[Objective] The aim of the present study was to investigate the characteristics of calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg) and iron (Fe) subcellular distributions in oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.) leaves during cold ac...[Objective] The aim of the present study was to investigate the characteristics of calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg) and iron (Fe) subcellular distributions in oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.) leaves during cold acclimatization. [Method] A field experiment was conducted at two contrasting environments with three replicates and included a freezing sensitive variety (cv. Zhongshuang No. 11, ZS) and a freezing tolerant variety (cv. Ganyouza No. 1, GY). [Result] The concentrations of Ca, Mg and Fe were significantly increased in plants roots, and the concentrations of Ca and Mg were significantly decreased but the Fe concentration was significantly increased in plants shoots. In leaves, the Ca concentration stored in soluble fraction was significantly increased and the Ca concentration of organelle-contained fraction and cell wall-associated fraction were significantly decreased with experiment time. The Mg concentrations stored in soluble fraction, organelle-contained fraction and cell wall-associated fraction were decreased with time. In contrary, the Fe concentration stored in soluble fraction, organelle-contained fraction and cell wall associated-fraction was significantly increased with time. Meanwhile, the changes of these measures of ZS were much higher than those of GY during cold acclimatization, which might be due to the GY is a freezing tolerant variety but ZS is not. [Conclusion] These results suggested that increasing the concentrations of Ca, Mg and Fe in plants shoots might increase the cold resistance of oilseed rape.展开更多

The stability of QCB under wave force action can be enhanced, and the rubble mound engineering can be less than that of semi-circular breakwaters in deepwater. In order to study the wave force distribution acting on the QCB, to find wave force formula for this type of breakwater, firstly in this paper, the distribution characteristics of the horizontal force, the downward vertical force and the uplift force on the breakwater were gotten based on physical model wave flume experiments and on the analysis of the wave pressure experimental data. Based on a series of physical model tests acted by irregular waves, a kind of calculation method, which was modified by Goda formula, was proposed to carry out the wave force on the QCB. Secondly, the reliability method with correlated variables was adopted to analyze the QCB, considering the high correlation between wave forces or moments. Utilizing the observed wave data in engineering field, the reliability index and failure probability of QCB were obtained. Finally, a factor Q=0.9 is given to modify the zero pressure height above SWL of QCB, and wave force partial coefficient 1.34 to the design expressions of QCB for anti-sliding, as well as 1.67 for anti-overturning, were presented.展开更多

Based on the principle of energy-saving and power recovery,a small sample hydraulic pump reliability test rig is built,and the service life of hydraulic pump is predicted,and then the sampling period of reliability test is optimized. On the basis of considering the performance degradation mechanism of hydraulic pump,the feature information of degradation distribution of hydraulic pump volumetric efficiency during the test is collected,so an optimal degradation path model of feature information is selected from the aspect of fitting accuracy,and pseudo life data are obtained. Then a small sample reliability test of period constrained optimization search strategy for hydraulic pump is constructed to solve the optimization problem of the test sampling period and tightening end threshold,and it is verified that the accuracy of the minimum sampling period by the non-parametric hypothes is tested. The s...Based on a method combined artificial neural network (ANN) with particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm, the thermo-mechanical fatigue reliability of plastic ball grid array (PBGA) solder joints was studied. The simulation experiments of accelerated thermal cycling test were performed by ANSYS software. Based on orthogonal array experiments, a back-propagation artificial neural network (BPNN) was used to establish the nonlinear multivariate relationship between thermo-mechanical fatigue reliability and control factors. Then, PSO was applied to obtaining the optimal levels of control factors by using the output of BPNN as the affinity measure. The results show that the control factors, such as print circuit board (PCB) size, PCB thickness, substrate size, substrate thickness, PCB coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE), substrate CTE, silicon die CTE, and solder joint CTE, have a great influence on thermo-mechanical fatigue reliability of PBGA solder joints. The ratio of signal to noise of ANN-PSO method is 51.77 dB and its error is 33.3% less than that of Taguchi method. Moreover, the running time of ANN-PSO method is only 2% of that of the BPNN. These conclusions are verified by the confirmative experiments.展开更多

The results indicate that sediment re-suspension can promote the migration, of soluble reactive P (SRP) from overlying water to sediments. The contents of AAP and Olsen-P in re-suspended sediments reduced obviously, whereas the values of the sediments in the control increased slightly, compared with the initial state, indicating that the P bioavailability in the sediments could be rcduced evidently due to sediment re-suspension. The content and characteristics of iron-bound P (BD-P) significantly affect the formation of AAP. The formation of OlservP has close relationship with the contents of BD-P, almninium-botmd P (AI-P), and organic P (NaOH-nrP).展开更多

