目的 探讨CT影像组学和临床资料在预测非血管化植骨(non-vascularized bone grafting,NVBG)保髋疗效中的价值,构建一种可视量化、有效的保髋决策方法。方法 纳入2009年6月—2019年6月接受NVBG进行保髋的153例(182髋)股骨头坏死(osteonec... 目的 探讨CT影像组学和临床资料在预测非血管化植骨(non-vascularized bone grafting,NVBG)保髋疗效中的价值,构建一种可视量化、有效的保髋决策方法。方法 纳入2009年6月—2019年6月接受NVBG进行保髋的153例(182髋)股骨头坏死(osteonecrosis of the femoral head,ONFH)患者,以7∶3比例划分训练集(130髋)和测试集(52髋),根据术后3年时的随访结果定义保髋成败。提取CT影像中感兴趣区的影像组学特征,根据降维后的影像组学特征及其系数的线性加权获得影像组学评分,采用单因素、多因素Cox回归分析筛选临床预测因子,分别构建影像组学模型、临床模型和综合模型。在训练集及测试集中比较3种模型对保髋疗效的预测性能,评价指标包括曲线下面积、C-Index、敏感度、特异度和校准曲线等,采用列线图对最佳模型可视量化并通过决策曲线评估其临床效用。结果 术后3年随访时,保髋累积生存率达70.33%。术后是否继续接触致病因素和日本骨坏死研究会(JIC)分型是影响保髋疗效的临床预测因子,最小绝对收缩和选择算子降维所得的13个影像组学特征被用于构建Rad-scores。在训练集和测试集中,综合模型预测术后1、2、3年保髋疗效的性能均优于临床模型和影像组学模型(P<0.05),预测值和实际观察值间具有良好一致性。基于综合模型所构建的列线图显示,较低的Rad-scores、术后不再接触致病因素和JIC分型中B型及C1型患者,术后1、2、3年股骨头生存概率较高。决策曲线分析结果表明,综合模型的总净收益均高于单一预测因子的临床模型和影像组学模型,可在较大概率阈值范围内带给患者更多净获益。结论 CT影像组学联合临床资料所构建的预测模型和列线图,是一种可视量化、有效的保髋决策方法,能在术前预测NVBG的保髋疗效,具备较高的临床应用价值。 展开更多

乡村生态文明建设是乡村振兴的重要内容之一。通过CiteSpace V可视化与计量化方法分析我国乡村生态文明领域20 a发展历程,阐明乡村生态文明领域热点研究方向与存在问题并给出了相应的建议,这对我国未来乡村生态文明建设具有重要借鉴意... 乡村生态文明建设是乡村振兴的重要内容之一。通过CiteSpace V可视化与计量化方法分析我国乡村生态文明领域20 a发展历程,阐明乡村生态文明领域热点研究方向与存在问题并给出了相应的建议,这对我国未来乡村生态文明建设具有重要借鉴意义。研究结果表明,乡村生态文明为主题的研究可分为起步发展、缓慢增长、快速增长阶段,总体呈“J”字型增长态势;生态文明建设方面发文量最高(412篇),占总发文量26.10%;机构发文量排序中北京林业大学排名第1;通过对关键词突现图谱分析可得“乡村振兴”关键词突现强度最大(28.28),这与乡村生态文明建设发文量排名一致;“乡村振兴战略”次之,突现强度为9,说明从2018年至今乡村振兴问题备受我国学者关注。通过该研究得出的问题与建议包括:乡村生态文明为主题有关发文量中研究侧重点失衡,在后期研究中应解决短板问题,全面协调研究;机构共现图谱中各单位缺乏合作交流,在后期研究中各机构应加强合作交流、共同提高;机构前10名排序中高校占比份额少,高校应充分发挥人才智库优势,为我国乡村生态文明建设献计献策;各聚类号相关代表性文献年份久远,对目前乡村生态文明建设、乡村振兴战略等方面参考价值较小,后续研究应以前人研究结果为基础,推陈出新。总之,发展乡村经济不应以牺牲生态环境为代价,应大力发展乡村特色产业,注重乡村人才培养,统筹规划,有利于乡村生态文明发展。 展开更多

