例谈选课走班制下的历史教学

新课程选课走班制扩大了学生的自主选择权,也对教师的授课提出了更多挑战。在历史教学中,教师要培养学生的史趣、史能和史识,注意把握三个方面：一是必修与选修必须相辅相成,二是实现真正的必修分层教学,三是选修要真正做到知识拓展、能力提升。

希沃白板与高中历史核心素养培养的有机融合——以《辛亥革命》一课为例

希沃白板是一款集传统多媒体功能于一身,并且具有强大交互功能的教学软件,它具有书写、拍照上传、拖曳、放大和蒙层等功能。利用希沃白板,能有效转变课堂模式,变以教师为主的讲授式课堂模式为以学生为主的生动式课堂模式,充分发挥学生的主体地位,进而有效培养学生的历史核心素养。基于此,文章设计了有针对性的三维目标,对希沃白板环境下的史实教学、史能教学和史趣教学进行了探究,以培养学生的时空观念、唯物史观、历史解释、史料实证和家国情怀。

Numerical studies of effect of tool sizes and pin shapes on friction stir welding of AA2024-T3 alloy

Coupled thermo-mechanical model was used to investigate the effects of the pin diameter, the shoulder diameter and the in conical angle on the heat generations, the material deformations and the energy histories in friction stir welding（FSW） of AA2024-T3 alloy. Results indicate that the shoulder-plate contact area takes more important contribution to the heat generation than the pin-plate contact area. The increase of the shoulder diameter or the decrease of the pin diameter can lead to the increase of the welding temperature in FSW, but the change of shoulder size is more important. Compared to the cases in FSW of AA6061-T6, the input power is obviously increased in FSW of AA2024-T3 and the ratio of the plastic dissipation to the friction dissipation becomes decreased.

Fifty Years of Botanical Gardens in China

The development, distribution and features of one hundred and forty botanical gardens (BGs) in China are reported and their functions on research, conservation, display and utilization of biodiversity are summarized in this paper. The contributions to the social and economic development in the early stage of Chinese BGs with the researches of economic plant (tobacco), medicinal plant (yam) and wild fruit tree resources are evaluated. The theoretical and applied achievements in recent years in seed science, plant conservation, economic plant introduction, acclimatization and breeding are also described. A general scope of living plant collections in Chinese BGs is presented and the outstanding ones, including Magnoliaceae, Zingiberaceae, Cycadaceae, medicinal plants, Actinidia and Rhododendron are particularly mentioned. With special reference to Chinese penjing art garden and silicified wood garden, the development of scientific popularization and tourism in BGs is reviewed.

Microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of laser additive manufactured Ti-5Al-2Sn-2Zr-4Mo-4Cr alloy

The microstructure, microhardness and tensile properties of laser additive manufactured (LAM) Ti?5Al?2Sn?2Zr?4Mo?4Cr alloy were investigated. The result shows that the microstructure evolution is strongly affected by the thermal history of LAM process. Primary α (αp) with different morphologies, secondary α (αs) and martensite α' can be observed at different positions of the LAMed specimen. Annealing treatment can promote the precipitation of rib-like α phase or acicular α phase. As a result, it can increase or decrease the microhardness. The as-deposited L-direction and T-direction specimens contain the same phase constituent with different morphologies. The tensile properties of the as-deposited LAMed specimens are characterized of anisotropy. The L-direction specimen shows the character of low strength but high ductility when compared with the T-direction specimen. After annealing treatment, the strength of L-direction specimen increases significantly while the ductility reduces. The strength of the annealed T-direction specimen changes little, however, the ductility reduces nearly by 50%.

Sources and significance of variation in basal,summit and maximal metabolic rates in birds

The rates at which birds use energy may have profound effects on fitness, thereby influencing physiology, behavior, ecology and evolution. Comparisons of standardized metabolic rates （e.g., lower and upper limits of metabolic power output） present a method for elucidating the effects of ecological and evolutionary factors on the interface between physiology and life history in birds. In this paper we review variation in avian metabolic rates [basal metabolic rate （BMR; minimum normothermic metabolic rate）, summit metabolic rate （Msum; maximal thermoregulatory metabolic rate）, and maximal metabolic rate （MMR; maximal exercise metabolic rate）], the factors associated with this variation, the evidence for functional links between these metabolic traits, and the ecological and evolutionary significance of avian metabolic diversity. Both lower and upper limits to metabolic power production are phenotypically flexible traits, and vary in association with numerous ecological and evolutionary factors. For both inter- and intraspecific comparisons, lower and upper limits to metabolic power production are generally upregulated in response to energetically demanding conditions and downregulated when energetic demands are relaxed, or under conditions of energetic scarcity. Positive correlations have been documented between BMR, Msum and MMR in some, but not all studies on birds, providing partial support for the idea of a functional link between lower and upper limits to metabolic power production, but more intraspecific studies are needed to determine the robustness of this conclusion. Correlations between BMR and field metabolic rate （or daily energy expenditure） in birds are variable, suggesting that the linkage between these traits is subject to behavioral adjustment, and studies of the relationship between field and maximal metabolic rates are lacking. Our understanding of avian metabolic diversity would benefit from future studies of： （1） the functional and mechanistic links between lower and upper limits of metabolic power output; （2） the environmental and ecological cues driving phenotypically flexible metabolic responses, and how responses to such cues might impact population responses to climate change; （3） the shapes of metabolic reaction norms and their association with environmental variability; and （4） the relationship of metabolic variation to fitness, including studies of repeatability and heritability of minimum and maximum metabolic power output [Current Zoology 56 （6）： 741-758, 2010].

