青锵(Oryzias latipes)繁殖力强、繁殖周期短,为硬骨鱼类研究领域的模式生物。口前,尚无青鲻性腺分化与发育过程的系统资料。该文以青鲻孵化后不同时期的生殖腺为材料,经石蜡切片和HE染色后,于光学显微镜下观察其性腺的出现、分... 青锵(Oryzias latipes)繁殖力强、繁殖周期短,为硬骨鱼类研究领域的模式生物。口前,尚无青鲻性腺分化与发育过程的系统资料。该文以青鲻孵化后不同时期的生殖腺为材料,经石蜡切片和HE染色后,于光学显微镜下观察其性腺的出现、分化及成熟过程。结果显示:孵化后5~10d,仔鱼腹腔右侧已可见生殖腺,生殖细胞体积明显大于周围的体细胞;孵化后10d,性腺开始分化,雌、雄性个体性腺出现结构上的差异,雌性个体内可明湿观察到生殖包囊结构;随后,雌、雄性个体内先后可见卵子和精子的发生过程和组织学分期;孵化后50d,首见卵巢腔结构和成熟精子。此外,还观察到性反转现象的特例,即两性特征共存的现象。该结果将为发育生物学、遗传生物学提供基础资料。 展开更多

用特克萨尔、萨福克、无角陶赛特三个肉用品种公羊杂交改良本地原有的滩羊、寒滩杂种羊,所产后裔在相同的饲养管理条件下,特杂去势周岁公羊活重71.87kg,萨杂为64.26kg,陶杂为64.20kg,分别比同龄、同性别的滩羊高113.90%、91.25%、91.07%... 用特克萨尔、萨福克、无角陶赛特三个肉用品种公羊杂交改良本地原有的滩羊、寒滩杂种羊,所产后裔在相同的饲养管理条件下,特杂去势周岁公羊活重71.87kg,萨杂为64.26kg,陶杂为64.20kg,分别比同龄、同性别的滩羊高113.90%、91.25%、91.07%;比小尾寒羊高73.18%、54.84%、54.07%。屠宰试验结果表明:三个类群肉用杂种羊屠宰后胴体重比滩羊高97.67%~126.70%,比小尾寒羊高68.40%~93.13%;屠宰率比滩羊高1.72~3.88个百分点,比小尾寒羊高4.19~6.35个百分点;活体净肉率比滩羊高2.21~4.72个百分点,比小尾寒羊高6.61~9.12个百分点;其它指标均显著高于本地滩羊和小尾寒羊,改良效果十分明显。 展开更多

为了提高白鹈鹕的繁育水平,将28只白鹈鹕(12♂,16♀)饲养于内有小岛的1 500 m^2的湖中,以活鱼投喂,并对白鹈鹕卵进行人工孵化和人工育雏。结果显示:2012~2014年,人工孵化34枚白鹈鹕卵,其卵重165.4~196.2 g,平均卵重为179.4 g;卵径(94.3&... 为了提高白鹈鹕的繁育水平,将28只白鹈鹕(12♂,16♀)饲养于内有小岛的1 500 m^2的湖中,以活鱼投喂,并对白鹈鹕卵进行人工孵化和人工育雏。结果显示:2012~2014年,人工孵化34枚白鹈鹕卵,其卵重165.4~196.2 g,平均卵重为179.4 g;卵径(94.3±4.2)(89.1~101.2)mm×(58.2±1.9)(55.5~61.0)mm;卵形指数1.51~1.74,卵受精率33.3%~62.5%,人工孵化温度为37.1~37.4℃,湿度为55%~65%,孵化期为37~38 d,白鹈鹕受精卵在人工孵化过程有平均12.43%的失重,人工孵化的健雏率达100%。白鹈鹕初生锥体重为116~136 g,雏鸟在22~40日龄时体重呈快速增长,至40日龄时体重达1 412~1 520 g。喙在20日龄前生长缓慢,21~86日龄生长较快,90日龄时喙长达34.2~37.4 cm,1 a的成活率66.7%~100%。刚出生的雏鸟皮肤裸露无毛,完全依靠喂养,需要以恒温箱保持适当的温度和湿度,90~120日龄的雏鸟能独立采食和飞翔。采用人工孵化和育雏技术有利于提高白鹈鹕繁殖率与成活率,对于白鹈鹕种群的快速复壮有重要意义。 展开更多

