We experiment high speed data acquisition and fast Fourier analysis for a plurality of groups of high frequency analog signals, at the same time the results display on the computer. The experimental results validate the fast Fourier analysis theory, and has realized the low cost, high performance data acquisition and analysis of the complete system design.展开更多
Fish sauce is a kind of condiments processed from fish. The L9(34) orthogonal tests have been carried out to inspect the effects of technological conditions for fermentation on the comprehensive quality of fish sauc...Fish sauce is a kind of condiments processed from fish. The L9(34) orthogonal tests have been carried out to inspect the effects of technological conditions for fermentation on the comprehensive quality of fish sauce. The conditions of the orthogonal tests are following: the fermentation temperature takes values of 35℃, 40℃ and 45℃, the percentage of Koji values of 40%, 20% and 10% and the percentage of salt values of 10%, 14% and 18%. The obtained experimental results indicate that fermentation temperature plays an important role in the improvement of sauce quality. The optimal technological conditions for sauce fermentation are of 10% salt, 45℃ and 40% koji mixed. The composition of fish sauce processed from offal of silver carp-surimi processing under the above-mentioned conditions and two commercial products have been analyzed. The results show that fish sauce processed from fish offal is nutritious and delicious. It is suggested that the fermentation of fish sauce is a potential and promising pathway to make full use of freshwater fish resources and offal in fish processing. In this study, fuzzy theory and analytic hierarchy process have been applied and the quality evaluation has been established by the combination of physico-chemical indices and sensory evaluation. The comprehensive evaluation has been taken to reflect the optimal factors for the process of sauce fermentation. The quality indexes for fish sauce contain sensory evaluation, amino nitrogen, total nitrogen, specific gravity, volatile basic nitrogen, salt concentration, brown index and acidity, represented by y1, y2, y3, y4, y5, y6, y7, y8, and y9, respectively. They form a group U= {y1, y2, y3, y4, y5, y6, y7, y8, y9,}. Using the fuzzy functions, the values of all these factors are transformed into fuzzy degrees of single factor, i.e. numerical values between 0 and 1. The fuzzy degrees of single factor in several samples are made up a matrix R. Following that, a weight of each index can be determined in the comprehensive evaluation. In the analytic hierarchy process, the weight can be obtained by the cross comparison between two different factors. The results show that the weights (W) of sensory evaluation, amino nitrogen, total nitrogen, specific gravity, volatile basic nitrogen, salt concentration, brown index and acidity are 0.356, 0.189, 0.107, 0.054, 0.097, 0.063, 0.061 and 0.073 respectively. Finally the aggregated fuzzy degree (B) of different samples is computed by B=W·R, which can be taken as the final result of comprehensive evaluation. The larger this value is, the higher the quality of sauce product would be.展开更多
In accordance with the application requirements of high definition(HD) video surveillance systems,a real-time 5/3 lifting wavelet HD-video de-noising system is proposed with frame rate conversion(FRC) based on a field...In accordance with the application requirements of high definition(HD) video surveillance systems,a real-time 5/3 lifting wavelet HD-video de-noising system is proposed with frame rate conversion(FRC) based on a field-programmable gate array(FPGA),which uses a 3-level pipeline paralleled 5/3 lifting wavelet transformation and reconstruction structure,as well as a fast BayesS hrink adaptive threshold filtering module.The proposed system demonstrates de-noising performance,while also balancing system resources and achieving real-time processing.The experiments show that the proposed system's maximum operating frequency(through logic synthesis and layout using Quartus 13.1 software) can reach 178 MHz,based on the Altera Company's Stratix III EP3SE80 series FPGA.The proposed system can also satisfy real-time de-noising requirements of 1920 × 1080 at60 fps HD-video sources,while also significantly improving the peak signal to noise rate of the denoising images.Compared with similar systems,the system has the advantages of high operating frequency,and the ability to support multiple source formats for real-time processing.展开更多
Hevea brasiliensis Muell. Arg. is an important industrial crop for natural rubber production. Latex biosynthesis occurs in the cytoplasm of highly specialized latex cells and latex bleeds out when the bark is tapped. ...Hevea brasiliensis Muell. Arg. is an important industrial crop for natural rubber production. Latex biosynthesis occurs in the cytoplasm of highly specialized latex cells and latex bleeds out when the bark is tapped. Ethylene stimulation acts by increasing latex flow to the cells of inner bark from the latex cells, increasing yield and may affect the physical properties of rubberwood. The aim of this work was to assess the permeability properties of ethylene treated rubberwood (TRW) relative to untreated rubberwood (URW), because in wood industrial technology, permeability relates to bondability and wood preservative treatments. The Hevea samples were of PRIM 600 strain, from 20-25 years old rubber trees. The TRW rubber trees had been stimulated by ethylene gas for six years. The rubberwood specimens were collected at a single plot of plantation to minimize variations in soil fertility, environmental exposures and silvicultural treatments at Tumbon Chaibury, Amphor Chaibury, Suratthani Province, Thailand. The moisture contents (MC) of fresh rubberwood were significantly different (P 〈 0.05) at 75% for TRW and 64% for URW. The permeability experiment followed Darcy's law, and the hydrostatic pressure was controlled. The average 0.005 Darcy water permeability of TRW was significantly higher than the 0.001 Darcy for URW. Water absorptions during 4 h water immersion of rubberwood blocks differed significantly, and TRW had higher absorption than URW also across 6 d of immersion. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) imaging showed anatomical effects that contribute to the fivefold permeability increase.展开更多