The extent of voluntary disclosure in an emerging capital market： The case of Jordan

This study evaluates the extent of voluntary disclosure in the annual reports of non-financial companies listed at the Amman Stock Exchange （ASE） for the year 2006. The study adopts the disclosure index suggested by Haddad, AI-Shattarat ＆ Nobanee （2009） and evaluates the voluntary disclosure for the Jordanian companies for the year 2006 at three levels： the first provides a description and analysis of the overall voluntary disclosure; the second covers the extent to which each individual item of information is disclosed; the third covers the type of information （e.g., financial information, historical information, management discussion）. The results of the study reveal that there was a considerable variation in the disclosure of the index items and also among the listed companies. On average, a company disclosed about 28.95% of the items applicable to it, and only six out of the 53 companies received disclosure scores greater than 50%. It was also found that 50 items out of 62 items included in the index had a disclosure below 50%, and 10 items had disclosure of less than 10%. With respect to the evaluation of different types of information, the analyses indicated that the category of the background information, the category of financial ratios and the category of management discussions were better disclosed in corporate annual reports than the other types of information.

History of the Amorphous Silicon on Crystalline Silicon Heterojunction Solar Cell

Some commercially available solar panels with very high efficiencies for terrestrial photovoltaic applications are based on the amorphous silicon on crystalline silicon material system. This type ofheterostructure has more than 40 years＇ old history. The early development of the technology and the results, obtained in the last years with this type of solar cell are reviewed. In particular it is demonstrated why the physical understanding of the interface properties and band-structure was important for the development of high efficiency solar cells.

Damage of Historical Stone Masonry Buildings： Combined Effects of Spatial Variability of Stone Properties and Environmental Conditions

The everyday fluctuations of temperature and humidity lead to fluctuation of stress on the stones constituting many constructions and produce in long term some kinds of fatigue damage. This paper investigates the combined role of stone properties variability and environmental conditions on the generation and the amplification of stress variation and fatigue. Thus, the randomness and spatial variability 0fthe mechanical, thermal and hydraulic properties are taken into account in a finite elements model of typical stone wall masonry of Chambord Castle. The quantification of the impact of this spatial variability on the variability of generated stress is performed.

On the theoretical framework and practice of financial development and financial supervision

Along with the history of the development of financial regulation, we can see that the theory of evolution has experienced from financial liberalization to financial supervision, financial regulation, then to the stage both with the safety and efficiency of financial supervision ; development of the theory of financial regulation experienced the theory of financial supervision represented by classical economics and neo- classical economic theory, to the Keynesian theory and financial repression theory, financial fragility hypothesis, the progressive liberalization of the financial road, then to the financial regulatory theory, regulatory function theory concept, regulatory incentives theory under the framework of economics of information in the 1990s. You can see the way scholars will not have feared in the study of financial regulation, and each theory proposed has its special significance in the special economic and financial environment at the time, and we can not necessarily say what kind of theory is advanced in other theory.

An Imaginary Taiwan From a Composer in China A Case Study of Taiwan Bangzi Opera

Taiwan Bangzi Opera is a branch of Henan Bangzi Opera in Henan, which was transmitted from China to Taiwan within the armies under a political and historical circumstance around 1947. As the trend of localisation in these ten years becomes obvious, several localised performances are created; however, the composers in China do not understand the music culture in Taiwan, so some interesting phenomenon can be found between an imaginary Taiwan from their viewpoints and the real culture in Taiwan. The Sorceress Bride is a performance which adapted so-called the aboriginal tune in 2012, and it arises several issues for further discussion.

