[ Method] Dairy cattle with retained placent...[ Objective ] The aim of the research was to reveal the mechanism of Yizhikang powder treatment on dairy cattle with retained placenta from the hemorheological perspective. [ Method] Dairy cattle with retained placenta were treated with oral administration of Yizhikang powder. And their hemorheological indexes were measured and compared with the corresponding indicators of pre-administration group, healthy group, and control group (sick but untreated).[ Result] There was large decrease amplitude in the indexes (whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity reduction viscosity, ESR, ESR equation K value, fibrinogen content, platelet aggregation rate, RBC deformability IF value) of treated dairy cattle with retained placenta. By t test, the indexes, except hematocrit, decreased significantly after treatment (P〈0.05) and reached the status of post partum healthy cows. The hemorheological indexes didn't change significantly in the control group before and after treatment. [ Conclusion] Yizhikang powder could significantly improve blood flow state and reduced the occurrence of qi stagnation and blood stasis in perinatal period.展开更多

Strain-rate-change tests from 5×10-5 s-1 to 2x10-2 s-1 were applied to study deformation mechanisms. The experimental data show that the material exhibits enhanced tensile ductilities of over 100% at 400 and 450 ℃ with stress exponent of 4.29 and activation energy of 149.60 kJ/mol, and initial fine grains preserve in evenly deformed gauge based on microstructure studies. The enhanced tensile ductilities are rate controlled by a competitive mechanism of grain boundary sliding and dislocation climb creep, based on which a model can successfully simulate the deformation behavior.展开更多
Study on seasonal responses of terrestrial net primary production (NPP) to climate changes is to help understand feedback between climate systems and terrestrial ecosystems and mechanisms of increased NPP in the north...Study on seasonal responses of terrestrial net primary production (NPP) to climate changes is to help understand feedback between climate systems and terrestrial ecosystems and mechanisms of increased NPP in the northern middle and high latitudes. In this study, time series dataset of normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) and corresponding ground-based information on vegetation, climate, soil, and solar radiation, together with an ecological process model, were used to explore the seasonal trends of terrestrial NPP and their geographical differences in China from 1982 to 1999. As the results,. seasonal total NPP in China showed a significant increase for all four seasons (spring, summer, autumn and winter) during the past 18 years. The spring NPP indicated the largest increase rate, while the summer NPP was with the largest increase in magnitude. The response of NPP to climate changes varied with different vegetation types. The increased NPP was primarily led by an advanced growing season for broadleaf evergreen forest, needle-leaf evergreen forest, and needle-leaf deciduous forest, whilst that was mainly due to enhanced vegetation activity (amplitude of growth cycle) during growing season for broadleaf deciduous forest, broadleaf and needle-leaf mixed forest, broadleaf trees with groundcover, perennial grasslands, broadleaf shrubs with grasslands, tundra, desert, and cultivation. The regions with the largest increase in spring NPP appeared mainly in eastern China, while the areas with the largest increase in summer NPP occurred in most parts of Northwestern China, Qinghai-Xizang Plateau, Mts. Xiaoxinganling-Changbaishan, Sanjiang Plain, Songliao Plain, Sichuan Basin, Leizhou Peninsula, part of the middle and lower Yangtze River, and southeastern mountainous areas of China. In autumn, the largest NPP increase appeared in Yunnan Plateau-Eastern Xizang and the areas around Hulun Lake. We present an optimization algorithm to find a time series that is as close as possible to the heart rate series subject to the constraint that it is deterministic with respect to some dynamics. The algorithm is tested by some famous forced dynamical systems, and applied to heart rate data. We find that the deterministic components of heart rate variability are chaotic.展开更多

Then various t...To provide basic information for studying balancing mechanism of nutrition environment in aquaculture ponds, sediment samples were collected periodically during the breeding process of tilapia in ponds. Then various types of nutrient content of the samples were detected and the changing rule was summarized. The results showed that dry weight of the sediment and content of TP, TN and TOC generally presented a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. The main production period of each nutrient was from July to September and the production percentage was close to 80% of the total production. The content of NH4^+-N increased gradually and reached a peak in early August, then maintained at the peak level. NO2^--N content of the sediment in each pond was basically the same in the earlier aquaculture stage and decreased in middle stage with a big difference, then rose again in the later stage.展开更多

