A fast implementation of the convolution backprojection(CBP)algorithm in spotlight synthetic aperture radar(SAR)is presented based on the fast Fourier transform(FFT).Traditionally,the computation of the 'backprojection' process is expensive,since resampling in the process is implemented by using the interpolation operation.By analyzing the relative location relationship among different pixels,the algorithm realizes the 'backprojection' using a series of FFTs instead of the interpolation operation.The point target simulation validates that the new algorithm accelerates the CBP algorithm,and the computational rate increases about 85%. 展开更多

The rolling bearing vibration signal is non-stationary and is easily disturbed by background noise,so it is difficult to accurately diagnose bearing faults.A fault diagnosis method of rolling bearing based on the time-frequency threshold denoising synchrosqueezing transform(TDSST)and convolutional neural network(CNN)is proposed.Since the traditional methods of wavelet threshold denoising and wavelet adjacent coefficient denoising are greatly affected by the estimation accuracy of noise variance,a time-frequency denoising method based on the STFT spectral correlation coefficient threshold optimization is adopted,which is combined with a synchrosqueezing transform.The ability of the TDSST to reduce noise and improve time-frequency resolution was verified by simulated impact fault signals of rolling bearings.Finally,the CNN is utilized to diagnose the time-frequency diagrams obtained by the TDSST.The diagnostic results of the rolling bearing experimental data show that the proposed method can effectively improve the accuracy of diagnosis.When the SNR of the bearing signal is larger than 0 dB,the accuracy is over 95%,even when the SNR reduces to-4 dB,the accuracy is still around 80%.Moreover,the standard deviation of multiple test results is small,which means that the method has good robustness. 展开更多

In order to improve the accuracy of threaded hole object detection,combining a dual camera vision system with the Hough transform circle detection,we propose an object detection method of artifact threaded hole based on Faster region-ased convolutional neural network(Faster R-CNN).First,a dual camera image acquisition system is established.One industrial camera placed at a high position is responsible for collecting the whole image of the workpiece,and the suspected screw hole position on the workpiece can be preliminarily selected by Hough transform detection algorithm.Then,the other industrial camera is responsible for collecting the local images of the suspected screw holes that have been detected by Hough transform one by one.After that,ResNet50-based Faster R-CNN object detection model is trained on the self-built screw hole data set.Finally,the local image of the threaded hole is input into the trained Faster R-CNN object detection model for further identification and location.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively avoid small object detection of threaded holes,and compared with the method that only uses Hough transform or Faster RCNN object detection alone,it has high recognition and positioning accuracy. 展开更多