For analyzing performance degradation data, a two-parameter model based on GM was developed. In order to improve the prediction accuracy of the two-parameter model, parameter selection based on particle swarm optimization (PSO) was used. Then, the new PSO-GM(1, 2, co) optimization model was constructed, which was validated experimentally by conducting an accelerated testing on the Ta capacitors. The experiments were conducted at three different stress levels of 85, 120, and 145℃. The results of two experiments were used in estimating the parameters. And the reliability of the Ta capacitors was estimated at the same stress conditions of the third experiment. The results indicate that the proposed method is valid and accurate.展开更多

It is based on the degenerate Raman interaction of a single-mode cavity field with a A-type three-level atom. The prominent feature of the scheme is that only one cavity is required, which is prior to the previous one. Moreover, the atoms need to be detected are reduced compared with the previous scheme. The experimental feasibility of the scheme is discussed. The scheme can easily be generalized for teleportation of N-atom GHZ entangled states. The number of the atoms needed to be detected does not increase as the number of the atoms in GHZ state increases.展开更多

Dynamic IFT, BN and swelling/extraction are measured as a function of pressure at temperatures of 30, 50 and 80 ℃. In addition, in the light of measured IFT the minimum miscibility pressure (MMP) of CO2 and light crude oil is determined based on a method called vanishing inteffacial tension (VIT). The obtained results interestingly revealed that equilibrium IFT decreases linearly with pressure in two distinct pressure intervals while equilibrium BN shows an increasing trend as a function of pressure for all of the studied cases while no obvious trend is observed for swell- ing of crude oil and extraction of light-components regarding time, temperature and pressure.展开更多

Because of their valuable drainage ability and mechanical properties, wax coated sandy soils are s...Wax-coated sands are a new category of synthetic soils, which are gradually becoming a reliable construction material. Because of their valuable drainage ability and mechanical properties, wax coated sandy soils are specifically applicable to pavement construction of horseracing tracks and sport fields. Although the mechanical and hydraulic properties of these synthetic soils are well-proven, there is still a lack of studies on how the soil samples behave differently when mixing with different wax fractions. Adding the wax affects permeability and compressibility of pure sand. Intensity of influences is a function of weight percentage of wax that has been added, and other physical and environmental factors. The effects of wax content on hydraulic properties(permeability), and mechanical properties(stress strain behavior, compressibility) of sandy soils based on a series of experimental efforts were investigated. Obtained experimental results infer that increasing the amount of wax up to 6% causes an about 50% increase in permeability, mainly because of the significant effect of wax in lowering the friction along with covering and filling the angular parts of particles' surfaces and forming rounded particles. In addition, wax-coated sands show a 20% to 60% decrease in confined compression modulus compared to non wax-coated sands.展开更多

Dynamic IFT, BN and swelling/extraction are measured as a function of pressure at temperatures of 30, 50 and 80 ℃. In addition, in the light of measured IFT the minimum miscibility pressure (MMP) of CO2 and light crude oil is determined based on a method called vanishing inteffacial tension (VIT). The obtained results interestingly revealed that equilibrium IFT decreases linearly with pressure in two distinct pressure intervals while equilibrium BN shows an increasing trend as a function of pressure for all of the studied cases while no obvious trend is observed for swell- ing of crude oil and extraction of light-components regarding time, temperature and pressure.

文摘A great number of sensor technologies are applied in the Intemet of Things (loT) currently and more are emerging, which rmkes the loT a heterogeneous network. This paper discusses the convergence and integration problem in IoT. A Service-Oriented Middleware for Heterogeneous Environment (SOMHE) in IoT is proposed. The purpose of the middleware is to shield the differ- ence between protocols in the sensor layers such as Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and Zig-Bee by defining the data conversion and mapping model. A Web service interface is supplied by this middleware, thus the complexity of high level appli-cation development can be reduced greatly. 文摘In this paper, we propose an optical scheme to generate four-mode cluster-type entangled coherent states (ECSs) in free traveling optical fields by using two single-photon sources, coherent state sources, beam splitters, pho- todetectors, cross-Kerr media, and phase shifters. And the success probability of the states preparation is calculated. At last we discuss the experimental feasibility of such proposal.
文摘Wax-coated sands are a new category of synthetic soils, which are gradually becoming a reliable construction material. Because of their valuable drainage ability and mechanical properties, wax coated sandy soils are specifically applicable to pavement construction of horseracing tracks and sport fields. Although the mechanical and hydraulic properties of these synthetic soils are well-proven, there is still a lack of studies on how the soil samples behave differently when mixing with different wax fractions. Adding the wax affects permeability and compressibility of pure sand. Intensity of influences is a function of weight percentage of wax that has been added, and other physical and environmental factors. The effects of wax content on hydraulic properties(permeability), and mechanical properties(stress strain behavior, compressibility) of sandy soils based on a series of experimental efforts were investigated. Obtained experimental results infer that increasing the amount of wax up to 6% causes an about 50% increase in permeability, mainly because of the significant effect of wax in lowering the friction along with covering and filling the angular parts of particles' surfaces and forming rounded particles. In addition, wax-coated sands show a 20% to 60% decrease in confined compression modulus compared to non wax-coated sands.