[Method]The RITSD changing of agronomic traits was studied by using 24 rice somaclonal and its donor parent under two sowing dates. [Result]The average values of RITSD were higher (over one) for the traits of pant height (PH),density of spikelets (DS),filled spikelets per panicle (FSP),spikelets per panicle (SP) and grain weight per plant (GWP),but lower for days of sowing to heading (DSH),effective panicles (EP),panicle length (PL),seed setting rate (SS) and 1 000-grain weight (1 000-GW). These showed that PH,DS,FSP,SP and GWP were easily affected by sowing date and tended to higher with the later sowing; the RITSD of somaclonal changed with the agronomic traits. The frequency of RITSD' variation of DSH and PH was higher than that of PL. The RITSD' value of EP,PL,DS,FSP,SP and SS became higher,and higher or lower for DSH and GWP in different somaclonal; compared with the donor,20 of 24 was significantly different,and the frequency of RITSD variation was over 83. 3%,however,RITSD of the most lines (75%) changed only for 1-2 characters; cluster analysis showed that the RITSD of agronomic traits belonged to different combinations of somaclonal in rice. And the deformation amount of all the samples was 50%. The strain rate sensitivity exponent (m) and strain hardening exponent (n) under different deformation conditions were calculated, meanwhile the effects of the processing parameters on the values ofm andn were analyzed. The results show that the flow stress increases with the increase of strain rate and the decrease of deformation temperature. The value ofm increases with the increase of deformation temperature and decreases with the increase of strain rate, while the value ofn decreases with the increase of deformation temperature. A novel flow stress model during hot deformation of superalloy GH696 was also established. And the calculated flow stress of the alloy is in good agreement with the experimental one.展开更多

This paper presents and investigates a novel machine learning approach utilizing gradient boosting to detect seizures from long-term EEG. We apply relative fluctuation index to extract features of long-term intracranial EEG data. A classifier trained with the gradient boosting algorithm is adopted to discriminate the seizure and non-seizure EEG signals. Smoothing and collar technique are finally used as post-processing in order to improve the detection accuracy further. The seizure detection method is assessed on Freiburg EEG datasets from 21 patients. The experimental results indicate that the proposed method yields an average sensitivity of 94. 60% with a false detection rate of 0. 18/h.展开更多
Geochemical, mineralogical, and micromorphologieal characteristics of soils and their relevant parent rocks including loess, ignimbrite, sandstone and limestone were investigated to identify the soil-parent material u...Geochemical, mineralogical, and micromorphologieal characteristics of soils and their relevant parent rocks including loess, ignimbrite, sandstone and limestone were investigated to identify the soil-parent material uniformity and the weathering degree of soils in Golestan Province, northern Iran. Highly developed Caleixerolls and moderately developed Haploxerepts were formed on loess and limestone, respectively. In contrast, the soils formed on ignimbrite and sandstone were non- developed Entisols. Illite was the dominant clay mineral found in ignimbrite and sandstone in both the A horizon and parent material. In loess derived soils however, smectite was dominant especially in the Bt horizon compared to its parent material indicating partly to its pedogenic formation. In limestone, illite and vermiculite were dominant both in the A and C horizons. Ti/Zr ratio proved that the studied soils were closely related to their underlying parent materials geochemically. Chemical index of alteration (CIA), micromorphological index of soil development (MISECA), smectite/illite+chlorite ratio and magnetic susceptibility were applied to investigate the degree of soil development. Results showed that the most and the least developed soils were those formed on loess deposits and limestone,respectively. Application of the different geochemical and pedogenetic approaches was proved to be useful in identifying the relevance of soils to their underlying parent materials and also their degree of development.展开更多

In order to address this discrepancy, this paper establishes a relationship between the degree of compaction K and strain ε. The relationship between the compaction degree K and the shear strength of soil(cohesion c and frictional angle φ) was clearly established through indoor experiments. The subroutine UMAT in ABAQUS finite element numerical software was developed to realize an accurate calculation of the subgrade soil compaction quality. This value was compared and analyzed against the assumed compaction value of the model, thereby verifying the accuracy of the intelligent compaction calculation results for subgrade soil. On this basis, orthogonal tests of the influential factors(frequency, amplitude, and quality) for the degree of compaction and sensitivity analysis were carried out. Finally, the ‘acceleration intelligent compaction value’, which is based on the acceleration signal, is proposed for a compaction meter value that indicates poor accuracy. The research results can provide guidance and basis for further research into the accurate control of compaction quality for roadbeds and pavements.展开更多