Objectives:Somatosensory Interaction Technology(SIT)is used in various aspects of geriatric care.We aimed to conduct a bibliometric analysis to summarize relevant publications and visualize publication characteristics,current hotspots,and development trends,thereby inspiring subsequent researches.Methods:We searched theWeb of Science Core Collection database for publications on the application of SIT in geriatric care.Bibliometric visualization and clustering analysis were performed using VOSviewer V1.6.18 Software,while keywords burst detection analysis was conducted with CiteSpace 6.1.R6 Software.Results:After screening,a total of 1,019 publications were included.The number of publications on SIT in geriatric care is gradually increasing,exhibiting a rapid growth rate.The United States,Canada,and Australia led in terms of publication volume.Keyword clustering analysis identified major research hotspots:crisis warning,somatic abilities,rehabilitation training and psychosocial support.Initial studies primarily explored themes such as recovery,movement,systems,and later shifted towards gait analysis,muscle strength,parameters,and home-based care.More recently,research themes have evolved to dementia,machine learning,and gamification.Conclusions:SIT is innovative for promoting active aging,advancing intelligent healthcare,and elevating the daily quality of life for older adults in clinical and domestic settings.Applications of SIT can be categorized into early warning systems for crises,detailed analyses of physical conditions,rehabilitation enhancement,and support for psychosocial health.Research trends have transitioned from whole-body recognition to precise feedback,from a focus on physical health to mental health,and from technical feasibility to user-friendliness.Future research should focus on developing accessible and user-friendly devices,fostering interdisciplinary collaborations for innovation,expanding research to address both the physical and mental health needs of diverse older adults,and integrating emerging technologies to enhance data precision and accelerate the development of intelligent platforms. 展开更多

Objective To investigate the human body’s complex system,and classify and characterize the human body’s health states with“a comprehensive integrated method from qualitative to quantitative”.Methods This paper introduces the concept of“order parameters”and proposes a method for establishing an order parameter model of gas discharge visualization(GDV)based on the principle of“mastering both permanence and change(MBPC)”.The method involved the fol-lowing three steps.First,average luminous intensity(I)and average area(S)of the GDV im-ages were calculated to construct the phase space,and the score of the health questionnaire was calculated as the health deviation index(H).Second,the k-means++clustering method was employed to identify subclasses with the same health characteristics based on the data samples,and to statistically determine the symptom-specific frequencies of the subclasses.Third,the distance(d)between each sample and the“ideal health state”,which determined in the phase space of each subclass,was calculated as an order parameter describing the health imbalance,and a linear mapping was established between the d and the H.Further,the health implications of GDV signals were explored by analyzing subclass symptom profiles.We also compare the mean square error(MSE)with classification methods based on age,gen-der,and body mass index(BMI)indices to verify that the phase space possesses the ability to portray the health status of the human body.Results This study preliminarily tested the reliability of the order parameter model on data samples provided by 20 participants.Based on the discovered linear law,the current model can use d calculated by measuring the GDV signal to predict H(R^(2)>0.77).Combined with the symptom profiles of the subclasses,we explain the classification basis of the phase space based on the pattern identification.Compared with common classification methods based on age,gender,BMI,etc.,the MSE of phase space-based classification was reduced by an order of magnitude.Conclusion In this study,the GDV order parameter model based on MBPC can identify sub-classes and characterize individual health levels,and explore the TCM health meanings of the GDV signals by using subjective-objective methods,which holds significance for establishing mathematical models from TCM diagnosis principles to interpret human body signals. 展开更多

目的制定一种可视性量化算法,研究膀胱CBCT图像中不同标记物特性,选取最佳标记物。方法拍摄粘贴于体侧的不同类型及粗细的标记物的CBCT平片,计算不同标记物的信号值、噪音值,进而量化标记物可视性,并获得相应条件下的皮肤剂量。结果所... 目的制定一种可视性量化算法,研究膀胱CBCT图像中不同标记物特性,选取最佳标记物。方法拍摄粘贴于体侧的不同类型及粗细的标记物的CBCT平片,计算不同标记物的信号值、噪音值,进而量化标记物可视性,并获得相应条件下的皮肤剂量。结果所研究的标记物,若其量化值对比度同背景噪音比(CNR)﹥2,该标记物可视性是可以接受的。多数标记物CNR﹥2,但碳标记物和线性螺旋金标记物(0.35 mm×5 mm)在穿越骨组织成像时CNR﹤2;线性螺旋金标记物(5 mm×0.5 mm)的CNR﹥2且射线扰动最小,皮肤剂量可以接受,最适合用来成像。结论线性螺旋金标记物(5 mm×0.5 mm)最适合用来成像,但需完善内植标记物的临床手术。由于条件限制,无法在治疗中实时计算标记物坐标,需提高软硬件水平并研究新的方法。 展开更多

In order to achieve this objective, the DCT coefficients of each image block are divided into two parts for embedding the visible and invisible watermarks. The visible watermark is embedded in each DC DCT coefficient and most of the AC DCT coefficients of every block, and the invisible watermark in the rest. Based on the characteristics of Human Visual System (HVS), the embedding strength of the visible watermark is varied in accordance with the underlying content of the host image. The invisible watermark is embedded in a quaternity of midrange frequencies. Experimental results show that the visible watermark is hard to remove and the invisible watermark is robust to common digital signal processing operations. 展开更多

