The main structure was severely damaged. In order to understand its current structural properties and provide a scientific basis for protection design nonlinear finite element analysis and parameter analysis are carried out.The crack patterns deformations and stresses of the main structure under four load cases are analyzed by nonlinear finite element analysis and the effect of the backfill bulk density and modulus on the maximum principal tensile stress and maximum compressive stress are studied by parameter analysis.The results show that the most unfavorable condition for the foundation is the combination of weight+backfill soil pressure+additional load the most unfavorable load case to the main structure is weight +backfill soil pressure +water pressure+additional heap load the maximum principal tensile stress of the main structure is very sensitive to the changes in the bulk density of the backfill soil.展开更多
In this paper, the authors first analyse the problems existing in the situation of land use, structure of travel mode and road network by applying the basic principle of traffic engineering and system engineering meth...In this paper, the authors first analyse the problems existing in the situation of land use, structure of travel mode and road network by applying the basic principle of traffic engineering and system engineering methods. Then, the authors make it clear the strategies to be adopted for solving the existing traffic problems in the ancient urban area of Suzhou(AUAS), namely insisting on the goal based strategy; the strategy to develop the public transit system in priority and decreasing the demand on cars from the view point of land use strategy. On the basis of such analysis the authors put forth proposals about major measures to be taken to improve traffic conditions of the AUAS, such as construction of express artery ring around the ancient city, appropriate transformation of the roads in the AUAS and rational distribution of car parking areas at the outskirt, which are of positive significance in guiding the protection of the AUAS and transportation construction. In this paper, specialized software is used to establish criteria for the construction scale and extent analysis and evaluation of the ancient city construction project, which is of some reference significance to the transformation of old urban areas in other cities.展开更多

Petrological,chronological and geotectonic geological analysis of Precambrian metamorphic rock in Korean Peninsula shows that the remnants(>3.4 Ga) of continental nuclei crust were formed in the Paleoarchean in the...Petrological,chronological and geotectonic geological analysis of Precambrian metamorphic rock in Korean Peninsula shows that the remnants(>3.4 Ga) of continental nuclei crust were formed in the Paleoarchean in the Rangrim Massif.In the massif,the main formation ages of continental crust range from 3.2 Ga to 2.5 Ga,its important growing period was 2.8-2.5 Ga.The subsequent expansion period of the Rangrim Massif was 2.4-2.2 Ga.The division events occurred in 1.85 Ga and in the Late Paleoproterozoic--Early Mesopro-terozoic,respectively.Since then the massif was relatively stable.However,the last division of the Rangrim Massif occurred at 793 Ma.展开更多
The Fort Worth (Texas) exhibition/publication Poussin: The Early Years in Rome: The Origins of French Classicism (1988) proved to be a seminal event in Poussin scholarship. Over 200 works were put on display at ...The Fort Worth (Texas) exhibition/publication Poussin: The Early Years in Rome: The Origins of French Classicism (1988) proved to be a seminal event in Poussin scholarship. Over 200 works were put on display at the Kimbell Art Museum that revealed the formative years in the French painter's works. The drawings and paintings confirmed Poussin as the leading classicist in 17th century French art and expanded our appreciation of the flexibility of the artist to illustrate mythological narratives. Previous positions on the artist such as Anthony Blunt's, who viewed the painter as a strict classicist without a major interest in color, are now reevaluated after the Fort Worth show. The influence of the Venetian school, especially the work of Titian, emerged stronger into Poussin's oeuvre. It was under the classicist umbrella that the romantic verse of Ovid and the sensual color of Titian became forged into the pictures of Roman mythology. The leading source of inspiration for this work would be Ovid's Metamorphoses where figures change into flowers made timeless by the painter's brush. Just as the poet varied the structure of his narrative presentation, so too did the painter expand his approach to depicting scenes of change in a variety of formats. A key work for Poussin in these stories of change would be the Kingdom of Flora (1631) where Ovidian tales are posed as an eternal spring where the goddess distributes the flowers of the collective narrative in an olive green chitin. This paper will contribute to the position of viewing Poussin's art under a wider vision of classicism where flexible narrative design and sensuous color fit the mission to make art noble and timeless.展开更多
Abundant siliceous micro-fossils were found from the Dalong Formation,Xinmin section,Guizhou,which include nine species of radiolarians belonging to seven genera as well as nine types of siliceous spongy spicules.The ...Abundant siliceous micro-fossils were found from the Dalong Formation,Xinmin section,Guizhou,which include nine species of radiolarians belonging to seven genera as well as nine types of siliceous spongy spicules.The radiolarian fauna consists of all spherical radiolarians,without any species of Albaillellaria and Latentifistularia,indicating a relative shallow water sedimentary environment.The high relative co-efficient between the radiolarian abundance and total organic carbon(TOC)shows that the radiolarian assemblage represented by Copicyntra and Paracopicyntra can be used as a proxy to the paleo-productivity.However,the relative co-efficient between biogenic silica and the radiolarian and sponge spicule abundances is low.A possible explanation is that an oceanic circulation has changed the biogenic silica content after radiolarian test and siliceous spongy spicule were dissolved.展开更多
