Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a comprehensive exposition of the forms of corruption and its cause, harm and counter-measures. The CPC Central Committee, the National People's Congress (the NPC), the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of the State Security have respectively made a series of measures against judicial corruption, gradually forming an effective prevention mechanism of judicial corruption.
