与《山东审判》结缘的几个点滴

1993年,与《山东审判》的第一次牵手与《山东审判》的缘分,源于1993年的一个偶然的原因。那一年下半年,我在读大四。按照要求,大四上半年要集中组织半年的实践锻炼,我们有幸到烟台市政法系统实习。我被安排到原烟台市福山区法院古现法庭实习。法庭有正式干警4人,庭长是王明德,和三个审判员。记得刚到法庭实习不久的一天,王庭长把我叫到他的办公室说:"小陈。

The new basic theory on Quaternary environmental research

On the basis of extensive survey to the Quaternary paleosols, soils and weathering layers in the vast northern China and the Loess Plateau, we found some unusually special phenomena of chemical components such as unsuccessive illuvium, twin illuviums, unusually thick illuvium and multi-illuviums etc. According to the analysis on the content of CaCO 3 and the data of penetrating experiment, a new theory of illuvial depth or removal depth of CaCO 3 in weathering and leaching belt was constructed, which indicates that the time of CaCO 3 removing to the illuvial depth is very short, and the effect of time factor on illuvial depth can be ignored. The theory can be taken as a credible foundation for studying many geological and geographical problems in weathering and leaching belt. When the illuvial depth of CaCO 3 is bigger than the thickness of developing belt of soil or paleosol, it can be determined that the paleosol has turned into weathering crust. When the illuvial depth of CaCO 3 is bigger than the thickness of paleosol, paleosol is leaching moderately acid soil. When two, three layers or unusually thick CaCO 3 illuviums exist in the same weathering section or at the bottom of the same paleosol, there were two or more periods forming paleosol and corresponding climatic stages at that time. On the basis of the equation of relationship between mean annual rainfall (y) and illuvial depth of CaCO 3 (x) (y = 305.5x + 168.5) determined in the paper, mean annual precipitation during the development of paleosol can be calculated.

Study on Tourism Spatial Distribution in Bortala

Tourism spatial distribution has played an important role in local tourism development.The tourism function and development direction can be determined,as well as the complementary resources can be realized through investigating the status of tourism in the region,identifying the status of tourism development and division of the tourism spatial distribution.The Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture of Xinjiang Bortala has been selected as a study area.Status of tourism development,tourism spatial distribution and some problem in Bortala were summarized.Finally,countermeasures were put forward pertinently.

Relatedness between catalytic effect of activated carbon and passivation phenomenon during chalcopyrite bioleaching by mixed thermophilic Archaea culture at 65°C

The relatedness between catalytic effect of activated carbon and passivation phenomenon during chalcopyrite bioleachingby mixed thermophilic Archaea culture(Acidianus brierleyi,Metallosphaera sedula,Acidianus manzaensis and Sulfolobusmetallicus)at65°C was studied.Leaching experiments showed that the addition of activated carbon could significantly promote thedissolution of chalcopyrite for both bioleaching and chemical leaching.The results of synchrotron-based X-ray diffraction,ironL-edge and sulfur K-edge X-ray absorption near edge structure spectroscopy indicated that activated carbon could change thetransition path of electrons through galvanic interactions to form more readily dissolved secondary mineral chalcocite at a low redoxpotential(?400mV)and then enhanced the copper dissolution.Jarosite accumulated immediately in the initial stage of bioleachingwith activated carbon but copper dissolution was not hindered.However,much jarosite precipitated on the surface of chalcopyrite inthe late stage of bioleaching,which might account for the decrease of copper dissolution rate.More elemental sulfur(S0)was alsodetected with additional activated carbon but the mixed thermophilic Archaea culture had a great sulfur oxidation activity,thus S0waseliminated and seemed to have no significant influence on the dissolution of chalcopyrite.

Reproduction of the Sedimentary Disturbance Phenomenon of the Diexi Ancient Landslide-Dammed Lake under Earthquake

Valuable geological and environmental information can be obtained from the 200 m thick lacustrine sediments in the Diexi lake(an ancient landslide-dammed lake) of the Minjiang River. The shaking table test method was employed to study the disturbance phenomena which occurred in the Diexi lake sediments. The results show that the disturbance phenomena were caused by liquefaction-induced flows in the unconsolidated lacustrine sediments, due to triggering by earthquakes. The deformations only occurred in unconsolidated sediment layers and not in consolidated layers. This means that a consolidated layer cannot be liquefied and disturbed again by an earthquake for a second time. The disturbance on one layer corresponds to only one earthquake. The temporal occurrence of earthquakes could be determined by disturbance layers generated at different ages. In total, 10 disturbed layers were found in the lacustrine sediments of the Diexi lake. The experiments showed that there were more than 10 earthquakes between 30 ka B.P. and 15 ka B.P. in the Diexi lake area based on the dating of the disturbed sediment layers.

On ＂Poetic Spontaneity＂ and Aesthetics

This paper tries to explore Wordsworth＇s poetics through a discussion of his important poetic conception of＂poetic spontaneity＂ or ＂All good poetry is the spontaneous overflow of powerful feelings＂. Wordsworth＇s poetic point ＂All good poetry is the spontaneous overflow of powerful feelings＂ is stated in his important work The Preface to Lyrical Ballads （1801）, and this theoretical point is actually validated by many good poems of his own. This paper demonstrates the significance of the theoretical point by a close examination of The Preface and its textual meanings. And then it presents an understanding of the theory through a detailed analysis of his masterpiece Tintern Abbey （1798） and I Wandered lonely as a cloud （1804）. It also demonstrates the importance and influence of his ＂poetic spontaneity＂ by comparing it with the Neo-classicalism in the 18th century and the Modernism in the 20th century.

