目的:分析巨大硬核白内障术中环形撕囊的直径大小,探讨环形撕囊技术的改进及评价环形撕囊联合放射状多点前囊口截开在巨大硬核白内障手术中应用的优点。方法:对69例80眼巨大硬核白内障病例,成功施行前囊膜连续环形撕囊联合放射状多点前... 目的:分析巨大硬核白内障术中环形撕囊的直径大小,探讨环形撕囊技术的改进及评价环形撕囊联合放射状多点前囊口截开在巨大硬核白内障手术中应用的优点。方法:对69例80眼巨大硬核白内障病例,成功施行前囊膜连续环形撕囊联合放射状多点前囊口截开,顺利娩核。结果:顺利完成手术78眼(98%),2眼因巨核挤压,发生后囊膜破裂或部分悬韧带断裂,术中双手法将核旋入前房,或用圈匙将核托入前房后娩出,清理瞳孔区玻璃体,Ⅱ期植入悬吊式人工晶状体。结论:环形撕囊技术的改进即连续环形撕囊联合放射状多点前囊口截开在巨大硬核白内障术中应用是安全有效的。 展开更多

In many Chinese cities,motorized vehicles (M-vehicles) move slowly at intersections due to the interference of a large number of non-motorized vehicles (NM-vehicles).The slow movement makes a part of M-vehicles fail to leave intersections timely after the traffic signal tums red,and thereby conflicts between vehicles from two directions occur.The phenomenon was analyzed graphically by using the cumulative vehicle curve.Delays in three cases were modeled and compared:NM-vehicle priorities and M-vehicle priorities with all-red intervals unable to release all vehicles,and longer all-red intervals ensuring release all vehicles.Marginal delays caused by two illegal behaviors that occasionally happened in mixed traffic intersections were also investigated.It is concluded that increasing the speed of M-vehicles leaving intersections and postponing the entering of NM-vehicles are the keys in mathematics,although they are uneasy in disordered mixed traffic intersections due to a dilemma between efficiency and orders in reality.The results could provide implications for the traffic management in the cities maintaining a large number of M-and NM-vehicles. 展开更多

To maximize the number of vehicles passing by the stop-line in a cycle and improve the operation efficiency of intersection in China, the settlement of left-turn lane waiting-zone is becoming prevailing. Based on conflicting-point method, the internal mechanism of left-turn flow after stopping line was analyzed through taking postposition left-turn lane waiting-zone intersection for instance. The relationship between the first left-turn vehicle and the last vehicle of previous phase passing the conflicting point was expounded. According to the time of successive arriving of two vehicle flows at conflicting-point, the reasonable layout for waiting area of left-turn vehicles was researched when the clearance index was less than O. The results suggest that the appropriate layout for waiting area of left-turning vehicles can improve the operation efficiency of intersections. 展开更多

2019 was one of the hottest years in recent decades,with widespread heatwaves over many parts of the world,including Africa.However,as a developing and vulnerable region,the understanding of recent heatwave events in ... 2019 was one of the hottest years in recent decades,with widespread heatwaves over many parts of the world,including Africa.However,as a developing and vulnerable region,the understanding of recent heatwave events in Africa is limited.Here,the authors incorporated different climate datasets,satellite observations,and population estimates to investigate patterns and hotspots of major heatwave events over Africa in 2019.Overall,2019 was one of the years that experienced the strongest heatwaves in terms of intensity and duration since 1981 in Africa.Heatwave hotspots were clearly identified across western-coastal,northeastern,southern,and equatorial Africa,where major cities and human populations are located.The proportion of urban agglomerations(population)exposed to extreme(99 th percentile)heatwaves in the Northern Hemisphere and Southern Hemisphere rose from 4%(5 million people)and 15%(17 million people),respectively,in the baseline period of 1981-2010 to36%(43 million people)and 57%(53 million people),respectively,in 2019.Heatwave patterns and hotspots in 2019 were related to anomalous seasonal change in atmospheric circulation and above-normal sea surface temperature.Without adaptation to minimize susceptibility to the effects of heatwave events,the risks they pose in populated areas may increase rapidly in Africa. 展开更多

China's global shipping connectivity had been somewhat overlooked as the bulk of related studies predominantly focused on the throughput volume of its own port cities. This article tackles such lacunae by providing a relational perspective based on the extraction of vessel movement archives from the Lloyd's List corpus. Two complementary analyses are proposed: long-term dynamics with all ships included(1890–2008) and medium-term dynamics focusing on container flows(1978–2016). Each analysis examines China's maritime connectivity in various ways and on different spatial scales, from the global to the local, in terms of concentration, vulnerability, and expansion. The main results underline the influence of technological, economic, and political factors on the changing distribution of connectivity internally and externally. In particular, China has managed to reduce its dependence upon external transit hubs, to increase the internal connectivity of its own port system, and to strengthen its dominance towards an increasing number of foreign nodes and trade partners through the maritime network. 展开更多

To automatically detecting whether a person is wearing mask properly,we propose a face mask detection algorithm based on hue-saturation-value(HSV)+histogram of oriented gradient(HOG)features and support vector machines(SVM).Firstly,human face and five feature points are detected with RetinaFace face detection algorithm.The feature points are used to locate to mouth and nose region,and HSV+HOG features of this region are extracted and input to SVM for training to realize detection of wearing masks or not.Secondly,RetinaFace is used to locate to nasal tip area of face,and YCrCb elliptical skin tone model is used to detect the exposure of skin in the nasal tip area,and the optimal classification threshold can be found to determine whether the wear is properly according to experimental results.Experiments show that the accuracy of detecting whether mask is worn can reach 97.9%,and the accuracy of detecting whether mask is worn correctly can reach 87.55%,which verifies the feasibility of the algorithm. 展开更多

An experiment on critical flow of water was conducted in two nozzles of 1.41 mm in diameter and 4.35 mm in length with rounded-edge and sharp-edge respectively, covering the ranges of inlet pressure of 22.1-29.1 MPa and inlet temperature of 38-474 ℃. More than 200 data points were obtained and the characteristics and parametric trends were investigated. In the region of near and beyond pseudo-critical temperature the thermal-equilibrium is dominant, and the flow rate can be estimated by the modified homogeneous equilibrium model. In the below pseudo-critical region the results exhibit scattered feature as a result of hysteresis effect in the onset of vaporization, characterizing a bifurcation behavior. This effect is more significant in the nozzle with sharp-edge, especially at higher pressure. For temperature well below the pseudo-critical point, the flow is not at critical condition and the flow rate can be represented by the Bernoulli equation reasonably. 展开更多

Cervus sichuanicus is a species of sika deer (Cervus nippon Group). To date, research has mainly focused on quantity surveying and behavior studies, with genetic information on this species currently deficient. To provide scientific evidence to assist in the protection of this species, we collected Sichuan sika deer fecal samples from the Sichuan Tiebu Nature Reserve (TNR) and extracted DNA from those samples. Microsatellite loci of bovine were used for PCR amplification. After GeneScan, the genotype data were used to analyze the genetic diversity and population structure of the Sichuan sika deer in TNR. Results showed that the average expected heterozygosity of the Sichuan sika deer population in TNR was 0.562, equivalent to the average expected heterozygosity of endangered animals, such as Procapra przewalsldi. Furthermore, 8 of 9 microsatellite loci significantly deviated from the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium and two groups existed within the Sichuan sika deer TNR population. This genetic structure may be caused by a group of Manchurian sika deer (Cervus hortulorum) released in TNR. 展开更多
