为研究固体火箭发动机药柱的非线性粘弹性行为,基于商用有限元软件二次开发技术建立了一种新型药柱结构分析模块。针对一种考虑变泊松比、老化和损伤效应的三维热粘弹性本构模型,采用增量法对其进行了数值离散,导出了本构方程的增量形式... 为研究固体火箭发动机药柱的非线性粘弹性行为,基于商用有限元软件二次开发技术建立了一种新型药柱结构分析模块。针对一种考虑变泊松比、老化和损伤效应的三维热粘弹性本构模型,采用增量法对其进行了数值离散,导出了本构方程的增量形式,并提出了相应的应力更新方法;基于MSC.Patran和Abaqus软件的二次开发技术,编写了相应的材料子程序,并开发了药柱结构分析模块;考虑本构模型的8种不同形式,先后采用该模块分析了某发动机药柱在全寿命周期过程的结构响应。结果表明,相比于传统线粘弹性本构模型,本文的粘弹性本构模型能更好地表征推进剂真实的力学行为,所开发的分析模块可用于实际型号固体发动机药柱结构分析与寿命预估。 展开更多

Tensile deformation behaviors and the Poisson's ratio of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) are numerically studied, using the molecular dynamics (MD) inethod. Effects of several structural features of crystal cells of SWCNTs, i.e., the size, chirality and strain, on their mechanical properties are analyzed systematically. The simulations indicate that Armchair SWCNTs (8, 8)-(22, 22) and Zigzag SWCNTs (9,0)- (29,0) can be stretched by 35%-38% and 20%-27% without sign of plasticity, respectively. The Young's modulus of SWCNTs under tension ranges from 960 GPa to 750 GPa as their radii increase. The Young's modulus of zigzag SWCNTs is higher than that of armchair SWCNTs. Additionally, three SWCNTs (9,9), (12,6) and (16,0) are investigated to obtain their Poisson's ratio under tensile and compressive loading. The results show that the Poisson's ratio of nanotubes decreases generally as the strain increases. Under the same tensile strain, the Poisson's ratio decreases as the chiral angles of SWCNTs decrease, while their Polsson's ratios increase under the same compressive strain. 展开更多

By using large scale triaxial shearing apparatus,consolidated-drained shear tests were conducted on coarse-grained soil with different gradations.In order to describe their deformation rules,three main characteristics of tangent Poisson ratio curves were summarized and the reason was revealed by dividing the movement of soil particles into two kinds: the movement of fine particles and the movement of coarse particles.Then,a volumetric strain expression and a tangent Poisson ratio expression were put forward,and two defects of widely used Duncan-Chang model were fixed.Results calculated from them agree well with test results.There are three parameters,namely L,G and F,in this new model.Parameter L reflects the dilatancy of a specimen and L=4 can be used as a criterion to estimate whether a certain kind of soil has dilatancy quality or not.Parameters G and F relate to the initial slope of tangent Poisson ratio curves,and G=F=0 indicates a special situation which happens in dense granular material of the same diameter.Influences of various gradations on volume deformation are mainly reflected in parameter L which is smaller when there are more gravels in specimens. 展开更多
