目的:探讨甲型流感发观患者的心理辅导与护理干预效果。方法:选取本院1年内治疗的62例甲型流感发观患者并将其随机分为对照组和实验组各31例作为本次研究对象。对照组患者予以常规护理干预,实验组患者予以心理辅导和常规护理干预。对比... 目的:探讨甲型流感发观患者的心理辅导与护理干预效果。方法:选取本院1年内治疗的62例甲型流感发观患者并将其随机分为对照组和实验组各31例作为本次研究对象。对照组患者予以常规护理干预,实验组患者予以心理辅导和常规护理干预。对比两组患者护理前和护理后的心理状态情况,以及两组患者的临床护理满意度情况。结果:实验组与对照组患者护理前的心理状况无明显差异,统计学意义显示为(P>0.05);实验组患者护理后的心理状况优于对照组患者,且实验组患者的临床护理满意度高于对照组患者,组间存在明显差异,统计学显示为(P<0.05)。结论:临床对甲型流感发观患者予以心理辅导和护理干预后,能够有效缓解患者不良心理状态,并且提高患者临床护理满意度,值得应用并推广。 展开更多

为了克服经典成像测距对相机姿态和视差信息依赖的问题,以观瞄发控装置的电荷耦合器件获取的单目图像为研究对象,提出了基于姿态角估计的坦克目标测距方法.该方法首先利用多级尺度不变特征变换匹配算法实现目标姿态角的快速估计,获取与... 为了克服经典成像测距对相机姿态和视差信息依赖的问题,以观瞄发控装置的电荷耦合器件获取的单目图像为研究对象,提出了基于姿态角估计的坦克目标测距方法.该方法首先利用多级尺度不变特征变换匹配算法实现目标姿态角的快速估计,获取与当前目标姿态偏差最小的模板;然后利用该模板和目标图像模拟立体视觉,建立不依赖于相机姿态和视差的单目测距模型.该模型在远距离测距和小角度偏差的前提下,将模板中的匹配特征点投影到等效平面世界坐标系中,建立被测坦克图像点及其空间点的映射关系,将测距问题转化为对相机外参量的标定,从而求解出相机中心到坦克中心的距离.采用200m到2 500m范围内的坦克验证测距方法的性能,对测量误差随距离的变化规律进行分析,并将其与不同射程时导弹末制导交班的最大容许误差进行对比.结果表明,该方法适用于观瞄发控装置获取的任意姿态图像,实现了野战条件下单兵反坦克武器系统的远距离、快速测距;测量结果中相对误差小于4.9%,绝对误差小于87.7m,满足导弹各个射程的最大容许误差的要求. 展开更多

[Objective] Aim to know the whole process of embryonic development of loach. [Method] DOM + LHRH-A2 was used to induce spawning of loach,then after fertilization,the embryos were cultured into freshwater water with temperature from 24 to 26 ℃ and pH from 7.0 to 7.5. The embryonic development of loach was observed and 27 concrete morphological characteristics and development time of loach from fertilized egg to newly hatched larval period were described in detail. [Result] The embryonic development of loach could be divided into cleavage stage,blastocyst stage,gastrula stage,neurula stage and organogenesis stage. The loach embryo from fertilized egg to out membrane period was 30 h 45 min in fresh water from 24 to 26 ℃ and pH from 7.0 to 7.5. [Conclusion] It provided important reference for studying artificial propagation and genetic breeding of loach. 展开更多

[Objective] The aim was to isolate and identify a taxol-producing endophytic fungus from Taxus media. [Method] 32 strains of endophytic fungi were identified form the inner bark of T. media,and their fermentation products were detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). [Result] Through the screening,a strain of taxol-producing endophytic fungi M57 was obtained,which could produce 45-50 μg/L of taxol,and M57 was defined as Rhizopus sp. through morphological observation and 18S rDNA sequence analysis. [Conclusion] The finding of Rhizopus sp. M57 provided a promising strain for producing taxol with taxol-producing fungi fermentation process. 展开更多

Under water temperature of 18-26 ℃, embryonic development of Poyang Lake catfish in impounded water was observed and recorded in detail. Embryonic development of Poyang Lake catfish encountered seven stages, and it last- ed for 47.08 h from the fertilized egg stage to the stripping stage. The hatching time of Silurus meridionalis Chen was shortest, followed by that of Poyang Lake catfish, and the hatching time of Pelteobagrus vachelli was longest. 展开更多

Objectives Increased lipoprotein (a) serum concentration seems to be a cardiovascular risk factor; this has not been confirmed in extracoronary atherosclerosis complications. We therefore wished to gain a deeper insight into relationship between the plasma concentrations of lipoprotein (a) and the micro- and macro-vascular complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus and to identify possible differences in this association. Methods This is a descriptive observational cross-sectional study. Two-hundred and seventeen elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were included from the internal medicine outclinic. Anthropometric data, analytical data (insulin reserve, basal and postprandial peptide C, glycosylated hemoglobin, renal parameters, lipid profile and clinical data as hypertension, obesity, micro and macrovascular complications were collected. Results Patients were grouped according to the type 2 diabetes mellitus time of evolution. The mean plasma concentration of lipoprotein (a) was 22.2± 17.3 mg/dL (22.1± 15.9 mg/dL for males, and 22.1 ± 18.4 mg/dL for females). Patients with hypertension, coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular accident, microalbuminuria and proteinuria presented a statistically significant increased level of lipoprotein (a). Similarly, the patients with hyperlipoprotein (a) (≥30 mg/dL) presented significantly increased levels of urea and total cholesterol. In the multivariate regression model, the level of lipoprotein (a) is positively correlated with coronary heart disease and diabetic nephropathy (P 〈 0.01 and P 〈 0.005, respectively). Conclusions The elevation of plasma levels of lipoprotein (a) are associ- ated with the development of coronary heart disease and diabe tic nephropathy. Therefore, we consider that the determination of lipoprotein (a) may be a prognostic marker of vascular complications in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. 展开更多

Since the automotive industry has many possible applications for semi-solid metal (SSM)-high-pressure die casting (HPDC) parts, the newly developed heat treatment cycles, as well as the traditional heat treatment cycles, were applied to A356 brake calipers cast using a LK DCC630 HPDC machine.Vickers hardness measurements at a cross section of the brake calipers were performed, indicating that similar values can be obtained when using the significantly shorter heat treatment cycles.Finally, the typical tensile properties that can be obtained for SSM-HPDC A356 brake calipers are compared with those manufactured by gravity die casting.Results indicate that the differences in microstructures (globular or dendritic) do not have a noteworthy effect on the heat treatment response.This implies that the short heat treatment cycles originally developed for globular SSM-HPDC A356 castings can be successfully applied to dendritic liquid A356 castings too. 展开更多

In the view of sustainable development, construction, green economy and human health are basic fields.
