青年中期人群首发重度抑郁障碍弥散张量成像研究 被引量:4

目的利用弥散张量成像技术(diffusion tensor imaging, DTI)探索青年中期人群(18~25岁)首发重度抑郁障碍(major depression disorder,MDD)脑白质神经环路结构的改变,以及脑白质神经环路结构改变与抑郁程度和病程的关系。方法选取2018年6... 目的利用弥散张量成像技术(diffusion tensor imaging, DTI)探索青年中期人群(18~25岁)首发重度抑郁障碍(major depression disorder,MDD)脑白质神经环路结构的改变,以及脑白质神经环路结构改变与抑郁程度和病程的关系。方法选取2018年6-12月本院医学心理科青年中期MDD人群23例为抑郁症组,选取健康志愿者25例为对照组。两组均进行流调中心用抑郁量表(center for epidemiological studies depression scale, CES-D)和9条患者健康问卷(the 9-item patient health questionnaire, PHQ-9)测试,并进行磁共振扫描,获取DTI图像,利用基于纤维束示踪的空间统计分析方法(tract-based spatial statistics,TBSS)进行分析,通过无阈值簇群增强(threshold-free cluster enhancement, TFCE)方法进行多重比较校正,比较两组被试各向异性分数(fractional anisotropy, FA)、径向扩散系数(radial diffusivity, RD)、平均扩散系数(mean diffusion, MD)以及轴向扩散系数(axial diffusivity, AD)的差异,对两组纤维束有差异区域的FA值、RD值与PHQ-9评分和病程进行相关性分析。结果与对照组比较,抑郁症组左侧上纵束、右侧丘脑前辐射以及双侧皮质脊髓束FA值下降(TFCE,P<0.05),左侧上纵束RD值升高(TFCE,P<0.05),两组MD值和AD值差异无统计学意义;左侧上纵束RD值与病程呈正相关(r=0.534,P<0.05),左侧皮质脊髓束FA值与病程呈负相关(r=-0.659,P<0.05),左侧上纵束、右侧丘脑前辐射以及双侧皮质脊髓束的FA值和RD值与PHQ-9评分无显著相关(P>0.05)。结论青年中期首发MDD人群存在脑白质神经环路的改变,其改变可能与青年中期人群MDD病程有关。 展开更多

针对三维空间插值各向异性与属性变化难以结合的问题,提出了一种以地统计学为基础,实现对具有各向异性地理现象的三维空间插值方法。首先,利用分层采样的方法收集青海湖周边土壤钾含量值,并进行采样优化;然后,采用主成分分析(Principal ... 针对三维空间插值各向异性与属性变化难以结合的问题,提出了一种以地统计学为基础,实现对具有各向异性地理现象的三维空间插值方法。首先,利用分层采样的方法收集青海湖周边土壤钾含量值,并进行采样优化;然后,采用主成分分析(Principal Component Analysis,PCA)对采样数据进行属性变化的方向特征分析,提取属性的特征方向;接着,进行结构特征分析,拟合三个轴上的变异函数曲线,构建各向异性变异函数的统一套合模型,获得土壤钾含量的三维空间插值结果;最后,与局部径向基函数(Local radial basis function, LRBF)和三维普通克里金(3D ordinary kriging, 3D-OK)方法比较,这种方法对地理属性进行结构特征分析,拟合变异曲线,能够反映地理现象在三维空间中的各向异性特征,从而规范构建三维变异函数的统一套合模型,且插值精度高,是一种可行的顾及各向异性三维空间插值方法。 展开更多

Molecular dynamics(MD)simulations and anisotropic thermal diffusion dynamics(ATD)simulations were performed on the wild TrpR and its 75 residue mutant(mTrpR)to investigate TrpR longrange effects.The ATD result shows that the mTrpR has higher fluctuation than the wild TrpR,and its helix chainⅡF has particular disorder.It is obvious that the 75 residue of wild TrpR and mTrpR affects the protein dynamics flexibilities by the long-range effects.The ATD and MD both confirm that the differences in the size of side-chain and three-dimensional structures of two different 75 residues in the wild TrpR and mTrpR will spread to the entire protein by way of the long-range effects.Long-range effect affects the protein side chain interaction,conformational changes,flexibilities and secondary structures.Further,the ATD result also shows that each 75 residue of the symmetric homodimer has the same effect,and the two 75 residues have a positive correlation in long-range regulating processes.The residues 48,50,71,79 in chainⅠof wild TrpR and residues 45,72,80 in chainⅡof mTrpR play important roles in long-range interaction processes. 展开更多

In this study,the effect of inclination angles relative to the building direction in the additively manufactured eutectic Al-5Mg-2Si alloy was investigated through the laser powder bed fusion(LPBF).The microstructures and mechanical properties of the Al-5Mg-2Si alloy manufactured with different inclination angles(0°,30°,45°,60°and 90°)were reported and discussed.It is found that the“semicircular”melt pool(MP)in the load bearing face of 0°sample was eventually transformed into“stripe-like”MP in the 90°sample,accompanied by an increased fraction of melt pool boundaries(MPBs).Moreover,the microstructural analysis revealed that the columnar-to-equiaxed transition(CET)of theα-Al grains and eutectic Mg2Si was completed in the 90°sample,which were significantly refined with the average size of 10.6μm and 0.44μm,respectively.It is also found that the 90°sample exhibited good combination of strength and elongation(i.e.yield strength of 393 MPa,ultimate tensile strength of 483 MPa and elongation of 8.1%).The anisotropic mechanical properties were highly associated with the refined microstructures,thermal stress,and density of MPBs.Additionally,the CET driven by inclination angles was attributed to the variation of thermal conditions inside the local MPs. 展开更多