Where Shall We Two Meet, in East or in West： When Po-shen Lu＇s The Witch Sonata Psalm of Macbeth Encounters With William Shakespeare＇s Macbeth

By using tai-yu （min-nan-hua, Taiwan Residents local language） to stage William Shakespeare＇s Macbeth, Po-shen Lu produced an experimental performance in the southern part of Taiwan in 2003. When producing Antigone in 2001, Lu was challenged by his critics in three aspects： （1） the tradition of tai-yu theatre of Tainan Jen Theatre and that of Western plays, （2） audience reception in Taiwan, and （3） the advantages and disadvantages of integrating tai-yu with Western classic texts. In spite of these criticisms on his theatrical productions, Lu has continued helping Tainan Jen Theatre transform into a professional theatrical troupe since he became an artistic director in 2002. By analyzing how and why Lu staged his The Witch Sonata--Psalm of Macbeth in the socio-historical context of intercultural adaptation, I propose to re-revaluate Lu＇s artistic contribution to the theatrical development in the southern part of Taiwan. I would argue that Lu is not only challenging Taiwan Residents reading of Shakespeare but also exploring the possibilities of tai-yu＇s theatricality, in a view to bringing new life to Taiwan＇s intercultural theatre.

BIPV in the Refurbishment of Minor Historical Centres： The Project of Integrability between Standard and Customized Technology

The proposed research is aimed to define some BIPV （building integrated photovoltaics） paradigms for the refurbishment of historical contexts, by defining strategic criteria related to linguistic-architectural and technological-constructive aspects of solar systems （including case-studies in specific application contexts）. This research could, once perfected and shared, be used within operative tools （guidelines, case studies, etc.） really applicable to common scale, e.g., in today＇s post-earthquake reconstruction in L＇Aquila, for defining possible solar implementation possibilities in sensitive areas according to an innovative and sustainable method of intervention.

A Case Study on the Utilization of Wind Energy Potential on Remote and Isolated Small Wastewater Plants

Small WWTP （wastewater treatment plants） are frequently located, by necessity, in remote and isolated sites, which increases the difficulty of its energy supply. This paper describes a case study which is a step by step procedure concerning the evaluation of the wind potential of sites that are dependent of in-situ energy generation, as well as, on the utilization of the potential wind energy in Magoito WWTP. The adopted methodology comprised the collection of one year of in-situ wind data and its validation by comparison with historical data of more than 10 years of a nearby anemometric station. The data provided by the two anemometric stations was statistically treated and allowed the analysis of the results from the two stations. These results are promising in terms of wind availability and velocity. Finally, the study comprised the simulation of the local wind conditions for a considerable larger area in order to find the best site for locating a wind turbine.

Traditional Structures Technologies in Tekye-Amir-Chakhmagh

Iranian traditional architecture can be identified in many of its old famous buildings in the country. The principles and specifications in these buildings show the intelligence of implemented techniques that makes them to remain stable. Thus, it is important to explore the traditional structures and architectural technologies in order to understand the reasons for this stability toward the new methods in modem architecture. Many of historical buildings in Iran have remained standing after many years and they show the deep wisdom of their architects. The purpose of this article is studying the various aspects of traditional structure and integration between this well-oriented structure and architecture. For reaching this goal, we refer to Tekye-Amir-Chakhmagh in Yazd as our case study, which is one of the most important and noticeable examples of Iranian traditional architecture. By introducing Amir-Chakhmagh Complex, we analyzed the specifications and fundamental elements that played an important role in stability and sustainability of Tekye-Amir-Chakhmagh and thereafter, we assessed the technologies that were used intelligently and intricately in this historical building. In this research, information is collected with field study and library resources. Finally, qualities and characteristics of the structure are studied by drawings and structural analysis and as conclusion, the suggestions and guidelines are presented.

Phantom energy accretion onto a black hole in Horava-Lifshitz gravity

In this Letter,we examine the phantom energy accretion onto a Kehagias-Sfetsos black hole in Horava-Lifshitz gravity.To discuss the accretion process onto the black hole,the equations of phantom flow near the black hole have been derived.It is found that mass of the black hole decreases because of phantom accretion.We discuss the conditions for critical accretion.Graphically,it has been found that the critical accretion phenomena is possible for different values of parameters.The results for the Schwarzschild black hole can be recovered in the limiting case.

＂Precedent＂ in the Narrative of Chinese Legal History

The traditional way of describing the history of Chinese law, i.e., fitting Chinese historical materials into the basic framework of the Western conceptual system needs to be thoroughly reconsidered. ＂Precedent＂ or ＂NJfftJ＂ （panli）, which has attracted academic attention both in China and abroad, can serve as an example in this regard. The concept ＇~N] fit],＂ which may have originated from Japanese kanji in the nineteenth century, was used to translate its Western counterpart. A review of the historical and modern practice of the Western European countries of England and France shows that precedent has always played an important role in achieving consensus in the legal community and guiding future rulings by means of case law. This function, which has something in common with the relevant portions of ancient Chinese legal institutions, can serve as a foundation for constructing a universal theoretical system. At the same time, the relevant Chinese institutions had specific institutional contexts and functions. By combining universal and specific functional analysis, ＂two-way functionalism＂ may be able to avoid the Western-centric approach and futile conceptual discrimination and turn towards the exploration and elucidation of functional issues, so as to eventually establish a new framework for the narrative of Chinese legal history.