A novel method combining visualization particle tracking with image-based dynamic light scattering was developed to achieve the in situ and real-time size measurement of nanobubbles(NBs).First,the in situ size distribution of NBs was visualized by dark-field microscopy.Then,real-time size during the preparation was measured using image-based dynamic light scattering,and the longitudinal size distribution of NBs in the sample cell was obtained in a steady state.Results show that this strategy can provide a detailed and accurate size of bubbles in the whole sample compared with the commercial ZetaSizer Nano equipment.Therefore,the developed method is a real-time and simple technology with excellent accuracy,providing new insights into the accurate measurement of the size distribution of NBs or nanoparticles in solution. 展开更多

Cameron lesions represent linear gastric erosions and ulcers on the crests of mucosal folds in the distal neck of a hiatal hernia(HH).Such lesions may be found in upto 50% of endoscopies performed for another indication.Though typically asymptomatic,these may rarely present as acute,severe upper gastrointestinal bleed(GIB).The aim is to report a case of a non-anemic 87-year-old female with history of HH and atrial fibrillation who presented with hematemesis and melena resulting in hypovolemic shock.Repeat esophagogastroduodenoscopy was required to identify multiple Cameron ulcers as the source.Endoscopy in a patient with HH should involve meticulous visualization of hernia neck and surrounding mucosa.Cameron ulcers should be considered in all patients with severe,acute GIB and especially in those with known HH with or without chronic anemia. 展开更多

Objective Through bibliometrics and visual analysis of the related studies on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of immune thrombocytopenia(ITP),this study aims to sort out the overall research progress,hotspots,and trends in this field,and provide reference for further research in ITP.Methods The articles on ITP treated by TCM were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),Web of Science Core Collection(WOSCC),and PubMed.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the databases to July 31,2022.VOSviewer,CiteSpace,Carrot2,and Note-Express were used for data analysis of the articles in terms of their quantities,types,and journals,and for visualization of research hotspots,authors,institutions,and keywords.Results 1493 Chinese articles and 40 English articles were included.The articles in Chinese mainly focus on clinical trial research and clinical experience summary,while the English articles mainly focus on clinical trial research and animal research.The Chinese articles were published in 317 Chinese journals,while English articles were published in 29 English journals.Research hotspots include the clinical syndrome differentiation of ITP,the therapeutic effect of TCM compounds on ITP,and the mechanism of ITP treatment.Keyword analysis shows that there are many research achievements in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,clinical research,famous doctors’experience,TCM treatment,cellular immunity,and humoral immunity.The authors with the most articles in Chinese and English are Professor CHEN Xinyi and Professor MA Rou,respectively,and the research institutions with the most articles are Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.Chinese herbs often used to treat ITP clinically include Xianhecao(Agrimoniae Herba),Nvzhenzi(Ligustri Lucidi Fructus),Mohanlian(Ecliptae Herba),Zhongjiefeng(Sarcandrae Herba),etc.,and the prescription usually used to treat ITP include Guipi Decoction(归脾汤),Xijiao Dihuang Decoction(犀角地黄汤),Bazhen Decoction(八珍汤),Erzhi Pill(二至丸),and Xiaochaihu De-coction(小柴胡汤).The main development trends toward retrospective study,TCM treatment mechanism,and data mining. 展开更多

