目的通过化学氧化法制备聚苯胺,并将其作为分散相固相萃取的吸附材料,用于实际样品中水溶性人工色素的提取。方法采用化学氧化法制备聚苯胺,优化仪器参数和提取反应条件后,将聚苯胺用于人工合成色素胭脂红、苋菜红、柠檬黄和日落黄的提... 目的通过化学氧化法制备聚苯胺,并将其作为分散相固相萃取的吸附材料,用于实际样品中水溶性人工色素的提取。方法采用化学氧化法制备聚苯胺,优化仪器参数和提取反应条件后,将聚苯胺用于人工合成色素胭脂红、苋菜红、柠檬黄和日落黄的提取,同时应用于实际饮料样品中人工合成色素的检测。结果水溶性人工合成色素标准品提取前后对比图以及高效液相色谱图均显示出该提取法对4种水溶性人工合成色素具有极好的提取效率,可以基本实现完全提取,方法用于复杂基体样品的检测时同样具有良好的提取效率。结论新提取方法对水溶性人工色素萃取效率高,抗干扰能力强,同时还具有操作简单、成本低廉和环境友好等优点,具有良好的应用前景。 展开更多

Monodisperse ZnxCd1-xS spheres were successfully fabricated with a high yield by a facile hydrothermal route.The as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffractometry,scanning electron microscopy and UV-vis diffusion reflectance spectroscopy.The results indicate that all the prepared samples have the same hexagonal wurtzite phase and exhibit good size uniformity and regularity.Degradation of rhodamine-B(RhB) was used to evaluate the photocatalytic activities of ZnxCd1-xS samples.Zn0.4Cd0.6S possessed the best photocatalytic activity and exhibited high stability during the reaction. 展开更多

Two water soluble acryl terpolymers containing polyvinyl alcohol, acrylamide/acrylic acid and vinyl sulphonic acid (VSA) were synthesized by free radical polymerization in aqueous medium. The morphological structure of the polymers were analysed using FTIR and 1H NMR, while the thermal properties were analysed by TGA and DSC. The inhibitive action of the terpolymers on corrosion of mid-steel in 1 mol. L- 1 HCI was studied using gravimetric, potentiodynamic polarisation and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) at 303 K. Both the polymers provided inhibition efficiency around 90% which clearly demonstrate that the grafted poly- mers have effective corrosion inhibiting ability on MS corrosion. 展开更多

The use of pH-metric titration, GRAN and JOB's methods have permitted the determination of different parameters governing the behavior of Salen in solution such as the acidity constant, the stability constant, the nature of the interaction solvent-solute, the solvation number, the stoichiometry of extracted complex etc.. Then the extraction of the Salen was finally undertaken to words the copper (II) sulfate medium. In this study, magnetic core–shell structure Fe3O4@MCM-41 nanoparticles were synthesized with vesicles as soft templates. In the preparation, Fe Cl2 and tetraethy orthosilicate(TEOS) were selected as Fe processor and Si precursor, respectively. Stable vesicles first formed in 0.03 mol·L-11:2 mixture of anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate and cationic surfactant cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide. Then, TEOS was added in the vesicle aqueous solution, leading to a highly dispersed solution. After high-temperature calcination, Fe3O4@MCM-41 nanoparticles were obtained. Their structure and morphology were characterized by Saturn Digisizer, transmission electron microscope and vibrating sample magneto-meter. The results indicate that the vesicles are spherical and their size could be tuned between 20 and 50 nm. The average grain diameter of synthesize magnetic core–shell Fe3O4@MCM-41 particles is 100–150 nm and most of them are in elliptical shape. The dispersion of magnetic particles is very good and magnetization values are up to 33.44 emu·g-1, which are superior to that of other Fe3O4 materials reported. 展开更多

A water-soluble polyhydroxylated fullerene, i.e., a fullerenol, with 44 hydroxyl groups and 8 secondary bound water molecules, C60(OH)44·8H2O (estimated average structure), has been synthesized in a facile one step reaction from pristine C60 by hydroxylation with hydrogen peroxide in the presence of a phase-transfer catalyst, tetra-n-butylammonium hydroxide (TBAH), under organic/aqueous bilayer conditions. The fullerenol exhibited high water solubility, up to 64.9 mg/mL, under neutral (pH = 7) conditions. Dynamic light-scattering (DES) analysis showed a narrow particle size distribution, of 1-2 nm, indicating that the fullerenol had high dispersion properties in water. The results of particle size analyses, which botll focused on a single nanoregion and were conducted using a novel induced grating (IG) method and a scanning probe microscope (SPM), were consistent with the DES results. A plausible reaction mechanism, which includes fullerene oxide intermediates detected by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS), has been proposed. 展开更多
