求,飞秒激光电子激发标记(Femtosecond Laser Electronic Excitation Tagging,FLEET)测速技术有望解决... 流场速度测量精度会影响飞行器气动性能的预测精度,常用的基于激光技术的非接触式速度测量方法已不能完全满足流场速度高精度测量需求,飞秒激光电子激发标记(Femtosecond Laser Electronic Excitation Tagging,FLEET)测速技术有望解决这一问题。利用钛蓝宝石飞秒激光器搭建了FLEET测速系统,分析了流场中的N分子在飞秒激光激发下的电子荧光光谱;基于FLEET测速系统,在射流剪切装置上开展了剪切流场速度测量实验,通过调节高速通道的流量/压力获得了不同速度分布的流场,开展了不同流场速度(30~170 m/s)下的FLEET测速实验;研究了延迟时间对流场速度测量的影响。结果表明:随着延迟时间增加,荧光图像会由于等离子体的扩散而发生弥散;FLEET荧光信号衰减会使信噪比有所降低,但不同延迟时间下得到的流场速度分布形态基本一致;FLEET技术在有效荧光寿命范围内具有足够的准确性应用于剪切流场速度测量。 展开更多

[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the effects of salt stress on seed germination and seedling growth in radish(Raphanus sativus L.).[Method] First,effects of soaking seeds with clear water and different concentrations of saline solution were compared; then,different concentrations of salt solution (0.2%-1.0%) was used to treat radish during the whole germination period.[Result] soaking seeds with clear water can improve the germination indicators of radish seeds exposed to high salt stress; low salt concentration(0.2%,0.4%) had little effect on the growth indicators of radish seedlings,and 0.2% salt concentration can even promote the growth of radish seedlings,however,the high salinity had a bad inhibition on seedling growth,the higher the salt concentration,the stronger the inhibition.[Conclusion] According to the comprehensive comparison,the order of the six varieties in salt-tolerance was as follows:Xinxiayuanbai>W1029,Xiayuanbai > Nanyangbailizhi,Chunyidianhong> Sijihong 3. 展开更多

[Objective] This study aimed to provide the theoretical and technical basis for alleviating salt damages in production practice of oil sunflower (Helianthus annuus). [Method] Seeds of oil sunflower were used as experimental materials and treated with 120 mmol/L NaCI solution and 0-200 mg/L Vc solution during the germina- tion process, to investigate the effects of exogenous Vc on seed germination and physiological properties of oil sunflower under salt stress. [Result] Under salt stress, with the increase of Vc concentration, germination potential and germination rate of oil sunflower seeds, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) activities and proline (Pro) content of oil sunflower seedlings increased first and then declined, which reached the maixmum in 80 mg/L Vc treatment, 120 mg/L Vc treatment and 80 mg/L Vc treatment, respectively; malondialdehyde (MDA) content of oil sunflower seedlings declined first and then increased, which reached the minimum in 160 mg/L Vc treatment. [Conclusion] To varying degrees, Vc could improve germination potential and germination rate of oil sunflower seeds and promote seedling growth under salt stress, thus alleviating the damages of salt stress to seed germination and seedling growth of oil sunflower. 展开更多

This paper introduces a novel verification development platform for the passive UHF RFID tag,which is compatible with the ISO/IEC 18000-6B standard,operating in the 915MHz ISM band. This platform efficiently reduces the design and development time and cost, and implements a fast prototype design of the passive UHF RFID tag. It includes the RFID analog front end and the tag control logic, which is implemented in an Altera ACEX FPGA. The RFID analog front end, which is fabricated using a Chartered 0.35μm two-poly four-metal CMOS process, contains a local oscillator, power on reset circuit, matching network and backscatter, rectifier, regu- lator,AM demodulator, etc. The platform achieves rapid, flexible and efficient verification and development, and can also be fit for other RFID standards after changing the tag control logic in FPGA. 展开更多

[Method] With the livelihood improvement program for agricultural and pas- toral area in northern Yunnan as the example, the development process of partici- patory animal husbandry was overviewed. And the monitoring and evaluation pro- cesses of participatory animal husbandry were introduced and analyzed. [Result] The monitoring and evaluation indicator system of participatory animal husbandry technol- ogy included 4 layers, namely technology, institutional system, personnel ability con- struction and effectiveness, and 11 third-level indicators, namely, technical characteristics, superiority-inferiority comparison, community and farmers, technical personnel, project personnel, economic indicators and social indicators. There is still no consensus on the follow-up frequency and regimen after curative resection for gastric cancer.Moreover,controversy exists regarding the utility of follow-up in improving survival,and the recommendations of experts and societies vary considerably.The main reason to establish surveillance programs is to diagnose tumor recurrence or metachronous cancers early and to thereby provide prompt treatment and prolong survival.In the setting of gastric malignancies,other reasons have been put forth:(1)the detection of adverse effects of a previous surgery,such as malnutrition or digestive sequelae;(2)the collection of data;and(3)the identification of psychological and/or social problems and provision of appropriate support to the patients.No randomized controlled trials on the role of follow-up after curative resection of gastric carcinoma have been published.Herein,the primary retrospective series and systematic reviews on this subject are analyzed and discussed.Furthermore,the guidelines from international and national scientific societies are discussed.Followup is recommended by the majority of institutions;however,there is no real evidence that follow-up can improve long-term survival rates.Several studies have demonstrated that it is possible to stratify patients submitted to curative gastrectomy into different classes according to the risk of recurrence.Furthermore,promising studies have identified several molecular markers that are related to the risk of relapse and to prognosis.Based on these premises,a promising strategy will be to tailor follow-up in relation to the patient and tumor characteristics,molecular marker status,and individual risk of recurrence. 展开更多

Single-poly,576bit non-volatile memory is designed and implemented in an SMIC 0.18μm standard CMOS process for the purpose of reducing the cost and power of passive RFID tag chips. The memory bit cell is designed with conventional single-poly pMOS transistors, based on the bi-directional Fowler-Nordheim tunneling effect, and the typical program/erase time is 10ms for every 16bits. A new ,single-ended sense amplifier is proposed to reduce the power dissipation in the current sensing scheme. The average current consumption of the whole memory chip is 0.8μA for the power supply voltage of 1.2V at a reading rate of 640kHz. 展开更多

Genetic factors play a significant role in determining inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)susceptibility.Epidemiologic data support genetic contribution to the pathogenesis of IBD,which include familial aggregation,twin studies,racial and ethnic differences in disease prevalence.Linkage studies have identified several susceptibility genes contained in different genomic regions named IBD1 to IBD9.Nucleotide oligomerization domain(NOD2)and human leukocyte antigen(HLA)genes are the most extensively studied genetic regions(IBD1 and IBD3 respectively)in IBD.Mutations of the NOD2 gene are associated with Crohn's disease(CD)and several HLA genes are associated with ulcerative colitis(UC)and CD.Toll like receptors(TLRs)have an important role in the innate immune response against infections by mediating recognition of pathogen-associated microbial patterns.Studying single-nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)in molecules involved in bacterial recognition seems to be essential to define genetic backgrounds at risk of IBD.Recently,numerous new genes have been identified to be involved in the genetic susceptibility to IBD:NOD1/Caspase-activation recruitment domains 4(CARD4),Chemokine ligand 20(CCL20),IL-11,and IL-18 among others.The characterization of these novel genes potentially will lead to the identification of therapeutic agents and clinical assessment of phenotype and prognosis in patients with IBD. 展开更多
