The viscosity has positive corelation with chemical oxygen demand (COD), dissolved organic carbon (DOC) and salinity. The "SML effect" on K need not be considered because the SML effect on materials concentration is so small.展开更多

This paper introduces the design and the implement of VolGraph system: a new, inexpensive, PC-based visualization tool for three-dimensional medical reconstructions, which fully integrates the latest popular visualization algorithms ranging from classical surface rendering algorithm to volume rendering algorithms, such as Ray Casting, Splatting, and Shear-Warp.The input of VolGraph can be medical ima- ges including CT, MRI, etc, and the output can be in common image, VRML/XML or animation formats. Practice proves that the realization of a medical volume visualization system is now feasible on desktop PCs.展开更多

A previous simplified model was improved for this particular case of fire propagation. The test of this proposed model was performed by using two complete sets of experimental results with several fuel beds and variable parameters such as moisture content or bulk density. The second aim of this article is to highlight two conditions that allow stopping a fire: the low leaf area and the high value of the moisture content.展开更多

The first is to give a description of irreducible tempered representations of classical p-adic groups which follows naturMly the classification of irreducible square integrable representations modulo cuspidal data obtained by Mceglin and the author of this article (2002). The second aim of the paper is to give a description of an invariant (partially defined function) of irreducible square integrable representation of a classical p-adic group (defined by Mceglin using embeddings) in terms of subquotients of Jacquet modules. As an application, we describe behavior of partially defined function in one construction of square integrable representations of a bigger group from such representations of a smaller group (which is related to deformation of Jordan blocks of representations).展开更多
