In this paper, we analyzed and summarized the categories of microbial strains and bedding materials suitable for a deep-litter system, the fermentation properties of different microbes, the parameter requirements of bedding materials, and the fermentation process led by functional microbial flora in a deep-litter system, with the objective to provide theoretical bases and practical guidance for the promotion of deep-litter breeding method nationwide.展开更多
