The influence of a novel three-step aging on strength, stress corrosion cracking(SCC) and microstructure of AA7085 was investigated by tensile testing and slow strain rate testing combined with transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The results indicate that with the increase of second-step aging time of two-step aging, the mechanical properties increase first and then decrease, while the SCC resistance increases. Compared with two-step aging, three-step aging treatment improves SCC resistance and the strength increases by about 5%. The effects of novel three-step aging on strength and SCC resistance are explained by the role of matrix precipitates and grain boundary precipitates, respectively. 展开更多

Tensile creep behaviors of the ageing hardened Mg-10Gd-3Y alloy(referred to GW103)were investigated at temperatures up to 300℃.The extruded-T5 specimen exhibited high creep resistance,i.e.the low steady-state creep rate and long creep rupture time,while the better creep properties were observed in the cast-T6 one.The low steady-state creep rate of 1.71×10- 9s -1is obtained at 200℃and 80 MPa for the extruded-T5 GW103 alloy.In addition,the microstructure development of GW103-T5 alloy was also examined after creep exposure at different temperatures.On the other hand,the stress exponent and activation energy were studied in the temperature range of 200-300℃for the extruded-T5 specimens,and the creep mechanism was also discussed. 展开更多

Based on an exact CAD model of hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission (HMCVT) gearbox which can transmit 180 horsepower, virtual prototype of the HMCVT was built. Revolution speed of shafts, gears and clutches of the HMCVT were calibrated by using results obtained by theoretical calculation and test methods. The needed power and torques of both mechanical power input shaft and hydropower input shaft were calculated by simulation. Hydraulic power distributing ratio and power flow of the system was also studied. The analysis results showed that cycle power was produced inevitably when the output shaft speed of HMCVT change smoothly during mechanical and hydraulic working state HM1 to HM4, and the instantaneous maximum cycle power was 39.5%. Then the overall transmission efficiency of HMCVT was studied, and the maximum overall efficiency of the system was about 87%. The results of the studies gave references to select suited engine and variable displacement pump for the HMCVT, and to develop rational speed control strategies for the HMCVT by changing displacement ratio of variable displacement pump. 展开更多

This paper describes the CVT (continuously variable transmission). Generally, CVTs are classified as belt-type or toroidal CVTs, and each CVT is basically composed of two parts such as the V-belt and pulley, or friction wheels. In the belt-type CVT, the pulley is driven by a belt placed between two (left and right) circle boards, while in the toroidal CVT, two rollers rotate under the condition being pushed by strong compression power. Since these conventional CVTs use friction force, their energy transfer efficiency might be inferior. Furthermore, although these CVTs require precise structures and processing, they make noise, and are not durable. Consequently, we propose a new structural CVT in this paper. 展开更多

为开发基于无级自动变速器(Continuously variable transmission,CVT)的混合动力变速箱液压系统,分析对比目前基于CVT的混合动力量产车型所采用的液压系统供油方案,结合混合动力变速箱实现纯电动行驶的功能需求及进一步降低液压系统能... 为开发基于无级自动变速器(Continuously variable transmission,CVT)的混合动力变速箱液压系统,分析对比目前基于CVT的混合动力量产车型所采用的液压系统供油方案,结合混合动力变速箱实现纯电动行驶的功能需求及进一步降低液压系统能量消耗的需要,提出采用电动油泵作为混合动力CVT液压系统动力源的供油方案;并通过仿真方式对比电动油泵方案与其他几种供油方案在NEDC循环工况下的能量消耗情况,仿真表明采用电动油泵能够较其他方案减少更多的油泵能量消耗。为进一步验证采用电动油泵的节能效果,开发1台基于电动油泵的混合动力CVT,并通过台架试验的方式测定采用电动油泵与机械油泵供油方案在1 500r/min时的效率情况,结果表明电动油泵方案相比机械泵供油方案可以明显提升变速箱效率,在输入转矩150N?m时,电动油泵方案能够较机械泵供油方案提升变速箱效率3.72%。最后基于开发的混合动力变速箱搭载1台样车进行实车测试,验证采用电动油泵的实际可行性。 展开更多

In order to suppress the fast decrease of the transfer efficiency of magnetic resonance coupled wireless power transfer system(MRCWPTS) with distance increase,this paper investigates the impact factors of the system transfer efficiency and is,then formulates a new efficiency optimal control method based on frequency control.Based upon this control method two optimal control schemes are designed to achieve transfer efficiency control of the system.Simulations and experiments show that the proposed efficiency optimal control method can effectively stabilize the system transfer efficiency in a certain range so as to successfully solve the subtle issue of transfer efficiency variation with distance. 展开更多

An experimental investigation of the influence of temperature on the Portevin-Le Chatelier(PLC) effect in Al-Mg alloy is conducted.Under a certain strain rate,the PLC effect is present in the temperature range of 223-328 K.The serration amplitude increases monotonically with increasing temperature,whereas the behaviors of the serration period and the critical strain with temperature include a descending branch under corresponding low temperature range and an ascending branch under corresponding high temperature range.The analysis in relation with dynamic strain aging(DSA) indicates that the temperature plays an important role in the PLC effect by dictating the solubility and the diffusibility of solute atoms.Both the concentration and the diffusibility of solute atoms contribute to increasing the serration amplitude.Under the descending branch temperature range,the serration period mainly depends on the preparation phase and the dominant factor of critical strain is the velocity of dislocations.However,under the ascending branch temperature range,the serration period mainly depends on the pinning phase and the dominant factor of critical strain is the applied stress required for unpinning. 展开更多
