近年来,波场强化采油技术越来越受到国内外石油工程技术人员的重视。波在周期性的传播过程中,产生的机械能使油相和水相发生周期性运动,油水间的界面张力减小,而且运动产生的压力梯度会破坏流体通过狭窄孔喉时存在的阻力膜,使油水的相... 近年来,波场强化采油技术越来越受到国内外石油工程技术人员的重视。波在周期性的传播过程中,产生的机械能使油相和水相发生周期性运动,油水间的界面张力减小,而且运动产生的压力梯度会破坏流体通过狭窄孔喉时存在的阻力膜,使油水的相对渗透率提高,流速加快,从而有效地提高开采效果。本文初步建立了二元叠合波在多孔介质中平面径向流渗流时的地层参数和振动作业参数之间相互耦合的数学模型,并借助数学模拟方法考察了各项参数与振动作业效果之间的相互关系,研究了振动作业前后地层渗流规律的压力分布曲线。理论与实验结果从不同角度较好地反映了叠合波场强化采油的主要机理与规律。 展开更多

The extensive application of pre-stack depth migration has produced huge volumes of seismic data,which allows for the possibility of developing seismic inversions of reservoir properties from seismic data in the depth domain.It is difficult to estimate seismic wavelets directly from seismic data due to the nonstationarity of the data in the depth domain.We conduct a velocity transformation of seismic data to make the seismic data stationary and then apply the ridge regression method to estimate a constant seismic wavelet.The estimated constant seismic wavelet is constructed as a set of space-variant seismic wavelets dominated by velocities at different spatial locations.Incorporating the weighted superposition principle,a synthetic seismogram is generated by directly employing the space-variant seismic wavelets in the depth domain.An inversion workflow based on the model-driven method is developed in the depth domain by incorporating the nonlinear conjugate gradient algorithm,which avoids additional data conversions between the time and depth domains.The impedance inversions of the synthetic and field seismic data in the depth domain show good results,which demonstrates that seismic inversion in the depth domain is feasible.The approach provides an alternative for forward numerical analyses and elastic property inversions of depth-domain seismic data.It is advantageous for further studies concerning the stability,accuracy,and efficiency of seismic inversions in the depth domain. 展开更多

We investigate the effects of extension and overlap of wavefunctions on the dispersion relations of plasmon modes in symmetric double-quantum-well structures. We compare the approximate results in two-dimensional layer-gas (2DLG) model with the exact ones where the extension and overlap of the wavefunctions are included. Our numerical results show that the 2DLG model is a good approximation only in the wide barrier case in the long wavelength limit. When the barrier is thin, the extension and overlap of the wavefunctions cannot be neglected. We also show that the long wavelength gap of the inter-subband mode is proportional to the energy difference between the ground and the first excited energy levels. 展开更多
