结合唐山市丰润区丰润镇中学校提出的"问题引领合学教育,构建高校课堂"的教育主题,唐山市丰润区丰润镇中学校生物教研组进行了积极地探索和实践,现重点从三个方面进行分析。

浅谈合学教育

随着素质教育的推广,合学教育渐渐走进了课堂.它改变了传统的老师讲满整节课的教学模式,而是教师教学、学生自学和同学共学相结合.同学之间相互影响也是学生发展的一个重要影响源.同学互教互学也是一种学习方法.将教师、教材交给的东西复述会将,极其有助于理解和记忆,并且大大提高了学习兴趣.

“合学教育”——给学校注入生机和活力

为推进合学教育速见成效,老师们反复上改前课、改后课。有的老师不惜牺牲休息时间,查资料、做课件、备课、修改教学设计。老师们顶住压力,迎难而上,他们敢于亮相、勇于担当的奉献精神值得我们敬佩,是他们的辛苦付出,为我们指明了前行的方向,学校也正因为有了这样一批优秀教师而前景无量。

课堂需要合学教育

学习既是个性化行为,又是社会性活动,学习需要对话与合作。人们是以自己的经验为基础来建构或者解释某个问题,但是不同的人看到事物的不同方面,这也正是个体经验的局限性,只有通过对话与协商式的合作学习,才能了解与自己不同的观点,获得丰富、全面的认识。

Aspiring for competence in a multifaceted everyday life:A qualitative study of adult students’experiences of a blended learning master programme in Norway

Aim:To gain knowledge of how adult students experienced the first year of a blended learning master programme to better understand their learning process.Methods:A qualitative,exploratory,descriptive study based on data from two focus group interviews with students attending a blended learning Master programme.Qualitative content analysis based on Graneheim and Lundman’s procedures was applied.Findings:Our analyses revealed one main theme:aspiring for competence in a multifaceted everyday life and four main categories:acquiring professional competence,struggling to manage diverse forms of communication,demanding task juggling and confused student role.Conclusions:The participants experienced that the programme enabled them to acquire professional competence relevant to practice.Despite the challenges,the programme is recommended for prospective students who live in both urban and rural areas,who are working and also responsible for children and other family tasks.

Reflection--The Story of Water

Starting from the fact that water is quite arguably the source of life, the authors agreed to set up a project on water and name it： ＂REFLECTION＂. Particular focus was placed on the following issues： water in nature, importance of water in human life, physical and chemical properties of water, protection of water in nature. The aim of the project was to make students aware of the importance of water for health as well as to help them develop a rational relationship towards drinking water. In order to find answers to the issues raised, the authors designed worksheets, PowerPoint presentations, educational games （ecological postcards, dominoes, memory games, etc.）. The authors even tried our hand at making a comic strip. Students learned about the influence of water on health, as well as about water content in particular foods. The long-term goal of the project is to introduce children to scientific approach and methodology. Through active participation and dialogue, students discover cooperative learning and acquire skills that will be beneficial to them as well as to the wider community. Working on the project, students＇ evidence that the role of an individual is a key one in building a better world. This insight helps develop their civic skills and attitudes that serve as the starting point for environmental education. The authors made numerous adaptations and implemented individual approach with the goal of training students for independent work and life according to their personal abilities in line with the principles of inclusive education. Students conduct experiments following step-by-step instructions on specially adapted worksheets. Each student gets positive feedback and experiences the joy of success that leads to the development of self-confidence and love of work and learning.

Study on ＂China Dream＂ Educational Propaganda Integrating into Education of Ideological and Political Education

＂China Dream＂, not only is the national dream, but also is the dream of all the Chinese people, and highly fits the educational purpose of university education, ＂China Dream＂ leads the university ideal faith education to a higher standard, and embodied in the ＂China Dream＂, and enriched the connotation of the socialist core value system, is the organic unity of national spirit and the spirit of the age; ＂China Dream＂ represents a blue view for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, is the organic unity of ideal and great practice being together; Also, the ideological and political education had also established in the underdevelopment contemporary youth growing up; the value of coordination shaped college student＇s right of personal value and social value. ＂China Dream＂, was the sublimation of university ideological and political education, ever advancing with the time, the ＂China Dream＂ tightly integrated into the university ideological and political education, strives to cultivate the endeavor of having both ability and political integrity, and having the national feelings of dedication. Therefore, college ideological and political education work is to ＂China Dream＂ as the guider, actively promotes the educational model innovation.

