LED芯片取光结构是指在LED芯片上窗表面、台面四周、衬底、侧面等表面上加工出能改变光线传播方向,提高LED芯片出光效率的微结构。取光结构是提高LED芯片发光效率的关键技术之一。分析了各类取光结构的取光原理,详细论述了取光结构的研究现状,分析了取光结构的未来发展趋势。目前,主要是通过图形衬底、表面粗化、倾斜侧面、光子晶体及其复合取光结构来提高LED芯片的出光效率,出光效率一般可提高25%以上,有的甚至可提高195%。未来取光结构研究重点应集中在复合取光结构、多芯片集成封装模块的取光结构、高效率和低成本的制造方法以及由功能驱动取光结构设计并按要求控制其成形。 展开更多

For measuring the feature sizes of grooves,a method based on line structured light is presented. Firstly,an adaptive algorithm to extract the subpixel centerline of structured light stripes is introduced to deal with the uneven width and grayscale distributions of laser stripes,which is based on the quadratic weighted grayscale centroid. By means of region-of-interest(ROI)division and image difference,an image preprocessing algorithm is developed for filtering noise and improving image quality. Furthermore,to acquire geometrical dimensions of various grooves and groove types precisely,the subpixel feature point extraction algorithm of grooves is designed. Finally, experimental results of feature size measuring show that the absolute error of measurement is 0.031—0.176 mm,and the relative error of measurement is 0.2%—3.6%. 展开更多

The microstructure, IR spectrum, as well as rotation dynamics of water molecule in sodium tetrafluoroborate (NaBF4)/water mixture at room temperatures were studied with molecular dynamics simulation. Different concentrations of water (6.25%, 25.0%, 50.0%, 75.0%, 90.0%, and 99.6%) in NaBF4/water mixture were simulated to understand the structure and dynamics. It was shown that water molecules tend to be isolated from each other in mixtures with more ions than water molecules in both liquids. With increase of the molar fraction of water in the mixture, the rotation bands and the bending bands of water display red shift whereas the O-H stretch bands show blue shift, and the decay of the reorientation correlation function becomes slower. This suggests that the molecules are hindered and their motions are difficult and slow, due to the hydrogen-bond interactions and the inharmonic interactions between the interor intra-molecular modes. 展开更多

A new silole monomer with two 4-(N,N-dimethylamino)phenyl substitutions on silicon atom as designed and synthesized. Three copolymers PF-N-HPS1, PF-N-HPS10 and PF-N-HPS20 were then obtained by copolymerizations of 2,7-fluorene deriva- tives with the silole monomer at feed ratios of 1%, 10%, and 20%. Their UV-vis absorption, electrochemical, photolumines- cent, and electroluminescent (EL) properties were investigated. PF-N-HPS possessed HOMO levels of -5.25-5.58 eV, and showed green emissions. Using PF-N-HPS as the emissive layer, three different polymer light-emitting diodes were fabricated as device A with ITO/PEDOT/PF-N-HPS/A1, device B with ITO/PEDOT/PF-N-HPS/Ba/A1, and device C with ITO/PEDOT/ PF-N-HPS/TPBI/Ba/A1. For the device A, PF-N-HPS only showed very low EL efficiency of 0.06-0.33 cd/A, indicating that the A1 cathode could not inject electron efficiently to the emissive polymers containing the 4-(N,N-dimethylamino)phenyl groups. For the device B, low work function Ba supplied better electron injections, and the EL efficiency could be improved to 0.85-1.44 cd/A. TPBI with a deep HOMO level of -6.2 eV could enhance electron transport and hole blocking. Thus modi- fied recombinations and largely elevated EL efficiency of 4.56-7.96 cd/A were achieved for the device C. The separation of the emissive layer and metal cathode with the TPBI layer may also suppress exciton quenching at the cathode interface. 展开更多

Diarylethene derivatives are a class of fascinating photochromic materials because of their open and closed isomers with different absorption spectra and many other characteristics.To reveal the detailed structure and optoelectronic properties as well as the effect of metal centres and substituents on them,a systematic study on a series of diarylethene derivatives and their Re(I),Pt(II),and Ir(III) complexes was performed via theoretical calculation.The optimized geometries,electronic properties,frontier molecular orbitals,ionization potentials,electron affinities,reorganization energies,and absorption spectra for both of their open-and closed-isomers have been calculated and analyzed.Metal-coordination and substituents exhibit great influence on the photophysical,charge-injection and-transporting characteristics.In addition,the binding of F-with the boron atom of dimesitylboryl group through Lewis acid/base interactions also induces great changes of structural,photophysical and electronic properties for these diarylethene derivatives,and consequently the compound with the substituent of dimesitylboryl group can be used as selective near-infrared phosphorescent F-probe. 展开更多

Impact of the CoFe microstructure etched surface oxidation on Co spin and orbital moment

Patterned ferromagnetic thin film shows promising applications in ultra-high density magnetic storage,magnetoresistive transducer,magnetic random access memory and many other devices.Since the performance of these devices is closely associated with the magnetic properties of the etched patterns,it is necessary to study the effects of freshly etched surface oxidation on the magnetic properties of the patterned microstructures.In the current work,were carried out an X-ray Magnetic Circular Dichroism(XMCD) study on a 50 nm Co 0.9 Fe 0.1 continuous thin film and a related patterned Co 0.9 Fe 0.1 grating structure etched with a 2 μm period.Based on the sum rules,the spin and orbital moments were calculated for these two samples,respectively.The results indicated that the spin and orbital moments of grating structure(1.34μ B and 0.24μ B,respectively) decreased 17.3% compared with the corresponding continuous film(1.62μ B and 0.29μ B,respectively).We proposed that the moment decreasing of the patterned grating structure was mainly caused by the etched surface oxidation during the pattern manufacture process.The oxidation ratio of Co element in the patterned grating structure is 14.4% calculated from X-ray absorption spectroscopy(XAS) measurement.Considering the oxidation ratio,we amend the spin and orbital moment of Co and the amended result is basically in accordance with that of continuous film,demonstrating that the difference of the spin and orbital moments between the sub-micron grating unit and the continuous film is really caused by the oxidation. 展开更多
