可调谐DBR激光器波长锁定光路系统模拟设计

利用ZEMAX软件设计了一套应用于可调谐DBR激光器输波长锁定的光路系统,该系统包括非球面镜、分光镜、法布里-珀罗标准具和消色差双胶合透镜。借助软件中的镀膜模块设计法布里-珀罗标准具的内部结构并表征其透射谱线,通过多重结构模块构建分光系统,然后使用偏振分析模块计算系统总耦合效率和两分支的分光比。优化设计后的光路系统可应用于C波段可调谐DBR激光器20个信道的波长锁定。

基于法布里-珀罗标准具实现波长锁定的可调谐激光器的光学系统设计与实现

设计了一种适用于任何形式的可调谐激光器的光学系统和测试系统,同时实现了对调制光栅Y型可调谐激光器(MGY)的封装,该系统由光源模块、准直透镜、隔离器、双面胶合棱镜、聚焦透镜、三棱镜、法布里-珀罗(F-P)标准具、以及光电探测器构成。利用法布里-珀罗标准具的滤波特性实现了可调谐激光器光学系统的波长锁定模块,分析了入射光线与标准具轴线之间夹角对透射谱峰值和自由光谱值(FSR)的影响,发现角度在1°以内,角度变化对锁波精度的影响非常显著,而对自由光谱值的影响非常小。结果表明:对于光通信可调谐激光器的锁波模块,可以通过旋转F-P标准具与入射光线之间的夹角使F-P标准具的透射波长与国际电信联盟(ITU-I)的标准信道一致,从而实现输出波长的锁定。

Tunable Distributed Bragg Reflector Laser Fabricated by Bundle Integrated Guide

The tunable BIG RW distributed Bragg reflector lasers with two different coupling coefficient gratings are proposed and fabricated.The threshold current of the laser is 38mA and the output power is more than 8mW.The tunable range of the laser is 3 2nm and the side mode suppression ratio is more than 30dB.The variation of the output power within the tunable wavelength range is less than 0 3dB.

Wavelength Tuning in Two-Section Distributed Bragg Reflector Laser by Selective Intermixing of InGaAsP-InGaAsP Quantum Well Structure

The two-section tunable ridge waveguide distribu ted Bragg reflector (DBR) laser fabricated by the selective intermixing of an InGaAsP-InGaAsP quantum well structure is presented.The threshold current of the laser is 51mA.The tunable range of the laser is 4.6nm,and the side mode suppress ion ratio (SMSR) is 40dB.
