目的:探讨鸡豆黄素A(Bioch A)对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的多巴胺(DA)能神经元损伤的保护作用。方法:利用LPS建立DA能神经元损伤的细胞模型,利用液闪测定法测[3H]DA摄取力评价DA能神经元的功能,利用免疫组织化学技术进行酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)染色观... 目的:探讨鸡豆黄素A(Bioch A)对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的多巴胺(DA)能神经元损伤的保护作用。方法:利用LPS建立DA能神经元损伤的细胞模型,利用液闪测定法测[3H]DA摄取力评价DA能神经元的功能,利用免疫组织化学技术进行酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)染色观测DA能神经元的形态和数目,利用免疫细胞化学技术进行OX-42染色观测小胶质细胞(MGC)的形态和数目。NO测定依据Griess反应,TNF-α测定采用酶联免疫法,超氧自由基测定采用细胞色素C还原法。结果:Bioch A以剂量依赖方式减轻大鼠中脑原代混合培养体系中LPS诱导的DA摄取力的下降和DA能神经元数目的下降。Bioch A还抑制中脑混合培养体系和MGC纯化体系中LPS诱导的MGC的活化和TNF-α、NO和超氧自由基的生成。结论:鸡豆黄素A对LPS诱导的多巴胺能神经元的损伤具有保护作用,抑制小胶质细胞的活化是其作用机制之一。 展开更多

Cold plasma techniques were used to treat the surface of Kevlar-49 fibers. The dynamic parameters of wetting, contact-angles and surface energy of the fiber before and alter the treatment were compared to see the changes in the wetting property. ESCA and electron spin resonance were utilized to examine the chemical composition and the attached free radicals of the fiber surface. The results, together with changes in the magnitude of the contact-angle and the number of free radicals with time after the plasma treatment do not show any ageing effect. Single filament test revealed that the tensile strength was not impaired but even improved somewhat after the plasma treatment. The experiment shows that the interlaminar shear strength of Kevlar fiber reinforced epoxy resin compo- site is increased for more than 60%% after the treatment. 展开更多

AIM: To investigate if iron deposition and fat accumulation in the liver play a pathogenetic role in dimethylnitrosamine (DMN)-induced liver fibrosis in rat.METHODS: Thirty rats were treated with DMN at does consecutive days of 10 μL/kg daily, i.p., for 3 consecutive day each week for 4 wk. Rats (n = 30) were sacrificed on the first day (model group A) and 21st d (model group B) after cessation of DMN injection. The control group (n = 10) received an equivalent amount of saline. Liver tissues were stained with hematoxylin & eosin (HE) and Masson and Prussian blue assay and oberserved under electron microscopy. Serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT)and liver tissue hydroxyproline (Hyp) content were tested.RESULTS: The liver fibrosis did not automaticallyreverse, which was similar to previous reports, the perilobular deposition of iron accompanied with collagen showed marked characteristics at both the first and 21st d after cessation of DMN injection. However, fat accumulation in hepatocytes occurred only at the 21^st d after cessation of DMN injection.CONCLUSION: Iron deposition and fat accumulation may play important roles in pathological changes in DMN-induced rat liver fibrosis. The detailed mechanisms of these characteristics need further research. 展开更多

Stable aqueous carbon inks,with graphene sheets(GSs)and carbon black(CB)as conductive fillers,are prepared by a simple one-pot ball-milling method.The asprepared composite ink with 10 wt%GSs shows optimized rheological properties(viscosity and thixotropy)for screen printing.The as-printed coatings based on the above ink are uniform and dense on a polyimide substrate,and exhibit a sandwich-type conductive three dimensional network at the microscale.The resistivity of the typical composite coating is as low as 0.23±0.01Ωcm(92±4Ωsq^-1,25μm),which is 30%as that of a pure CB coating(0.77±0.01Ωcm).It is noteworthy that the resistivity decreases to 0.18±0.01Ωcm(72±4Ωsq^-1,25μm)after a further rolling compression.The coating exhibits good mechanical flexibility,and the resistance slightly increases by 12%after 3000 bending cycles.With the CB/GSs composite coatings as a flexible conductor,fascinating luminescent bookmarks and membrane switches were fabricated,demonstrating the tremendous potential of these coatings in the commercial production of flexible electronics and devices. 展开更多