Objective This study examined the research status and development process of FU Qingzhu’s Obstetrics and Gynecology(Fu Qing Zhu Nv Ke,《傅青主女科》,FQZNK)in the past 40 years with bibliometrics and visual analysis.Methods Retrieved all related literature in the research field of FQZNK from the domestic and foreign databases:China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),Wanfang Database,and Web of Science(WOS)core database,including Science Citation Index Expanded(SCIE),Social Sciences Citation Index(SSCI),and Arts&Humanities Citation Index(A&HCI).The search range was from January 1,1980 to March 10,2021.In addition,bibliometrics and CiteSpace 5.7.R2 software were used to analyze literature types,published journals,cited literature,the number of author publica-tions,co-author networks,co-institution networks,keyword co-occurrence networks,keyword clusters,and keyword bursts.Results A total of 678 valid records were included in the final dataset.Literature types,high publication journals,highly cited literature,high-yield institutions,high-yield research teams,and high-productivity scholars in this research field were found through bibliometrics.Liter-ature types can be divided into four categories,among which 451 are theoretical studies on academic thoughts of FQZNK,accounting for 66.5%of the included journals.The Journal of Shanxi Traditional Chinese Medicine had the largest volume of published articles(61),ac-counting for 9.0%of the total number of the included journals.The most cited literature was ZHOU Mingxin’s article“Using the quantitative method to discuss author’s authenticity and formula characteristics of FU Qingzhu’s Obstetrics and Gynecology”,which was cited 94 times.Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,the institution with the most publications,published 45 articles,and YOU Zhaoling,the most published author,published 33 articles.Moreover,it was found that most high-yield researchers came from high-yield institutions and that Hun-an University of Chinese Medicine had the most research on FQZNK.Keyword co-occur-rence analysis revealed that the keyword“FQZNK”had the highest frequency(597 times)and the highest centrality(1.00).Keyword cluster analysis used the Log-Likelihood Ratio(LLR)al-gorithm to form eleven important clusters:#0 treatment aiming at its root causes,#1 gynecopathy,#2 Siwu Decoction(四物汤),#3 FU Qingzhu,#4 post-partum,#5 infertility,#6 dysmenorrhea,#7 sterility,#8 coordinate the heart and kidney,#9 Danggui Buxue Decoction(当归补血汤),and#10 treatment.It was found that the prescriptions of FQZNK were studied mainly before 2000,the theoretical studies were mainly conducted before 2010,and its clinic-al application was mainly explored from 2010 until now.Diseases such as dysmenorrhea,morbid vaginal discharge,infertility,metrorrhagia,and polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)have recently become popular topics in this field.Conclusion The current study provides more scientific,accurate,and comprehensive sci-entific support for further research and development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in FQZNK.With this foundation,people can use burst detection to ascertain the current hot-spots in research,get their development trends,and forecast future research directions.In ad-dition,infertility,morbid vaginal discharge,flooding,and PCOS treatments based on TCM syndrome differentiation are currently popular research topics for FQZNK. 展开更多

Aimed at the CMS laser scanning theory and characteristic, a combined actual situation of stope N4-5 of Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine and complementary monitoring of the stope were carried out by carefully choos- ing two measuring points. The cavity 3D visible model was created by large-scale mining industry soft- ware Surpac after changing the measured data. The stope mine design model, bottom structural model and backfill model of the south and north sides of the stope N4-5 were established according to the stope design data. On this basis, the stope block model was established, and then block attribute was estimated. The amount the ore remains, mullock, backfill and total mined ore were calculated through the solid model restrains. Finally, the stope mining dilution rate and loss rate reached 8.2% and 1.47%, respectively. The practice indicates that the mining index visible calculation method based on cavity 3D monitoring and stope block modeling can make up the deficiency of adopting the solid model to directly carry out the Boolean operation, The stope mining indexes obtained by this method are accurate and reliable, and can be used to guide the actual nroduction management and estimate the mining aualitv. 展开更多

Identifying the flow patterns is vital for understanding the complicated physical mechanisms in multiphase flows.For this purpose,electrical capacitance tomography(ECT) technique is considered as a promising visualization method for the flow pattern identification,in which image reconstruction algorithms play an important role.In this paper,a generalized dynamic reconstruction model,which integrates ECT measurement information and physical evolution information of the objects of interest,was presented.A generalized objective functional that simultaneously considers the spatial constraints,temporal constraints and dynamic evolution information of the objects of interest was proposed.Numerical simulations and experiments were implemented to evaluate the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed algorithm.For the cases considered in this paper,the proposed algorithm can well reconstruct the flow patterns,and the quality of the reconstructed images is improved,which indicates that the proposed algorithm is competent to reconstruct the flow patterns in the visualization of multiphase flows. 展开更多

The present study deals with flow visualization over concave surface for gas turbine applications. The aim is to comprehend qualitatively the flow trends, particularly the Gortler vortices formation and development. Gortler vortices have the shape of mushroom-like vortices regularly spaced at 25 mm. These vortices grow and increase in strength more rapidly along the surface in the case of the same grid of turbulence applied to the measuring section. The curvature radius of the studied blade is 0.5 m and the stream turbulence intensity level is 2.6%. The velocity field is measured by hot wire anemometer in the streamwise direction. The velocity profile is found to be highly distorted by the momentum transfer associated with Gortler vortices. The results are compared to Blasius flow and to literature data for a blade with curvature radius equal to 2 m. 展开更多

In order to perform a high-quality interactive rendering of large medical data sets on a single off-the-shelf PC, a LOD selection algorithm for multi-resolution volume rendering using 3D texture mapping is presented, which uses an adaptive scheme that renders the volume in a region-of-interest at a high resolution and the volume away from this region at lower resolutions. The algorithm is based on several important criteria, and rendering is done adaptively by selecting high-resolution cells close to a center of attention and low-resolution cells away from this area. In addition, our hierarchical level-of-detail representation guarantees consistent interpolation between different resolution levels. Experiments have been applied to a number of large medical data and have produced high quality images at interactive frame rates using standard PC hardware. 展开更多