Through Pacific/Pasifika Lens to Understand Student＇s Experiences to Promote Success Within New Zealand Tertiary Environment

Traditionally, education environments are Eurocentric. They have reinforced ＂pedagogy of the oppressed＂ where Western knowledge is reflected in the university curriculum and ways of learning and teaching. Factors influencing success in learning remain an area of strong interest particularly in regard to non-traditional students in learning and teaching settings. This study explores the strategies undertaken by first, second, and third generation Paciflc/Pasifika students to overcome challenges whilst studying and utilizing services provided by staff in the Pasifika Learning Village at the Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand. The study adopted a mixed method approach that was adapted by integrating a Pasfika method of talanoa to understand their experiences so that their voices and stories on how they made it through a tertiary environment are heard and valued. Through Pacific/Pasifika lens, a cultural analysis of Pacific/Pasifika students＇ knowledge, values, and beliefs highlighted that supplementary cultural spaces, Pacific/Pasifika staff support, and valuing and acknowledging the social space relationships are imperative factors empowering them to succeed in a New Zealand tertiary setting. This paper argues that cultural pedagogies integrated into mainstream revealed successes that warrant recognition as they have demonstrated that traditional models within contemporary settings empower and enhance Pacific/Pasifika students＇ success.

New Existentialism： The Literary inetto as a Reemerging Prototype in Twenty-First Century Cinema

The new prototype of the inetto, a helpless and impassive character, makes his first appearance near the end of the nineteenth century in Italian literature, continues to gain strength and status throughout the twentieth-century artistic climate （through the existentialist philosophy of Sartre and Camus） and reemerges in contemporary cinema. The present study examines whether there is a gradual exacerbation or overcoming of this psychological disorder across the centuries in the novels and films investigated. Specifically, I offer a comparative analysis of Svevo＇s character Emilio Brentani in Senilitd （1898） and Giuseppe Piceioni＇s Guido in Giulia non esce la sera （Giulia Does Not Date at Night） （2009）. This study will also draw unusual parallels between Schopenhauer, Svevo＇s existentialist philosophy and contemporary cinema.

Analysis on Constructing College Students＇ Employment Ability Influence Factor Model

It makes an empirical study of college students＇ employment ability and influence factor situation. Based on the questionnaire of 388 graduates of different subjects, through the explorative Ihctors and confirmatory factor analysis, it finds that the college students＇ employment ability influence factor model includes employment quality and employment expectation of 13 factors, and the model fitting is better. The employment ability influence factor model of college students is good for university education, enterprise recruitment strategy adjustment and students＇ self development.

Exploration and Construction of New ＂4-to-l＂ School- enterprise Cooperation Model in Private Colleges and Universities

The new ＂4-to-1＂ school-enterprise cooperation model is constructed in combination with the automation program provided by Tianshi College. The new school-enterprise cooperation model is an effective way for Tianshi College to train high-quality skilled personnel, an important carrier to deepen the production-study-research cooperation education, and also an important part to improve the work quality of personnel cultivation. In China, it is an urgent need of the current employment situation, but also an important strategy for Tianshi College to attain a lon^-term stable develot^ment. In the orocess of imolementation, a win-win situation has been achieved bv constantly deenening reform.

Recommendations for Using Wiki in Online Group Projects in Engineering Education

Although Web 2.0 tools like blogs and wikis have been used for supporting collaborative learning in higher education, there are not many reports about implementation of that resource on engineering in Brazil. In this way, the main purpose of this research is to use a wiki platform for online activities and evaluate how students collaborate with each other in online tasks. It was investigated how collaboration can be measured on wiki platform During four-week online activities, 40 students of Civil Engineering course were monitored on Wikispaces~ platform. All students＇ actions were analyzed and classified as low, medium, or high level of collaboration. The data were collected through the statistical reports of Wikispaces~ and Google Analytics platforms. It computed 336 students＇ actions： 16.67% as high level, 45.24% as medium, and 38.10% as low. During informal interview, most of students （70%） related that wiki was a nice tool for collaboration work. The results indicated that wiki platform is an important way to develop innovative activities and tasks for the purpose of improving engineers＇ abilities and skills such as： writing communication, organization, collaboration, and critical thinking development.

Reforms in the Education System Follow up the Change in the Role of the School Principal, and Its Impact on the Implementation of the Change of Education

In the recent decades, the academic literature engages more and more with reforms in the education system. These reforms that are worldwide seek to create change in education （Adler, 2010）. If it＇s regarding the position of the school principal as designer leader has significant role in the reforms management, but, moreover the role of this article is to the change of the role of the school principal over the years. The functions of the school principal integrate managerial aspects and leadership aspects and its importance is immenseness of the operation of the school organization, both in the terms of the organization customers, the pupils, and in the terms of the organization＇s staff--teachers. Not less important is the operation and implementation of educational reforms. We have to see the role of the school principal as the most significant to the implementing of the reform in the education system.

Research on the Common Problems and Corresponding Solutions for the Chinese-foreign Cooperative Education Management

In this paper, we conduct research and survey on the common problems and corresponding solutions for the Chinese-foreign cooperative education management. The training objectives of cooperation in running schools only to adapt to the society and education development rule for their healthy development. According to the economic development and social needs, the Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools of talent cultivation, mainly reflected in the advanced nature of the program. Our research proposed novel solutions to the general problems and issues need to be solved for the Chinese-foreign cooperative education management which will be meaningful.

