Generally, infeasibility sources involve structural inconsistencies and data errors, and the data errors are further classified intoⅠ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ. The three stages strategy are: (1) Check data when they are inputted to detect data error Ⅰ and repair them; (2) Inspect data whether they are accorded with material balance before solving the LP model to identify data error Ⅱ and repair them; (3) Find irreducible inconsistent system of infeasible LP model and give diagnosis information priority-ranked to recognize data error Ⅲ and structural inconsistencies. These stages could be automatically executed by computer, and the approach has been applied to diagnose the infeasible model well in our graphic I/O petro-chemical industry modeling system.展开更多

However, in Poland, maintenance p...The suitable repair forecasting is needed for proper maintenance of the buildings. The appropriate maintenance planning should be based on the prognostic analysis of the repair needs. However, in Poland, maintenance planning is currently not seen as a long-term system. Repairs are understood as extemporary work and are carried out exclusively on the basis of intermittent inspections and controls. One of the numerous factors determining maintenance planning is exploitation reliability conditioned by durability. This article presents a proposal to determine the prediction of operational reliability of the building constructed using traditional technology. The method of behaving and changing the reliability of the building throughout its use will be useful in planning renovations. The presented analysis includes apartment buildings erected in a traditional technology and regards them as technical objects. For such approached buildings, it is proposed to apply rules applied for mechanical and electrical objects. The probability of the exploitation of a building without any breakdowns in a given period of time is defined as exploitation reliability.展开更多

This paper offers 7 exploiting principles for the computer support system on feasible reasoning and scientific decision-making of projects, that is, the principles of standardization, procedure, specification, agility, currency, practicability and development. On the basis of analysis on systematic procedure, the computer support system on feasible reasoning and scientific decision-making of projects is formed based on WEB, and its general structure, system function and the methods to be realized are introduced. The data composition of this system is analyzed following the principles of integrality, development, perspicuity and consistency. The bounding surface is defined as the maximum yield ...An elastoplastic constitutive model for overconsolidated clays is established in the framework of the critical state theory and bounding surface plasticity theory. The bounding surface is defined as the maximum yield surface in the loading history. A yielding ratio, i.e., an internal variant, is defined as the size ratio of the current yield surface to the corresponding bounding surface. The yielding ratio instead of the overconsolidation ratio(OCR) is used to evaluate the strength and stress-strain behaviors of overconsolidated clays in the shearing process. The bounding stress ratio incorporating the effect of the yielding ratio is used to characterize the potential failure strength of the overconsolidated clays. The dilation stress ratio taking into account the effect of the yielding ratio is applied to describe the dilatancy behaviors of the overconsolidated clays. Comparisons between model predictions and test data show that the proposed model could well capture the strength and stress-strain behaviors of normally consolidated and overconsolidated clays.展开更多
