目的探讨活动平板试验诊断心脏植物神经功能紊乱的临床意义。方法对40例确诊为心脏植物神经功能紊乱的患者行活动平板试验,分析心电图(ECG)的ST段下移、T波改变及计算心率变时反应指数(CRI),并与冠心病组(CHD)及正常对照组比较。结果40... 目的探讨活动平板试验诊断心脏植物神经功能紊乱的临床意义。方法对40例确诊为心脏植物神经功能紊乱的患者行活动平板试验,分析心电图(ECG)的ST段下移、T波改变及计算心率变时反应指数(CRI),并与冠心病组(CHD)及正常对照组比较。结果40例心脏植物神经功能紊乱患者活动平板试验中CRI>1.3人数居多,平均CRI=1.41±0.05,明显高于正常对照组与CHD组(P<0.001);心电图的ST段下移平均为(0.12±0.04)mV高于正常对照组(P<0.05),与CHD组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论心脏植物神经功能紊乱患者心率变时反应指数普遍增高,可能与心脏植物神经功能紊乱有关。CRI>1.3可作为诊断心脏植物神经功能紊乱的参考值。 展开更多

The seismic records of target response spectrum used in the time-history analysis should be allowed to meet the norms. However, the previous fitting methods of target spectrum are mostly for the situations that the target spectrum is a smooth curve. In many cases, it needs to match unsmooth target spectrum for single determined response spectrum. An adjustment of time history via wavelet packet transform was presented, which is able to fit unsmooth target spectrum. It was found that there is a certain bias between the band center frequency of the component of seismic record after wavelet packet decomposition and the peak frequency of response spectra of wavelet packet components. For this reason, five strategies were presented to select iteration points, and the effects of the five strategies were compared with two calculation examples. It was turned out that the peak frequency of the response spectrum of wavelet packet component can lead to good fitting effect when it is selected as the iteration point. In the iteration process, it shows great promise in fitting non-smooth target spectrum and has a trend of converge. 展开更多

The airborne pollen grains of Afyon have been studied for a two_year period (1999-2000) with a Durham sampler. A total of 14 367 pollen grains belonging to 40 taxa have been identified and recorded with some unidentified ones. Of them, 6 732 were identified in 1999 and 7 635 in 2000. Of the total pollen grains, 69.67% were arboreal, 26.64% non_arboreal and 3.68 % unidentified. The majority of the investigated pollen grains were from Pinus, Gramineae, Cupressaceae, Platanus , Chenopodiaceae/Amaranthaceae, Quercus, Ailanthus, Moraceae, Juglans , Salix, Cedrus and Rosaceae. AIM: To compare the ligase detection reaction (LDR) and real-time PCR for detection of low abundant YMDD mutants in patients with chronic hepatitis B infection.METHODS: Mixtures of plasmids and serum samples from 52 chronic hepatitis B patients with low abundant lamivudine-resistant mutations were tested with LDR and real-time PCR. Time required and reagent cost for both assays were evaluated.RESULTS: Real-time PCR detected 100, 50, 10, 1 and 0.1% of YIDD plasmid, whereas LDR detected 100, 50, 10, 1, 0.1, and 0.01% of YIDD plasmid, in mixtures with YMDD plasmid of 106 copies/mL. Among the 52 clinical serum samples, completely concordant results were obtained for all samples by both assays, and 39 YIDD, 9 YVDD, and 4 YIDD/YVDD were detected. Cost and time required for LDR and real-time PCR are 60/80 CNY (8/10.7 US dollars) and 4.5/2.5 h, respectively.CONCLUSION: LDR and real-time PCR are both sensitive and inexpensive methods for monitoring low abundant YMDD mutants during lamivudine therapy in patients with chronic hepatitis B. LDR is more sensitive and less expensive, while real-time PCR is more rapid. 展开更多

正常情况下,窦性心率呈"平滑"的状态加速或减速,时间RR间期(t-RR)散点图曲线呈连续性,Lorenz-RR散点图呈棒球拍状。笔者遇到一组散点图具有一定特征的病例(5例),采用t-RR散点图及逆向技术,结合Lorenz-RR散点图和心电图作相应... 正常情况下,窦性心率呈"平滑"的状态加速或减速,时间RR间期(t-RR)散点图曲线呈连续性,Lorenz-RR散点图呈棒球拍状。笔者遇到一组散点图具有一定特征的病例(5例),采用t-RR散点图及逆向技术,结合Lorenz-RR散点图和心电图作相应分析,发现这组病人为窦性心率跳跃式减速,表现为:1连续反复跳跃式减速后再加速现象;2间断频发跳跃式减速后再加速现象;3单纯反复跳跃式减速现象。t-RR散点图曲线上有散在点的分布,Lorenz-RR散点图呈沿45°线分布的"斜丫字形",或者"丫字形"的上一丫支与"母体"分离。4例在105 s反复跳跃式减速(n分别为15,12,10,7)时的短RR间期分别为(1 068±47)、(1 024±27)、(1 080±41)、(1 104±4)ms;长RR间期分别为(1414±89)、(1 327±66)、(1 326±38)、(1 416±6)ms;分别跳跃延长346、303、246、312 ms。观察发现跳跃式延长的程度越大,整体Lorenz-RR散点图变化越大;跳跃点前后的RR间期变化的程度越小(标准差值越小),其Lorenz-RR散点图的一丫支图形越易与"母体"图形分离。结论:窦性心率跳跃式减速可使t-RR散点图"曲线"上呈现点状分布,使Lorenz-RR棒球拍图形"碎裂"或"断裂",这是窦性心律变时性反应不良的特有表现之一。 展开更多

Based on TIMESAT 3.2 platform, MODIS NDVI data(2000–2015) of Qaidam Basin are fitted, and three main phenological parameters are extracted with the method of dynamic threshold, including the start of growth season(SGS), the end of growth season(EGS) and the length of growth season(LGS). The spatial and temporal variation of vegetation phenology and its response to climate changes are analyzed respectively. The conclusions are as follows:(1) SGS is mainly delayed as a whole. Areas delayed are more than the advanced in EGS, and EGS is a little delayed as a whole. LGS is generally shortened.(2) With the altitude rising, SGS is delayed, EGS is advanced, and LGS is shortened and phenophase appears a big variation below 3000 m and above 5000 m.(3) From 2000 to 2015, the temperature appears a slight increase along with a big fluctuation, and the precipitation increases evidently.(4) Response of phenophase to precipitation is not obvious in the low elevation humid regions, where SGS arrives early and EGS delays; while, in the upper part of the mountain regions, SGS delays and EGS advances with temperature rising, SGS arrives early and EGS delays with precipitation increasing. 展开更多

The quasifission dynamics in the reaction ^(48)Ca+^(244)Pu is investigated in the framework of time-dependent Hartree-Fock(TDHF)theory. The calculations are performed in three-dimensional Cartesian coordinate without any symmetry restrictions. The full Skyrme energy functional is incorporated in our TDHF implementation. The quasifission dynamics is quite sensitive to the angular momentum of colliding system. The contact time of quasifission decreases as a function of angular momentum and then forms a plateau with small oscillations. The quasifission process is accompanied by an important multi-nucleon transfer. The quantum shell effect plays a crucial role in the mass and charge of quasifission fragments. The mass-angle distribution of the fragments is calculated, which can be compared directly with future experiments. 展开更多