[Method] DOM + LHRH-A2 was used to induce spawning of loach,then after fertilization,the embryos were cultured into freshwater water with temperature from 24 to 26 ℃ and pH from 7.0 to 7.5. The embryonic development of loach was observed and 27 concrete morphological characteristics and development time of loach from fertilized egg to newly hatched larval period were described in detail. [Result] The embryonic development of loach could be divided into cleavage stage,blastocyst stage,gastrula stage,neurula stage and organogenesis stage. The loach embryo from fertilized egg to out membrane period was 30 h 45 min in fresh water from 24 to 26 ℃ and pH from 7.0 to 7.5. [Conclusion] It provided important reference for studying artificial propagation and genetic breeding of loach. 展开更多

Under water temperature of 18-26 ℃, embryonic development of Poyang Lake catfish in impounded water was observed and recorded in detail. Embryonic development of Poyang Lake catfish encountered seven stages, and it last- ed for 47.08 h from the fertilized egg stage to the stripping stage. Black rockfish(Sebastes schlegeli) is an important species for culture; however, its reproductive characteristics have not been fully documented. In this study, we investigated the morphology and developmental process of germ cells in this ovoviviparous rockfish in reproductive season(October 2011–November 2012) with histological methods. We found that the gonad of mature fish showed notable seasonal changes in developmental characteristics and morphological structure. The sperm cells matured during a period lasting from October to December, significantly earlier than the oocytes did. A large number of spermatozoa and other cells occurred in testis at different developmental stages. Vitellogenesis in oocytes began in October, and gestation appeared in April next year. Spermatophores were discovered for the first time in Sebastes, which assembled in testis, main sperm duct, oviduct and genital tract, as well as ovarian cavity in October and April. These organs may serve either as production or hiding places for spermatophores and spermatozoa which were stored and transported in form of spermatophores. Testicular degeneration started from the distal part of testis in April, with spermatophores assembled in degenerating testis and waiting for transportation. The copulation probably lasted for a long period, during which the spermatozoa were discharged in batches as spermatophores. These spermatophores were coated with sticky materials secreted from the interstitial areas of testis and the main sperm duct, then transported into ovary. 展开更多

[Objective] This research aimed at studying the mechanism of the occurrence of epithelial cell loss in bladders of prenatal and postnatal mice. [Method] Bladder epithelia of 1-2-day-old newborn Kunming mice and mice at later period of embryonic development were acquired, and paraffin sections of such epithelia were then made for Mallory's coloration and ordinary optical microscopic observation. The acquired bladder epithelia were made into frozen sections, which were then colored by DAPI and labeled in situ by Terminal-deoxynucleoitidyl Transferase Mediated Nick End Labeling(TUNEL) for fluorescent microscopic observation. DNA electrophoresis and TUNEL in situ labeling were conducted on the acquired urine exfoliated cells. [Result] The results showed that the complete three layers of cells occurred in 20-day-old mouse embryos, whereas no superficial cells resided in the bladder epithelia of newborn mice and no cells exfoliating were observed. Cells exfoliating from the bladder epithelia of newborn mice were observed, and they exhibited the phenomenon of apoptosis. There were apoptosis existed in the urine cells of newborn mice. [Conclusion] Therefore, the results showed that a few days before and after their birth, mice witnessed the process of cell exfoliation in their bladder epithelia and the exfoliated cells showed typical characteristics of apoptosis. 展开更多