[Method] Stationing and water sampling were conducted along Wei River at three different sites during the 12 months from January to December of 2014, the water samples were pre-treated and analyzed on chemical pollution indexes with the national standard, water quality data of Wei River in the 12 months was processed with periodic time series method, Spearman rank correlation coefficient was adopted to test pollution changing trend, and water quality status of Wei water was evaluated with integrated index of organic pollution. [Result] NH3-N and TN of Wei River exceeded the standard's lim- its; [ Y~ [ 〉Wp=0.506, [ Yss~ [ 〉Wp=0.506 and [ Y&=0~,, Diecqieo 〉Wp=0.506 indicated that the integrated index of organic pollution of Shawangdu section, S.huyuan section and Tongguan Diaoqiao section showed a significant downtrend, respetively; and the water quality of the three sections became better, and it was worth noting that it was necessary to strengthen the water quality control of Wei River from January to June, so as to ensure that the water quality of Wei River reached the standard all the time. Illite was the dominant clay mineral found in ignimbrite and sandstone in both the A horizon and parent material. In loess derived soils however, smectite was dominant especially in the Bt horizon compared to its parent material indicating partly to its pedogenic formation. In limestone, illite and vermiculite were dominant both in the A and C horizons. Ti/Zr ratio proved that the studied soils were closely related to their underlying parent materials geochemically. Chemical index of alteration (CIA), micromorphological index of soil development (MISECA), smectite/illite+chlorite ratio and magnetic susceptibility were applied to investigate the degree of soil development. Results showed that the most and the least developed soils were those formed on loess deposits and limestone,respectively. Application of the different geochemical and pedogenetic approaches was proved to be useful in identifying the relevance of soils to their underlying parent materials and also their degree of development.

文摘During the compaction of a road subgrade, the mechanical parameters of the soil mass change in real time, but current research assumes that these parameters remain unchanged. In order to address this discrepancy, this paper establishes a relationship between the degree of compaction K and strain ε. The relationship between the compaction degree K and the shear strength of soil(cohesion c and frictional angle φ) was clearly established through indoor experiments. The subroutine UMAT in ABAQUS finite element numerical software was developed to realize an accurate calculation of the subgrade soil compaction quality. This value was compared and analyzed against the assumed compaction value of the model, thereby verifying the accuracy of the intelligent compaction calculation results for subgrade soil. On this basis, orthogonal tests of the influential factors(frequency, amplitude, and quality) for the degree of compaction and sensitivity analysis were carried out. Finally, the ‘acceleration intelligent compaction value’, which is based on the acceleration signal, is proposed for a compaction meter value that indicates poor accuracy. The research results can provide guidance and basis for further research into the accurate control of compaction quality for roadbeds and pavements.
文摘In this letter, the communication transmitter transient signals are analyzed based on the time-variant hierarchy exponents of multifractal analysis. The species of optimized sample set is selected as the template of transmitter identification, so that the individual communication transmitter identification can be realized. The turn-on signals of four transmitters are used in the simulation. The experimental results show that the multifractal character of transmitter transient signals is an effective character of individual transmitter identification.

文摘[Objective] Water quality variation trend of Wei River was analyzed and the water quality evaluation was performed in this study. [Method] Stationing and water sampling were conducted along Wei River at three different sites during the 12 months from January to December of 2014, the water samples were pre-treated and analyzed on chemical pollution indexes with the national standard, water quality data of Wei River in the 12 months was processed with periodic time series method, Spearman rank correlation coefficient was adopted to test pollution changing trend, and water quality status of Wei water was evaluated with integrated index of organic pollution. [Result] NH3-N and TN of Wei River exceeded the standard's lim- its; [ Y~ [ 〉Wp=0.506, [ Yss~ [ 〉Wp=0.506 and [ Y&=0~,, Diecqieo 〉Wp=0.506 indicated that the integrated index of organic pollution of Shawangdu section, S.huyuan section and Tongguan Diaoqiao section showed a significant downtrend, respetively; and the water quality of the three sections became better, and it was worth noting that it was necessary to strengthen the water quality control of Wei River from January to June, so as to ensure that the water quality of Wei River reached the standard all the time. [Cendasien] This research was of significance in improving water ecological environment in Weinan as well as rationally utilizing water resources and finally realizing permanent development.