A study on the application of the ＂student-centered＂ educational concept in Vocal Music Teaching at normal universities

The teaching of Vocal Music Education in normal universities is a core part of vocal skills training in the system of music education, which has a direct impact on the cultivation of teachers of foundation music education. There has been a lot of discussion about Vocal Music Teaching or specifically aim at improving the students＇ comprehensive ability, but the number of systematic study which integrates both of the two is little. The training contents of the teaching of Vocal Music Education in normal universities include the features of rich teaching content; instructional mode is composed of classroom teaching, art practice, practice teaching and other diverse forms. The teaching of Vocal Music Education at normal universities can promote the cultivation of the students＇ comprehensive capabilities, including： the cultivation of moral and intellectual, the enhancement of cultural accomplishment, and the cultivation of language competence, connoisseurship and psychological qualities and such non-professional quality; good singing, correct listening and perception ability, good ability of piano accompaniment, and the cultivation and improvement of ability of teaching practice and such professional quality. The author combines the ＂student-centered＂ educational concept to analyze the teaching of Vocal Music at normal universities, hoping to provide some inspiration and help for educators of Vocal Music Teaching.

Talk about Graduate Student of educational teacher expanding the path of employment in the local comprehensive university - An example of Chinese Language and Literature in my school

With the increasing amount of college graduates every year, the employer needs structural contradiction, traditional college graduates employment difficulties. Chinese Language and Literature is as a strong tradition of employment facing unprecedented challenges. Based on the severe employment situation, Teacher Education in Local Comprehensive Universities need to start improving their own quality of graduates, and actively guide the graduates to change jobs ideas, updating the concept of employment, and use existing resources, and actively expand employment channels, and explore new ideas and open up new market, employment path is becoming more diverse to ensure employment stability and sustainable development.

Increasing Civics Learning Achievement by Applying Cooperative Learning： Team Game Tournament Method

The most important goal in civics education is to ensure that each citizen has a good understanding of ethics and moral behavior, and thus stresses the constant link between knowledge and practice. In this context, to increase understanding of civics education for being able to create the best generation and condition in the future life, study on this issue is becoming a very crucial manner. In general, methods like discussion and dialogue are used to allow students to express themselves. However, cooperative learning in particular addresses many of the needs and concerns facing by educational systems and Team Game Tournament （TGT） method is one of the preferable methods of cooperative learning. This study was aiming to increase civics learning achievements by using cooperative learning based on TGT method on secondary school students of Jatisari of Indonesia. The action research procedure was also used so as to be able to evaluate the influent, impact, and result of TGT. Accordingly, cooperative learning with TGT method has successfully given positive contribution to increasing student learning civics achievement.

Highlights in Museum Education

The aim of this paper is to research museum audience and its expectations, experiences, and influence on museum＇s practices at the Sinebrychoff Art Museum in Finland. The common idea is that museum pedagogy as a word creates easily an image of dusty, silent, and serious moment when the audience is forced to follow a lecture or a guided tour The author＇s research questions are： （I） Museum as an institution--what are the limits and possibilities to create highlights for audience work？ （2） How to look and talk about art for different audiences--also for non-visitors？ And （3） How can museum combine the knowledge of results and new technology to create more interesting approach for its audiences？ Participants of the author＇s research are teachers, students, senior citizens, and colleagues from other museums. Besides the literature the author uses mixed methods by combining visitor questionnaires （made during last ten years） and qualitative research made by narrative methods. Interviews have been made by H4 recorder. The qualitative analysis is going to be made by Atlas.ti. The results will finally be analyzed in 2014. Until now, it has become clear that museum experience mostly starts from the web pages. What can we offer, how to give value to our museum audience？

Research on the autonomous cooperative teaching mode in higher Vocational colleges

The traditional teaching mode belittles practice and emphasis theory, regardless of the students’ enthusiasm and interest in learning. However, the educational objective of the higher vocational colleges is to cultivate practical talents. Therefore, the reformation and innovation of the higher vocational education teaching mode must be carried out. This research analyses the effect of autonomous cooperative teaching mode in higher vocational colleges. The reformation of teaching mode consists of the following three parts first, the autonomous cooperative teaching needs to improve the existing education system, to lay the foundation for the work of education. Secondly, to strengthen the capacity of building and promote the full implementation of the project is essential. Finally, strengthen the construction of educational resources, and enrich the connotation of the carrier. Proved by practice, the independent collaborative teaching mode can not only improve the learning atmosphere, but also improve student achievement, but also do well to students’ all-round development and enhance their comprehensive quality. It is worthwhile to promote and implement this mode in higher education institutions.

The Significance of Students＇ Personal Narratives in Teacher Training

Recognizing the importance of personal narratives in general and in the field of teacher training in particular this paper first presents a review of research in the field, offers several definitions and theories of analysis, and then provides readers with the personal narratives and the analyses of three fourth-year students in the Department of English at a College for Teacher Training. The goal is to find out, learn, and make use of the voices, attitudes, experiences, visions, successes, failures, hopes, and frustrations of students engaged in teacher education. The conclusion asserts the necessity of adopting a model of training which is based on students＇ personal narratives--one which encourages and strengthens partnership between students cooperating teachers, and academics