Development, Institutional Changes, and the Power of Science in Baiyinxil Rangeland, IMAR

Field research in this paper was carried out in Baiyinxil State-owned Rangeland （SOR）, which is 55 kms southeast of Xilingol City in Xilingol League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region （IMAR）. The area established the first grassland nature reserve in China as well as the first SOR in IMAR. By reviewing its 60 years of development, the paper analyzes local herders＇ ecological ideology （the cycle made of human-grassland-livestock and none of which could be neglected） and the modern nation-state＇s policy implementation in ecological resettlement, institutional changes, and livestock cross-breeding. The purpose of the research is to discuss three pairs of socio-ecological relationships in Inner Mongolia grassland： between population flow and regional development, traditional ideology and grassland management ideology, as well as the competition between local knowledge and modern science and technology. The author argues that grassland management is a cyclical process and the deterioration of grassland ecology in IMAR is simply a reflection of the imbalance of three key elements （human-institution-cattle） in maintaining grassland ecology.

Theatrical Traces of the Past in the Contemporary Theatre： The Case of Simos Kakalas

This paper examines the contemporary theatre of Simos Kakalas, the director of Horos Theatre Company, and his troupe. The object of this study is the performances of the troupe during the period 2004-2016, which include： （1） the eight different versions of the dramatic idyll Golfo, written in 1894 by Spyridon Peresiadis; （2） the three different versions of the tragedy Erofili, written in Crete in 1595 by Georgios Hortatzis, and （3） the three different versions of the ancient Greek tragedy Euripides＇ Orestes written in 408 B.C. The research shows how these performances bring the young audience closer to the Greek theatre, tradition and identity, and at the same time they lead the audience＇s thought to current issues. It also explores how Kakalas brings the past closer to us to the present time, combining the poetic fifteen-syllable verse, the theatrical codes of the Greek ＂bouloukia＂ （the wandering troupes who used to play at squares in the nineteenth century）, the technique of narration, parody and shadow theatre with postmodern style, manga masks, video projections and anime.

Languages of Mourning： Between Page and （Modem） Stage

The aim of this essay is to provide an analysis of the Euripides＇ ＂Phoenician Women＂ in terms of mourning. The author intends to set a parallel between the ancient tragedy and its modern adaptation staged by one of the most prominent Polish directors Krzysztof Warlikowski. In the essay, the author will discuss how suffering is depicted in the ancient drama and what changes of mourning motif are introduced into its modern performance. The author will examine the literary as well as the （modern） theatrical topos of grief by analyzing the poetics of tragedy （dramatic structure, metaphors of death, dramatis personae, funeral vocabularium, function of laments） and the poetics of performance （stage design, costumes and props, funerary symbolism, acting, directing solutions）. The purpose of the paper is to argue against the insignificance of Euripides＇ drama and the marginalization of Warlikowski＇s ＂Phoenician Women.＂ Finally, the author will attempt to indicate the mourning motif as one of the essential and attractive for the ancient tragic plot and the modern performance as well

Impact of Urban Areas on Historical and Archaeological Buildings

The present paper is talking about the recent situation of the archeological buildings which exist through modern urban environments. Urban expansion has a large effect on the archeological buildings continuity since such type of development impresses several serious challenges which conservation plans as well as preservation polices must deal with. A number of that main challenges are mega-constructions （tunnels, damps, roads, etc.）, pollution, socio-cultural impacts and traffic. Within Um Qias, the archeological buildings face similar challenges consistent with the urban environment where it is presented and that challenges are reviewed in the local community behavior.

Postmodernism and Classical Chinese Philosophy

While over two thousand years apart, Western postmodernism and ancient Chinese philosophy share some extraordinary similarities, especially epistemology wise. For example, they both recognize the role of language in constructing, and limiting, knowledge and reality. This is because thinkers of different cultures and geographical regions, and of different historical periods, can possibly come up with similar philosophical conclusions when addressing what is commonly known as the ＂human condition＂. The paper will discuss, in general terms, some of the philosophical similarities between postmodemism and classical Chinese philosophy; it will also take a close look at three concepts in Chinese philosophy that register strong affinity with Western postmodernism： namely, change, dialectic, and relativism.

Techne in Pre-Platonic Literature and its Significance to Modem Society

The reason for the double-edged sword effect of technology is that in modern system of knowledge, there has appeared a gap between technology and ethics which couldn＇t be found in ancient Greece. Going back to the Greek ancestor of technology--techne, will shed a light on the solution of the problems brought about by modem technology, because even before Plato whose ideas on techne have been heatedly discussed nowadays, techne has embraced an ethical dimension.

The Petrified Utopia： Monumental Propaganda, Architecture Parlante, and the Question about （De）Materialisation of Monuments

The article examines the idea of monumentality （following Evgeny Dobrenko＇s concept of ＂petrified utopia＂） in Polish Socialist literature especially by analyzing Lenin＇s ＂monumental propaganda＂ and its influence on literary thinking. Starting from some details about Lenin＇s vision and plan, the article will further present how the act of transposition of a monument into texts---the act of materialization monuments in literary signs--causes some kind of monumental spectrality or dematerialization and as a consequence, the disappearance of art in Rancieran sense in which the art disappears when it becomes transparent for itself. To prove this thesis, the article will analyze two main architectural examples： Tatlin＇s Monument to the Third International （as the great realization of Lenin＇s doctrine） and Polish Palace of Culture and Science which was the theme of many Polish Socialist poems. In conclusion, the article will also present some broader perspective of modem architectural utopias and their spectrality.
